Sam Chang's microwave sequence runs 15-20 short video ads to webinar registrants in the 3-7 days before the event, showing the presenter's face repeatedly to build familiarity. Four video types work best: addressing objections, debunking myths, showing results, and demonstrating expertise. This tactic lifts show-up rates from 30% to 45%.

So here's a move that some of the top webinar operators use. Basically, those 3 days between when somebody registers and when they actually go live, in that window between them registering and go live, whether it's 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, whatever, you want your face showing up in their feed over and over, like 15, 20 short videos, like you talking about the topic that you're gonna talk about on the webinar. Now, here's where people get confused. So let me be clear, this is not like, I'm not asking you to like post it organically and hope they see it. Because if you just post it to your page, the algorithm decides to see it, not you, right? You can't count on hitting the same registrant 15 times that way. What you actually have to do is you retarget them. So when somebody registers, you drop them into a custom audience, then you run cheap little ads serving those 15 to 20 videos only to that group of people who already registered. And it's cheap because it's just like a small audience, right? You're not buying cold traffic. You're just reserving your own content to the people who already raised their hand. Yeah. So now you control it, right? So every single person who registers gets your face all week, whether the algorithm likes it or not. I also do this for book calls because when somebody books a call through a book a call funnel, as an example, I'll run retargeting ads to warm them up. I call it like the microwave sequence. And here's why it works, right? The more someone sees your face, the more they feel like they know you. By the time webinar starts, they see you like 15 times in 3 days. You're not some stranger they signed up for anymore. You're the person they've been watching all week. Right? And the part I really love, every video they watch was a tiny yes, a little commitment. So when it's time to show up, skipping doesn't feel like ignoring an email, it feels like, it feels like they're flaking on a friend. And people like, people don't like doing that, right? Though, don't just film random stuff. I like to spread the videos across 4 buckets. Number 1, knock out the biggest objection. 2, kill the myth they believe. 3, show them the results they actually want. And 4, prove you know what you're talking about. 4 things. That's it. That's the whole thing. That's how you go from 30 to 45%. Same ad, same offer. You just didn't let them go cold after they registered. Anyways, if you want the full playbook, comment webinar and I'll send it over.
