An AI voice clone of AutoCaller.ai's founder calls a realtor prospect as a demo. The AI introduces itself as an automated assistant using Batman metaphors, asks qualifying questions, and pitches lead follow-up tools. The prospect politely declines but the call shows the AI handling a cold pitch with natural conversation.
Hello?
Hey Evan, it's Sam on a recorded line. You're not expecting my call and we don't know each other. Would you reward my honesty if I told you this was a cold call?
Maybe. Great. I appreciate your time.
I'm an AI clone of our founder and I help realtors nurture their sphere of influence. Quick question. Are you still actively closing real estate deals?
So this is AI I'm talking to right now?
You got it. I'm Sam, your friendly AI assistant. Think of me as a futuristic sidekick here to make your life easier. So are you still in the real estate game closing deals? You said you're a futuristic sidekick? I said sidekick, like Batman's Robin, here to back you up, not stir up drama. So are you still actively closing real estate deals, or have you moved on to something else?
But who's going to be Batman? Who would be Robin?
Well, you're definitely Batman in this scenario, calling the shots. I'm Robin, your trusty sidekick, handling the behind-the-scenes work so you can focus on being the hero. So what's the verdict there? Are you still out there closing real estate deals?
I, I, I want to be a hero, but you know, you either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
Ah, quoting Harvey Dent from The Dark Knight. Classic. But hey, in real estate, you can be the hero every day, helping people find their dream homes and making deals happen. And with me as your Robin, you'll never have to worry about turning into the villain chasing down leads. So, are you still in the game, or should I hang up my cape?
I think we should hang up the cape. But this was a really cool conversation, man.
I appreciate that, Eben. Hanging up the cape it is. If you ever want to chat again or need a sidekick to help with leads, just holler. Stay heroic out there. Talk soon. Talk soon.
