The AI Sales Machine That Books 60–70% of Our Leads Automatically

Sam Chang walks through AutoCaller AI, a system that books 60-70% of Facebook leads automatically using AI calls, texts, and emails over 365 days. The setup includes a curiosity-hook ad, instant lead form with disqualifying questions, and an aggressive call cascade starting at 10 minutes, plus weekly training and support through a Skool community.

Cool, cool, cool. All right, we'll get started because this call's recorded and I wanna make sure I'm respectful of everybody's time. But welcome everybody. This is a group call and this is an orientation call. So first and foremost, for those of you guys that don't know me, my name is Sam. I'm the founder of AutoCaller AI and VT member. And so today really is gonna be a couple things. Number one is gonna be, I'm gonna showcase basically all the different facets and all the different areas inside our school community that you can tap into. Okay? And that you use as a resource, number one. Okay, there is so much value packed into the School Group that you're going to be able to utilize that if you use everything, we're too cheap. Okay, I'm just telling you right now. Okay, because— and I'm going to show you all the different things. So School is designed as support system for advertising agencies. We give School as a way to support all of our AutoCaller clients. Okay, so when you subscribe to AutoCaller, you got access to AutoCaller, which is a little piece of software that we attach to your GHL that will call, text, email the lead basically infinitely for like 365 days until we book them to an appointment or they opt out. That is the software that we have, and we can set that up for pretty much any business. It's industry agnostic. Now, to support that software, because think about it this way, AutoCaller is basically one-to-many communication through call, text, and email, right? It's one-to-many communication. Whenever you're dealing with any sort of marketing, marketing is never a does it work or not work thing. Marketing is always how well does it work, which means if you do not track, there is no way that you'll know the change that you make, whether or not it's, it's moving it for the better or for worse. Does that make sense? Okay. And I need to make sure that like everybody gets this. Okay. Because like I see this all the time with entrepreneurs that are like getting into business where like they don't track. Okay. And I was that entrepreneur too, where I didn't track. Okay, but here's the thing, like Peter Drucker, one of the fathers, fathers of management consulting, he said this, he said, you cannot improve anything you don't track, which means if you don't track it, you can't improve it. Because if we set up an auto caller and it calls a certain lead, obviously based on the lead quality, based on the script, based on the tonality, based on the text, based on the emails, based on the approach, like the lead to booking percentage can vary so drastically. Right? The reason why I know it can vary so drastically is because with humans, it's so, it is so, right? Like, think about your best sales rep versus your worst sales rep, right? Like, how big of a gap that is. Huge gap, right? So that's the reason why when building an automated outbound sales system, having a long-term trajectory is very important. Okay. I need, I need to make sure everybody gets this because like it, It's like training a sales rep. You guys, hands up here if you ever trained a new sales rep on your team. Okay. When you train a new sales rep, right, you train them on not just sales theory, you train them on the tactical things, the tonality, you train them on the SOP. How many times do you call? When they text back, what do you text? All of that, right? And the thing is, once you train them up, they're good. They're cranking, they're moving, right? It's the same thing with AI. It's the only difference is that with AI, once you get them there to that percentage with the right approach or the right script with the right tonality, the beauty is that you don't have to touch it really. Unless like AI, like OpenAI has a heart attack or whatever, you got to switch language models or whatever, like extraneous circumstances that you can't control. You don't really have to touch it. And the percentage is consistent, right? Like, think about it. If you get 100 leads, 30 appointments using humans versus 100 leads, 30 appointments using AI. Which one would you rather have? Probably AI, because that means you could buy 1,000 leads, get 300 appointments. If it's 100 leads, 30 appointments, 30% lead to booking with humans. If you turn it to 1,000 leads with the same number of humans, your, your lead to booking is not gonna stay at 30%. It'll drop. You follow? Because the person can't call that many leads, so you have to keep hiring and hiring and hiring, right? Which increases cost, but also lowers the, The overall efficiency.
Yeah. So you're saying it's scalable?
It's scalable. It's massively scalable. Okay. And when, when, when you, so when you set it up, just make sure that like we have a long-term vision of like, okay, we set this up. It might be when I first started our campaigns, we did cold calling to real estate agents. Okay. To book appointments with them, to sell them virtual assistants. That's literally what I use AutoCaller first for cold calling. All right. It was like a 2% conversion rate or something on cold list. Okay. Right now we are running ads to Facebook. Okay. And the ads on Facebook, just to kind of give you an idea. Okay. Last 30 days. Okay. We generated 235 leads, 185 booked appointments. Okay.
For what product?
For our product, for the product that you guys all bought. Okay. So to give you an idea, okay, we book like 60, 70% of new opt-ins from Facebook into book calls. Okay. And through us, our relation, I will show you how we achieve that. Okay. So couple things. So everybody understands, right? Structurally. Okay. Structurally, there is AutoScale AI. Which is the support system for AutoCaller AI. AutoCaller AI is a software that lives inside your GoHighLevel. You could have your own GoHighLevel account, which we import AutoCaller into your GoHighLevel account. You could also not have a GoHighLevel account and I give you a GoHighLevel account. Okay. And I host your GoHighLevel account for you. That's totally fine. But AutoCaller is a software that, that AutoScale AI supports, but AutoScale AI also supports you in the, in the way of helping you with creating your ads. The way that I'm able to get a 60-70% lead-to-booking rate is because I've run a very specific type of Facebook ads with a very specific call to action at the end of the ad.
Are you going to give us those formulaic formulas, breakdown or ad structures?
All of it. And I'm going to give you even better. I'm going to give you an AI that's sale— that's trained on all the winning ad scripts of some of the greatest marketers in the world. So I went and I purchased like ad training from the best of the best. I paid Cormozy $6 grand. I paid Cole Gordon $16 grand. Okay. I went and I scraped all the best winning ads and I trained an AI on it. And I gave you guys that AI so you can use an AI to write your ad script for all of your ads. Okay, so I'm gonna show you all of that, okay, in a second here. But essentially I'm gonna explain quickly the structure and the for— and cuz you guys, this is all recorded so you guys can take this back and you guys can literally take the transcript of this call and go and analyze it using AI and go back and understand the full structure of it. But I'm explaining to you in a very short way to help you get understand it. And then I'm gonna go through school and walk you guys all through all the facets of school. Okay. So the number one job of advertising or marketing per se, okay, is to pre-sell the client before they get to the salesperson. True or not true? True. Right? So the more that a marketing, a piece of marketing can educate someone, okay, the better. Because for example, think of it like a power meter. Like 10 is fully educated. They know everything, your price point, this, that, and the other thing, everything. Okay. Zero is like, they know nothing about you. They don't even know you exist. Okay. So you want marketing to get you up to like a 7 or an 8. Okay. Which means that marketing, good marketing does the education for you so that the salesperson just becomes an order taker. Okay. Think about Louis Vuitton, Louis Vuitton, right? Think about a Louis Vuitton high ticket salesperson.
Okay.
What did they have to do in store? You take your wife, you go to Louis Vuitton and they ask you, do you like this one or this one? Your wife says this one and they're like, Okay, cool. Yeah, I'll ring you up at the front. That's it. No storytelling, no selling. All the selling, all the storytelling is done before they actually got to the counter. So the salesperson just order taking. That's the job of marketing. Follow? So in your ad, if you're running cold traffic ads, okay, the job of the cold traffic ad is supposed to educate your client, not just to collect the lead. If you, if you collect the lead without educating the client, you miss the point and your lead to booking rate is going to be dog shit. Everybody follow what I'm saying? So a lead that comes in from a video ad far outweighs a lead that comes in from a static ad. Because think about it. How, how, how memorable is a picture saying just sold this, click on this, fill in your information. How memorable is it? Not at all, right? They're going to click on it, give you information. You're going to call them. The AI is going to call them. They're going to be like, I never clicked on you. No, yeah, you did. I have you in my system. Yeah, but they don't remember it. Follow. So the key is to run. Now what we do is we run a mini VSL, okay, on the front end. What's a, what's a mini VSL? A mini VSL is a mini video sales letter. A video sales letter has a hook, which is a strong curiosity-driven hook in the very beginning of the ad. The purpose of it is not to educate for the first 2 seconds. The purpose is what? Is curiosity. That's it. Your first 2 seconds needs to drive massive curiosity that makes them want to watch the next 3 seconds. That is the only job in the first 2 seconds. Okay. And I'm explaining all of this, but just so you know, you could use an AI to just write it up for you. I'm just explaining this so you guys understand what goes into the ingredients, like, of, of, of a good ad. Okay, so a VSL, it's a really strong hook, 2 seconds. Okay, because the average attention span of a human being in today's day and age, 2026, is 2 seconds, 1.8 seconds. Okay, so you got 2 seconds to hook them in, in, in, in terms of curiosity. Once you have them, then it goes big claim. Okay, guarantee, 3 pillars, proof. Okay, and so those are the elements that must be in the ad. And it's short. It's less than 90 seconds. It's a mini video sales letter. Okay? So if you go to the AI and you say, I'm a realtor in Seattle, write me a mini VSL for my audience in Seattle so I can create an ad. Okay? For people, sellers in Seattle, write me an ad. Boom. And it will, it will, it will write it for you using this structure. I'm just explaining the structure to you, but essentially you don't write a photo. Static ad, you run a mini VSL. Okay. And the mini VSL does the selling, but here's the key. You run that video mini VSL to an instant lead form, not to a landing page, to an instant lead form, to a form that your, your, your clients can fill out on Facebook that they don't have to leave Facebook for. Okay. Because the number one job of a Meta engineer Okay, is to keep people on the platform. Like number one job of a Facebook engineer is to keep people on the platform. Okay. This is literally from like me talking to my brother's best friend who is a Facebook engineer. Okay. This is like during Christmas time. So if the number one job is to keep people on the platform, that's the reason why the Facebook lead form, specifically instant lead form, okay, is, will be cheaper than any other sort of advertising that you do on Facebook. The only problem with that is that because it's cheap on the same ad spend, you get more. And because you get more, right? If you don't put filtration, it reduces the quality of the lead. Okay? Because you get a lot of them. So you use AutoCaller to filter them out. But here's the key. You run a mini VSL to an instant lead form. In the instant lead form, you put Make sure you put disqualifying questions. Okay. Not just any questions. You put a maximum of 3 disqualifying questions. Okay. With the questions themselves being radio, not dropdown, not check, checklist, because checklist, there's 2 clicks, click, click, definitely not type in your information or type in like none of those. Okay. Radio buttons. Okay. So a lead form, think about it, a lead form that has 3 questions, okay, max. Okay, you have a big gate disqualifying question, second disqualifying question, and then another question you could choose to disqualify or not disqualify, but maximum 3 radio buttons. Okay, 3 disqualifying, 2 disqualifying questions. Okay, which will basically weed out anybody that you don't want to talk to, to keep quality high. And then you run that into an auto-caller. Make sure the end of the ad, the CTA is, hey, just so that we can make it extra easy for you. Our auto caller is going to call you in 10 seconds. It's an AI caller that will get you scheduled into a team— get scheduled into a call with us. Okay, so if you're at all interested, fill a form below. Okay, in the ad, right? If you're at all interested, fill the form below and our auto caller will give you a call in 10 seconds. It's an AI caller that will get you scheduled into a call with us. And if you have any questions, you can ask that AI caller as well. And then they'll And that's the last thing they see. You see what I'm saying?
They're becoming much more comfortable with dealing with AI.
I think they prefer it because it doesn't have a motivation. Yes, exactly.
People don't trust the motivation of other people.
And then in the ad, if you could just say, hey, our AI caller is going to call you. It knows everything about our business. So if you have any questions, just go ahead and ask that AI too. Okay? And our AI will get you scheduled into a call with us. Bang. You set that up. You throw your AI a forward pass. 40, 50, 60% lead to booking rate. Easy. Okay. But you educate right now. Here's the other thing. Once they book an appointment with you, and by the way, all of what I'm saying right now is industry agnostic. Every single person here, you can relate to this because every single person here, you can run an ad like this. Okay. Just so you know, it's industry agnostic. You run a mini VSL to a Facebook lead form. Cool. So now the ad will book an appointment, right? Once the appointment is booked, okay, here's the thing. Hands up if you ever ran an actual VSL funnel, like you ran an ad to a video page where there's a video and then they watch it and then they fill a form and then you guys ran that before, right? Okay. So you notice how you run the ad, right? The ad's a video. They go to a video landing page, a VSL. They watch another video, more education. Right? And then once they book, they land on the thank you page. Another video, more education. That's why the show up rate is high. And that's why the close rate is high because there's 3 videos, the ad video, the VSL video, the thank you page video, right? That does the triple education before they get onto the call. Now, when you run a mini VSL to a lead form, right, that gets a call from the auto caller. You notice how the auto caller will book them into appointment. But there's no second and there's no third video. You see, they've only watched the mini VSL. That's why the bulk of it needs to be built into the mini VSL on the video. And the moment they book an appointment with you, okay, what we do is we send them a confirm page. We say, your call's not confirmed yet. Could you confirm your call by going here for me quickly? And then yourwebsite.com/confirm. This, by the way, is all built in to your snapshot when we install this thing for you. It's all in there already. Okay. You just have to go configure it. Okay. Because everybody has a different confirm page, right? Everybody has a different sales script. Everybody has a different, you know, so the confirm page, what is it? It's essentially a page that you help. Let me actually just show you guys. Okay. This will make a lot of sense for you guys. Okay. Okay. Look, look. So this is the confirm page. Okay. So this is a snapshot. Okay, so you see immediately after the appointment is booked, all right, check this out. It goes, wait 2 minutes. Okay. Text. Hey, Stan, super pumped to meet with you. I've got you for this time at this date. By the way, this is what your snapshot looks like. This is what it is right now. Okay. So you could just adjust this for whatever you want it to be, but this is what it is right now. This is the template. This is what you get. So you can, you can keep this or you can adjust this. I'm just letting you know, this is mine. So it works. Okay. So I'm just giving you what works for me. Okay. So number 1 is, hey, super pumped to meet you, Jack. After this day at this time, wait, send, wait 15 seconds. Could you just confirm your call by going here for me quickly? I don't say, could you click this link for me? No, because it blocks it by spam. So then it doesn't go through. So this, the wording is very precise here. Could you just confirm your call by going here for me quickly? This is your confirm page. Autocallerai.ca/confirm is ours. Okay? /confirm. This is ours. You see? Your call's not confirmed yet. Please watch a short video before to confirm your appointment. Okay? And then this is a video doing what? Showing what? Proof. Pre-selling them. More selling them. Okay? It's an extra step of selling before they actually get to your call. And it increases the show rate because now it's more personal. Follow what I'm saying, right? Because that now they watch this. Hey, it's Sam. You see, now they watch the video before they actually get on your call. Makes sense. Yeah. Okay. So if you look at that, right, we do that because you confirm your call by going here for— we also send them an email, immediate action required. You see, hey, Sam here from Auto Call Away. I've just seen your appointment come through and really looking forward to chatting. I wanted to let you know your booking is temporarily reserved due to high demand, bots, and spam. To confirm your appointment, if you haven't already, please watch this video here. Bang. You feed the video here again in full so you have complete context on how we work before your call. Otherwise, we will cancel the call in the next 12 hours. Once you completed the video, our internal software will automatically confirm your call. No further action will be needed from your end. Thanks, Ken. Prank, whatever. Okay. See that? And it, that gets sent out and then 24-hour reminder, 22-hour reminder, 2-hour reminder text, 2-hour reminder text part 2, 1-hour reminder, 1-hour reminder text, 1-hour reminder email, 1-hour reminder text, 1-minute reminder text. You see what I'm saying? So it, it's very aggressive in getting them to show up to the call. Got it. Okay. Yeah. So, so, so that is basically our sequence. Our sequencing goes many VSL. Lead for— lead comes in, auto caller calls. If they don't pick up, okay, auto caller will literally watch. So this is the workflow. Okay. And this is, this is its current aggressiveness. You can dial down the aggressiveness. Okay. You can, all you have to do is go into workflow 3, which governs call cascade, and you choose how long you want your call cascade to be. I'll tell you what it is right now and why it works so well for us. Okay. Look, call, the moment the lead comes in, it gets called. It's in a different workflow. This workflow, the moment gets triggered, the moment the call goes unanswered, because when the call gets unanswered, it will automatically pop that into a pipeline. And in that pipeline, it will then trigger this workflow. You see pipeline stage change, no answer or voicemail. Okay. It'll wait 10 minutes, call it again, wait 30 minutes, call it again. Wait an hour, call it again. Wait another hour, call it again. Wait another hour, call it again. Wait another hour, call it again. And every time we call, it is also a different number. It's on a number pool. So you basically rotate a number so that if they dodge you once, okay, but they can't dodge you forever. What are they going to do? Never? Yeah, what are you gonna do? Just not pick up phones ever for the rest of your life?
Right?
And so this essentially will just carry on and it will just literally call them until like, you know, they either pick up the phone and tell you to fuck off or like book an appointment with you. Okay. So that's for calling. Okay. Texting. Let me show you. So Workflow 3 governs the call cascade. You see Workflow 1 governs the running of the engine. So that's where you attach the leads at the very, very top. Of the workflow. You see, that's where you attach your Facebook lead. So Facebook lead comes in, right? And then bang, it'll add a tag, which will then trigger them into all the different other workflows. Okay. So then workflow 1 triggers 2, workflow 2 will trigger workflow 3 if the call's not confirmed. I'm sorry. If the call is not, not picked up. Okay. And workflow 4, 5 governs the text and email sequences. So all of this we're going to configure for you, but I'm just letting you know from like an architecture point of view. The entire key of AutoCaller is only 25 workflows. Okay. There is no wasted workflows. There's 3 main workflows that you have to basically turn on and adjust before you turn on. That's why I left it off. Okay. It's off because I would need you to adjust it before I turn it on. Okay. So like workflow 1, what do you need to do? Add trigger for leads and assign user, right? Workflow 4, what do you have to do? Add trigger for leads and add the SMS copy from AutoCopy. In the snippets area. Okay. So like, for example, like in here, in snippets, right under folders, you have your opt-in text. You see paid ads opt-in text 1, 2, 3. Okay. 10, 11, 12, 13. Okay. Those are the text messages that go out if the client doesn't reply and doesn't text back. That's what this sequence does. You see, this is the text sequence. You see. Okay. So what is the one job of the text sequence? Get them to tell you is to get them to respond. Bingo is to get them to respond. That's it. Because the moment they respond, this sequence turns off and then the AI kicks in. Follow. And then the AI will text them back and forth, back and forth, back and forth until we book them to an appointment. You guys follow what I'm saying? So the number one goal of this is just to get them to respond because the moment they respond. Bang. Now the AI will take over and get them booked in. And then the AI has all of your knowledge of knowledge base of like your whole business, like all that. You see what I'm saying? So the AI will take over. So you see, you can see here, right? Moment lead comes in, right? Wait 20 minutes. And again, this is a template. Okay. So this is what it is right now, but you can go in and adjust this to whatever you want, whatever you want the text messages to say, you can have it say whatever you want. Okay. But this is just what the template is right now. So SMS 1, okay, says, hey Ken, wave your hand. Send. Wait 30 seconds. SMS 2 says, this is Craig from ABC Company. Send. Wait 30 seconds. SMS 3 says, book a time with us here. And then yourwebsite.com/book. Okay, so ours look like this. Boom. That's what it looks like. Autocaller.ca/book. So we text them that, book a call with us here, autocaller.ca/book. Wait 3 hours. Okay. And then look, Sam, contact first name, question mark. We've tested hundreds, okay, of text messages. This has the highest response rate out of like everything. Okay. That we've tested. Okay. So that's already built into here. So you see, you just adjust it, turn it on. That's it. But the goal of this is to get them to respond, right? You see the next one, it goes, you free this week? They'll be like, who's this? Right? Oh, it's just Sam with AutoPilot. Bang. Now we're in conversation. We'll book them to appointment. You see? Okay. So again, the goal, okay, is to, um, is to, is to get them to respond. Okay. Via text message. Okay. Does anybody have any questions on that so far? No questions. Yeah. Okay, cool.
I'm laughing because I'm thinking back about how many of these lead flows I'm in for other people.
Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Exactly. Yeah. Okay, good. So awesome. So then basically think about it like this. Okay, so we covered call, we covered text. Okay. The next one is to cover emails. Okay. It's to cover emails. All right. So email, I've noticed this. Okay. The more times you can reach out to a client and the longer the time horizon you're able to reach out on, meaning if you're only reaching out for 3 months versus 6 months versus 12 months versus 2 years, you see what I'm saying? So the more times you reach out and the longer you reach out and the more channels you reach out from. The higher your lead-to-booking rate, which makes total sense because there are some people, they don't pick up calls, they don't text, but they email. There's some people, they pick up calls, they don't email, don't text. There's some people, you see what I'm saying? So the more channels and the more times you reach out without it being annoying and the longer you reach out, the higher your lead-to-booking rate. Follow? So the way that we optimize a machine is just by those 3 things from a frequency point of view and, and, and quantity point of view. Okay, so I get— yes, Ken.
Um, uh, Carlo, Carlo will recognize this. Well, I, I see text, email, calls, Facebook messaging all as different languages. Does your system recognize the language this person prefers? Some will only text, some will only email, some want a personal call, some take voicemails. You know, some people communicate different ways. Does the system recognize and adjust for that?
Yes, absolutely. Because we call, text, email, DM them, like, all together. You see what I'm saying? And whatever one they respond on is the one that they prefer. And then AI sits behind that and it'll talk to them back and forth, back and forth until we get them booked into an appointment.
All right. So, uh, all right. So if it's text, it'll text them. If they respond via email, it'll email them, right?
If they respond via email, you can have AI sit behind the email and email them.
Okay.
But the type of email that we send out, very few people respond via email. They usually just book right on the email because I'm about to explain one of the methods that Russell Brunson actually— you guys know who Russell Brunson is?
Yeah.
Russell Brunson popularizes, it's called the Seinfeld email sequence. You guys familiar with it or no?
No, but I think I've seen it.
Okay. That's okay. So basically the Seinfeld email sequence is just like, it's like a style of email. It's basically an entertaining, educational, trust-building, with a, with a soft CTA at the end type of email that you send daily at first, and then you send like weekly to basically build trust, entertain, and educate your clients no matter what stage in the funnel they're in. Think about it like this. If someone came in through a lead form, they didn't book an appointment with you. They can receive these emails and it would make sense and it wouldn't bother them. Okay. If someone came into a lead form, they book an appointment with you. Okay. And they didn't show up. That's another stage in the funnel, right? They could still receive these emails. No problem. It doesn't bother them. If somebody booked an appointment with you, came on to a listing appointment, they bought a house from you. Okay. They can still get these emails and it won't bother them and it'll still educate them, still entertain them. So these are types of emails that no matter what stage in the funnel they're in, they can get these emails and it won't bother them. You see what I'm saying?
It's entertaining.
It can, it's because it's entertaining. Bingo. So a Seinfeld email sequence is basically an email sequence that's entertaining, number one, educational, number two, Trust building number 3 with a soft CTA at the end. I'm just explaining the structure, but I gave— I built an AI tool to actually write it for you. Okay. Watch. So inside Skool, okay. And this is where I'm going to dive into Skool a little bit. Okay. So remember how— so inside, inside AutoCall, remember, um, I showed you a snapshot. This is inside your GHL and it's all in here, right? So the email, the email workflow is already built inside of this folder under daily email drip. You see this? Okay, so all the emails, right? Seinfeld email sequence. You see this? Okay, so all the emails are all here. Okay, so you can see this is my Seinfeld email. Okay. Would anyone like to be Samuel's friend? That was the first time I ever wanted to disappear. I was in 3rd grade, didn't have a single friend, not one. Went home crying to my mom. I don't remember what I said, just outta hurt. Some of you guys received this email. Okay, so my mom did what any Asian mom would do. She took action. The next day I was sitting in class and my teacher, Ms. Collins, stood up and said, everyone, Samuel has no friends. Would anyone like to volunteer to be Samuel's friend? Dead. I was dead. I wanted to melt into the floor. But here's the twist. A few kids actually raised their hands, and that was the first time I realized something. Even if you're embarrassed, even if you think no one wants what you have, sometimes all you need to do is ask. I've carried that lesson to everything I've ever done, from selling me door-to-door to launching Autocaller AI. Most business owners feel invisible. Leads ghost them, calls don't get returned, follow-ups die on the vine. But when you build a system that never stops asking, you win. You don't have to beg for your leads to raise their hand anymore. Autocaller AI does it for you. If you don't know what Autocaller does, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, soft CTA, boom. Right? Now, how did I write this? Simple using AutoCopy right here. You see? So under school, okay, if you go in a classroom, AutoScaleGPTs, go to AutoCopy under in the folder AutoCopy. You see the 6 different folders have 6 different GPTs inside those folders. AutoCopy is for writing SMS and email copy. Okay? So if you wanna write really, really good email copy, Open up Autocopy folder, go into Daily Email Copy. Okay. You see this Infinite Daily Story Email Engine, how to use, read this. The system turns your stories, beliefs, experiences into an endless stream of high-converting daily emails that build trust and book calls automatically. Okay. So all you do is you copy. Okay. You open up Autocopy, which is a little link at the bottom. It opens up a ChatGPT. Okay. You paste it in there. Okay? And every time you use it, what's gonna happen is you paste it in there and it's gonna say, give me an access code. Okay? Because you have to have access to school in order to use these GPTs. Because the access code is in the community area under auto offer, auto add monthly access code. School 2025. Okay? So when you use the GPTs, remember, come into classrooms, come into here, use this, scroll down. Use open up Autocopy, okay, which will open this up, okay, access code. So school2025, hit enter, it'll then unlock, okay. And then you can basically take this master prompt, copy this block of text, paste it in here, and it will turn Autocopy into an intake assistant to intake everything about your business and your life, and then it will build you the emails for you. Using, I'll show you all of this. Okay. Alex Chamosky's $100 Million Goated Ads Playbook, $100 Million Hooks Playbook. I pay $6K for that. Breakthrough Advertising. I paid $700 for this book on Amazon. Can't even buy it anymore. Okay. All of Paul Borden's VSLs, Jason Wojcik's 100 Highest Converting Ads, all of Dan Henry's email styles, Dan Kennedy's copy, like his best emails. Okay. Russell Brunson's best emails. Okay. I've trained an AI on it and I give you access to it and a master prompt to help you with writing your emails that you plug into here specifically in this, in this, in this sequence. Okay.
How much of this do we have to build?
We do it for you.
Okay. You do it for us. All right.
Yeah. Well, it depends. It depends on which package you're on. Okay. Like, I don't know if you came on like The like DIY or yeah, we could chat about it, but basically, yeah. So, so like, so we build it, we build it for you, right? If you're on our DFI, like we build it for you. Okay. I'm just letting you know, if you're not on it, then it's, it's super simple. You literally go into here, right? But you see how it's like, it's modular. I give you the AI to write everything for you. You just have to copy paste, copy paste, copy paste, and then just copy and paste it directly into here. And then you're done. See what I'm saying? So anyway, so that's the email. Okay. Any questions about— so call, text, email, you see. So once it's set up, right, then it's set up, but now becomes the— now, now, now comes the optimization phase, right? So if something's misfiring, if like whatever, like you go through a phase of optimizing and that's why we give you on school, right? Optimization calls. Okay. In the calendar. Okay. We have auto optimization calls every single day, every single day at 1 PM. Okay. We run these optimization calls. Okay. So this is, I'm going to, I'm going to pause. Um, the first thing I wanted to do with you guys is I wanted to show you guys a snapshot and how the sequence actually works for all new leads coming in. So we already built a proven cadence and the snapshot that's in there is what we use right now for ourselves. Follow? So like, so, so, so literally I'm not installing anything for our clients that I haven't tested for myself. And the fact that you guys are on the call means that it works because if it didn't work, you wouldn't be here. Okay. Because we ran an ad and we auto-called you and then you got up on the call and then now you're here. So everything that we put in that snapshot, we tested it for ourselves because it's literally our exact workflows. You just adjust it, keep the frequency, keep the aggressiveness, just adjust the scripting and verbiage to your business, the call, text, email to your business, objection handle, da da da, to your business. Makes sense. Okay. Yeah. So that's on the one side. Let me show you what's in AutoScale AI now. So, so there's really two main platforms that you go to access everything that we give you. Okay. Platform number one is GoHighLevel. So inside here, you see, this is GoHighLevel. If you don't have a GoHighLevel account, I give you one. If you have a GoHighLevel account, I go into your GoHighLevel and I import the whole snapshot, including this. This folder and AutoCaller AI, you see this iframe, which is basically short form for like this software. Okay. So I give you this software that I display inside your GoHighLevel. If you don't have a GoHighLevel, I give you a GoHighLevel account. Then I display the software inside GoHighLevel and I give you all the automations and workflows in here. And I give you AutoCaller School. Okay. So the first platform that you access the actual software is in here is inside GoHighLevel. The second place to access is school. You see AutoCaller School, you click it and it'll take you right to AutoScale AI, which is the operating system for anything related to AI-powered business growth. Okay. So this ecosystem has courses, it has coaching, it has AI tools, it has staffing all in one. Okay. So let me explain. So courses, let's go into classrooms. Number 1 is courses. We have 3 courses. Okay. AutoCaller is teaching you how to install the AI-powered sales robot in your business using GHL, GoHighLevel. Okay. So everything that we're going to do for you through the calls, okay, we literally teach here. How to do it so you can do it yourself because we have DIY clients. Okay. So any questions on that? Auto call, simple, right? Call, text, email, how to install that in your sequence. Okay. Auto ad. Okay. Is it, is a course teaching how to do AI powered cinematic ads using AI? Okay. So like all the AI videos, I don't know if you guys seen our like AI ads, right? But like, as an example, like This is like our agency owner running ads. Look at your ad. Now back at me. Now back at your ad. Now back to me. Sadly, your ad isn't converting like me. But if you stopped guessing hooks and started using AutoAd AI, it could scale like it's me. Look down. Back up. Where are you? You're in the Maldives with a full bank account and zero ad fatigue. Anything is possible with AutoAd AI. I'm on a horse. Okay. So you see that right there is an AI ad. Okay. We teach that in here. You see, I literally even have a live, like live ad building session. I literally sit here for 2 hours and I create an ad from scratch, from scratch, soup to nuts, everything, every step, all the audio, all the music, everything. Soup to soup. I do it twice. Okay. An hour, 42 minutes here, another an hour and 2 hours here. Okay. And I teach you exactly how to build it, how to create your video. It's all in here. Okay. So I give you that. Okay. That's just included. I know you came here for AutoCaller.
I like your Old Spice jingle at the end.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. The Old Spice jingle. Yeah. Because we bottled it after Old Spice, right? I just adjusted the pitch a little bit so we don't have copyright issues. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right. So, but yeah, but AutoAd, basically it's, it's a, it's a, it's essentially a course. Okay. That teaches how to do AI generated ads. Now, if you actually want your own AI generated ads, AutoAd is actually its own business unit. So I have an advertising agency. Okay. That if you want me to run your ads for you, happy to have a conversation about that. Okay. But we're really good at running ads. Okay. Like, because People have like, they have, for example, they have your auto call, right? But if they don't have ads to go into the auto caller, okay, like AutoWatt can help you create those ads. So we, we have a done for you. Okay. As well for AutoWatt, but the course on everything that we do, we even use this. We even use this course to train our new team members when they come onto our team. You see what I'm saying? So like, this is my training module for new team members when they come onto our team. I give you access to the training modules that I use to train my team. You follow? Okay. So you could do all this yourself, but it just depends on how, and, and so, so just to kind of give you an idea, okay. Auto Caller, Auto Ad. These are like basically like an advertising agency and a software company. Okay. VT Member, just to give you an idea, VT Member is actually a business that I started back in 2021. It's a virtual staffing company. So if you wanted to rent my team's time, okay, for either AutoCaller or AutoRad long-term, because some people, they're like, they want to build AutoCaller to be super complex. Like there's layers, they want to use it for onboarding, whatever. If there's more stuff beyond the, beyond the, beyond what's in this snapshot, this folder, if there's anything else outside of this folder that you want to build inside GHL. We can help you build that. No problem. Okay. You can just rent our team's time and we have VT member and you can buy service basically from us to rent our team's time to help you with different builds. But just to kind of give you an idea, the whole ecosystem kind of lives in here so you can access our team members through here. Okay. It's very clear. So if you want to, for example, like access, like hire, like, like hire my team's time, just click on this and you could, you could go in here and book your meet and greet. Okay. If you, Want to come visit our virtual office where we work during the day? We have literally a metaverse office, believe it or not. This is our metaverse office. It sounds crazy, but this is literally it. When we make a new sale, we have a gong. See that? And so literally, this is our office. We work in here. So we give you access to our office directly from inside the platform school here too. So courses are in here. Okay. Community is in here. Okay. You have AI tools in here. Okay. You have AI tools obviously in here inside GHL, which is AutoCaller AI, the software. Okay. And, um, and yeah, and then you can hire staff. So that's, that's that. Okay. Any questions on the courses, on the AI tools before I go into the coaching?
Bring my fire hose to me already.
Okay, cool. No worries. This call's recorded. That's why this call's recorded. We can go back and take the transcription of this call, summarize it using AI. Okay. I want everybody to practice. You have to be using AI every day. Okay. Using AI is a muscle and it's not going away. This is not like the internet. Like, and I think I'm preaching to the choir here because if you bought AutoCaller AI, you're already AI 4. Trust me. You're, you're, you're, you're ahead of the, you're ahead of everybody else. Okay. Like very few companies are even doing this right now. Okay. Um, so, yes. Sorry, excuse me. It's Carla. Uh, you mentioned GoHighLevel earlier. If we don't have one, then you'll provide us with one. So is it absolutely, um, is it only working with GoHighLevel? Yeah. So if you're using a CRM outside of GoHighLevel, then basically when the AI performs an action that is like a definitive action, You can webhook that out to another CRM and pass data back and forth between CRMs.
We use Follow Up Boss.
Yeah, so follow up. So yeah, so, so, so, so you can basically pass information back and forth, but that is a separate integration through Zapier that we need to set up. Make sense? Okay. So say for example, a new lead that comes into Follow Up Boss, you want AutoCall to call it. All of the workflows live inside of GoHighLevel. So new lead created will create that same lead inside GHL Call. Moment it is booked, it can send the information back to Follow Up Boss. See what I'm saying? So yeah, it essentially operates like an ISA to call the leads inside Follow Up Boss the moment it's booked, send the information to Follow Up Boss. Follow what I'm saying?
How would we take groups out of our Follow Up Boss, uh, and, uh, run them through, uh, the auto dialer?
You download them as a— you download the groups based on the type of, like, the tag that you want. Say, for example, you want to download all your buyer leads, you just put in all of your buyer leads, and then you run all the buyer leads through Engine 1, like run engine. All right. Yeah, yeah. How many are we limited to?
The number of engines? Because I have only a cash, a cash offer engine, uh, or a cash offer.
They're just different scripts. Think about all the different scripts. Okay, one engine, one engine, one assistant, but the assistant can use many, many scripts. You just adjust what script they use before they call.
Got it, right, right, right.
Yeah, that's it. So architecture-wise, think about it like this: you always run it through engine 1. But when you run it through Engine 1, based on the type of lead, it'll adjust their customer status, which is adjusting the script that they use. And when that script gets adjusted, then when the call goes out, it uses that particular script. So if you have like 5 different angles for 5 different types of leads, then you'll just have 5 different scripts.
All right.
And 5 different splits, right? So this is all custom build stuff that like, it can get very complex. So as it As you work with your consultant, if it's outside of scope, you can just rent my team's time or you could do it. Okay. But just to kind of give you an idea, like there, everything that's inside this folder right now, okay. Is what's set up. Anything that we have to add new workflows or whatever, it's outside of scope, but inside here, okay. You can literally just split it. Like you see how, like right here, let's just say, for example, run engine, right? You see run engine. It says update script used to new lead. You could just literally add a new split here, right? Add branch. And then all you do is you copy all actions and then you paste, you see, to a new branch and then just change the script to something else.
So you can have 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 of these different ones running at the same time on different ads.
Correct. Yes. All right. Yes, you can. Yep, yep, yep. All under one workflow as opposed to having separate workflows. It's all under one workflow. And then this condition, this if-else condition—
I like the basic structure of the workflow, but, uh, I, I— we have different targeted audiences.
Totally. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So if you have a targeted audience, right, that say for example one's a buyer, uh, more subtle than that.
One's a luxury listing, one's a tract home, one's a cash— wants cash offer. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. So you'll have different ads running.
Psychologically that we want to have, you know, probably.
Yeah.
Yeah. Totally.
I know the messaging, but this provides a structure to deliver it.
Yes, exactly. So like new lead comes in, right? So like this condition basically says if the workflow trigger is this form, you see? Okay. And what you, what you can do is, yeah, you could just, you could just literally go new form and page is whatever. Right. And then you could choose a different form and then that form, everything will flow through into a different branch, and then that branch will have a different script, you see? So new customer status, new lead. This is arbitrary. It could, it could, it could might as well say script A, script B, script C, and then it changes. And then once it changes, it will then change the script that's being used inside the actual system.
All right, good.
Okay. So like, yeah. So like the structuring—
so I could, I like to attack specific markets on the fly and it sounds like it'd be pretty easy to set up.
Yeah. So you see this right inside the actual prompt for the assistant. You can see before we start using any script or having a conversation, use customer status data to determine which script will be used. If customer status value equals this, use task A. If customer status equals this, use task B. You know what I'm saying?
Right, right.
So then in here you'll see, right, in terms of like the automations, right, the, the customer status, you can just adjust it right here. Customer status, boom, right here. See that? So then you go here and you adjust it and then you can literally choose as many as you need so you can split it up in here. Okay. So yeah, so all of this, like, you know, we're gonna, we can, we can show you how to do all this, but, but yeah, but that's, that's, that's that. Any questions on, on the structure, the architecture, AutoScale AI, anything before I move on to the last and final and most important thing?
Sam, I had a quick question. So I've already had this. I've been talking to a few different people that we're looking at, you know, doing some sales calls with. Some of them are in— they basically don't want high pressure to their clients. Right.
And so call cascade inside here, like all we do is reduce it.
You just reduce it. Okay.
We reduce it. So instead of like, for example, right here, right, let's just say we're like, okay, We don't want to call, wait 10 minutes, call, wait 30 minutes, call, wait an hour, call. We could just delete everything from like, we could just delete everything from here all the way down to like wait an hour, call, and then maybe wait 4 hours, call, and then wait a day, call. You see what I'm saying? It does. And so it does get longer and longer. See, wait a day, wait a day, wait a day, wait a day. You see what I'm saying?
Yep.
So I, I put it as aggressive because I start from aggressive and you dial it down because this works, right? So, yeah, and usually people will dial it down a bit because this is like ultra aggressive, right? And this is like ultra aggressive forever too. So like you will want to dial it down a bit. Okay. But like in here, like, um, when you build it, it like, it takes a long time to like copy paste, copy paste to add it all, add all the nodes in. It's easier to just delete. Than to add, you know what I mean?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, that makes sense. Yeah, I mean, some people want, you know, and I, I know for my business I would want the aggressive. I know, uh, you know, like particularly the dental office that I've been talking to, you know, he's just like, all right, you know, I don't, I don't want to like burn patients in my area. I want to make sure that, you know, we're, we're on top of it but we're not blowing them up.
Yeah, yeah, exactly. So maybe just, maybe just call twice a day for the first week and then once a day for the next week, and then after that just call them like once a week or something like Okay, sweet. Awesome. Yeah. Instead of like, instead of calling them like 12 times the first, I've just, there's a crazy stat. Okay. Actually, there's not even a stat. I'll tell you guys a story. I literally hired Cole Gordon's team. So Cole Gordon, you guys know Cole Gordon? Closers.io? No, they do like done for you sales. Yeah, they do. They do. They do like, uh, these guys, they do done for you sales.
Welcome to the Closers.io homepage. My name is Cole Gordon.
You've probably seen his ads everywhere, right? Cole Gordon. Yeah. So this guy, I paid him $16,000 last year, last, last year, and then literally hopped on the phone with him and hopped on the coach. Sorry, hopped on the phone with his coach, Sam Arnita, and he literally asked me, he was like, all right, Sam, when a new lead comes in, how many times you call them? I'm like, I don't know, 3, 4 times maybe. He's like, across what time period? He's like, I'm like, maybe 3, 4 days. He's like, our guys called them 10 times in the first 48 hours. Oh, wow. That's literally, that was literally my exact response. I was like, oh, wow. I was like, I see. I'm like, that's why we're not booking enough. We're just not doing enough work. That's what you're telling me. And so I was like, I was like, okay, fine. So I took that and I built that into a workflow for Autocall. Because I was like, this works for humans, so it must work for AI. I'm like, it's aggressive, but like, that's kind of what's required in today's day and age to get a hold of someone.
Switching the numbers up makes it a bit easier too, right?
So, you know, that makes sense. They don't even know it's you. They don't even know you. You know, we don't even leave a voicemail. We don't leave a voicemail. Okay. Yeah, we're like flying under the radar. They don't even know it's us. Just wrote it down. Do you, have you ever tried using any like voicemail drops into these workflows or no, you don't really mess with those? It's always just text, email. You absolutely can do voicemail drops. Okay. You absolutely can. In GHL, you can literally just add it. Like we just, we just kept it simple because with voicemail drops, it takes longer to onboard a client. You see what I'm saying? Yeah. What's your thoughts on those? Do they work? Okay. My, my thoughts are this. The more times you reach out, the longer the time horizon, and the more channels you reach out from, the higher the lead to booking rate, which means this is an additional channel. It's a voicemail drop, right? So I am always for it. Okay. Because it doesn't hurt to have it. It'll only add, right? It won't, it won't hurt to have it. Okay. However, and you absolutely can build it into there. Okay. It's just, I couldn't build that into a templatized thing to automatically like drop into every per— you know, you see what I'm saying? Like, so the voicemail drop, um, is because every client's voice, it's, it's a little bit different. So with that, like, you can absolutely create your voicemail drop and then put that in there. You can also absolutely swap the voice out to be your voice. Yeah. Okay.
Are you saying though that, uh, the voicemail systems are inconsistent enough that it's tough to set up a voicemail drop?
No, no, no. It's actually pretty easy. Every— it's very easy to set up your voicemail drop. You just have to record your MP3 and then put it in there. And then it's just additional node that you put into your workflow. That's it. So it's not hard. It's just that, like, I don't— I didn't templatize it into the snapshot, but inside GoHighLevel, you absolutely can do voicemail drops. Okay. And all you have to do really is this. All you have to do Is this, you add, you literally click that and then you do voicemail, bang. Okay. You upload your file. Okay. MP3 and you're done. Okay. Obviously this is not, this is max 2 minutes. Okay. But that's it. Done. Okay. Nevermind.
You put a little wait step in front of it so it waits.
Yeah. You put a little, yeah, exactly. You make a call, make wait step. Hey, I just tried you. I'm gonna try calling you in 30 minutes again, whatever. You see what I'm saying? So like that. Yeah. Yeah. So, so, so, so, so that's that. So I haven't created a generic voicemail drop for every single— that's industry agnostic, right? Because every business is a little bit different, but you can absolutely add in like a wait step and add in a voicemail drop in here directly. Absolutely. You can. Okay. So it's super easy. You just, you just go into the workflows already set up, but it's just not, it's just not built into like a, like a, like a, like a sequence like this. Yeah. Okay.
Cool.
Okay. Any other questions? Going once, going twice, going thrice. Are we, is this helpful? Is this, are you guys, are we learning? Are you guys, you guys finding that? Yeah. Okay, cool. Cool. Cool. This is great. Make sure. Okay.
No, I appreciate getting on more of the high, higher level structure before we, we have to jump in.
Yeah. Because the structure, the structure is industry agnostic. Okay. Like it's, it's, it's for every, every industry. You just have to go in, configure it. Once it's configured, you go through a phase of like, it's like training a sales rep. Oh, you're calling them too many times. You're turning them off. Our show rate's low. It's like, it's a, it's an adjustment thing. It's like a, it's always marketing is always a, like I said, how well does it work thing? It's not, does it work or not work, right? If they received a call and they can hear the phone ring and they pick it up and they talk to an AI, it works cuz it's talking to them. But what it says, how it says it, all of that can be adjusted. Okay, so inside school, this is the last part that I want you guys to pay super close attention. I know it's been a long call. I will, I promise you I'll finish in 2 minutes. So under the calendar area, this right here is the main calendar area where you will see all of our clinics, all of our calls, all of our coaching calls, all of anything. Okay. If I ever run masterminds, okay, in the future, in-person masterminds, anything like that, it'll all go inside the calendar area. Okay. So calendar area, what's in here? Well, number one, auto-caller optimization calls happen every day at 1:00 PM. This is a Q&A. So you come on and it's a round robin where you ask a question and we answer it. And sometimes if it's a technical question, it may take long. Okay. Which means that the Q&A, okay, it's first come, first serve. Okay. First and foremost. Okay. And we will answer your question. Okay. Um, and they happen every day. Okay. Every day. Now, if you want Advanced level of support. Okay. Meaning you want our team's time to review your campaign one-on-one after your activation. So what's activation? Activation means AutoCaller is now calling leads and it's booking appointments for you. Anything after that, okay, after it's booking appointments, okay, if you need our team's time, okay, you can purchase service. Okay. Let me quickly explain. What the service is, but I want to actually, let me, let me, let me quickly show you the, the, the calendar area and then I'll show you the service packages depending on what you guys need. Okay? So every single day, Auto Call Optimization, that's 1:00 PM every day. Okay? Infinite use. You can come every day. Okay? Tuesdays at 12:00 PM, we have Beginner Ads Optimization calls. What are these calls? If you've never ran a Facebook ad, okay, you are welcome to come onto these calls and we will teach you How to run Facebook ads. Okay. To show you what to click. Don't click that button. You click this button. Okay. Ooh, gaga. That's Tuesdays. Okay. Thursdays are advanced ads optimization calls. This is if your ads are running, you have tracking. Okay. Like this. Okay. Using our tracker. Okay. You have tracking. Okay. And you, your ads aren't performing for whatever reason you come here. And we'll give you tactical things for you to go and do. And then you can come back the next week to check to see where your ads are at the following week. This is how we help you from week to week. That make sense? So those are Thursdays. Okay. These are advanced ads optimization calls. Caviar. If you come to Thursday ads calls without your tracking, we will send you to beginner ads call, or we will say go track before we can help you because How do we know if I, if we say, oh, changes headline, how do we know if it, if it was better or not? If you don't track, okay? If you don't have a tracker, please type in tracker, go to classrooms. Okay? And this is my actual marketing tracker. Okay? Make this your own. Okay, cool. So that is Thursdays and Tuesdays as calls. Any questions on that? Okay. Sales training. Okay? 9:00 AM on Wednesday, I do Tonality sales training every 9:00 AM on Wednesdays.
Why?
Because Tonality sales training is specifically for clients who want to, who want to use their own voice for the auto caller. If you want to use your own voice, right? Here's the thing when it comes to communication, 7% is words, 38% is tonality, 55% is body language. Okay. If you want to use your own voice, no problem. But if you don't know high ticket sales tonalities, okay, I teach them here on Wednesdays so you can learn it. Then you can basically read your script in high ticket sales tonality, and then you can take that script, take that audio recording, train an AI model, and then use that for your auto call. So like this teaches you high ticket sales tonality. If you want to also just skip over these calls, you could literally go to Auto Closer. Okay. Tonality sales training is right here. Okay. I do a training right here in here. You can go watch it or you can come to Wednesdays, but I did literally do it every Wednesday, 9:00 AM. I stack it with my sales team. So my sales team also comes at 9:00 AM and I do Tonality sales training for the whole sales team plus our clients. So you're totally welcome to come to that. Okay. And all you do is you click add to calendar and then that's it. Okay. 12:00 PM on Wednesdays, this is a mastermind call with me. I'm here every week. Okay. I have lunch every week with my clients. Okay. And we talk business. Sometimes we talk shit, but most of the time we talk business. Okay. Um, but we basically talk about your business. You can come to these calls with questions about your business. And I want to make sure these are tactical things. If you come to me with your, your, your snapshot, right? Something to do with your auto caller. I will send you to the 1 PM call. Okay. Because these are tactical things. If you're like, Sam, I don't know if I should use TikTok or Facebook ads as a paid advertising platform. Tell me the difference. Or like, hey, Sam, I'm thinking about running this ad. Here's my ad script. You want to review it with me? Stuff like that. Tactical, strategic in nature things you bring to this call and I can help support you. Okay. I'm here every week. Okay. Every week I'm here. All right. And then Friday is for ads creation. If you don't know how to actually do the AI ads, okay. You can come to these ad creation masterclass calls and learn from my director of media buying. If you have not booked your GHL setup call, which is the immediate call after this call, that call is a one-on-one call with your dedicated GoHighLevel experts who is going to load in your snapshot and your auto-caller into your GHL. Okay. And if you don't have a GHL, we'll give you a GHL account as well. Okay. That is that call where we're going to do everything on that call. Okay? So the next step is for you to book that call. All right? And to book that call, please go to autocallerai.ca/core-onboarding. Scroll down. Okay? And right here, GHL setup call. Okay? So make sure you go ahead and book that directly in here if you haven't already. Now, I know some of you guys have already attended that call, so whatever sequence you're in with your consultant, just carry on with your sequence. You know your next steps. Okay, because at the end of that call, usually what we do is we take you through a 3 to 6 call process where we book the next call at the end of this call. Just going to add this little segment here just to give everybody a little bit of context. So essentially, this is the fulfillment roadmap. All right. So if you are auto caller only, you're going to follow the green. If you are auto add, then you will follow the green and the blue. Okay, so the green, you start off with a new client orientation call, okay, which is the one that you are watching. Right now, the recording. Okay, after that, okay, we then send you into an auto caller setup call. And so the auto caller setup call, okay, that, okay, can be accessed via autocallerai.ca/coreonboarding, which will take you right here. Okay, this GHL setup call, you can repeatedly book it in here and it will automatically get routed to your consultant's dedicated consultant's calendar. Okay, so that's where you continuously go back if the consultant doesn't give you a a booking link, you can just come back here and book directly here as well. Okay. And after that, okay, we will then do an activation call. The activation call is where we will activate the auto— auto caller. It's gonna be live. And then we will book out another call a week out from the activation call to review the performance of that week. After that, you can do— it's consi— that we are— you are considered launch and activated ongoing optimization. You can do DIY monitoring directly through Skool or You could do done-for-you monitoring through our automation experts that you can hire. Now, that being said, to hire automation experts, super easy. Okay. Just go into AutoScale AI, go to hire staff from us. You can hire either an automation expert or hire a media buyer from us. Okay. So the different tiers and payment links are down here. And then the media buyer, if you want to hire a media buyer, you can go ahead and purchase that there. And it breaks down the pricing here. As well. Now, if you purchase Ads Management, then you will be sent into both flows simultaneously. So you'll be sent into this flow, okay? And simultaneously, after the auto caller setup call, you're gonna book basically 2 calls. You're gonna, you're gonna continuously book your, the 2nd, the 3rd, the 4th, the 5th auto caller setup call. But at the same time, you're gonna, you're gonna have an offer creation and ask script creation call with our CMO Mike, then mini VSL creation call. We're actually gonna shoot the ad right there on that call. Okay. Then we're going to do a Meta setup call. Okay. Which we set up your ad account and tracking, tracking systems. All right. Then do an ongoing optimization call. Okay. If you are buying an upgraded ad, we will then from here, from this call, we will send you into a design call with Marco, our cinematic ad director here.
Okay.
So this right here is a fulfillment roadmap. I hope that makes sense. I'm going to include this as a PDF as well in the description.
One quick question. Did you say we could look at some of the ads that you've already created?
Yes, absolutely. Here is actually the best way to do that. The best way to do that is to spy on me live. Oh, okay. Spy on me. Okay. Go to ad library. Just literally type in ad library. Okay. Change this to US. Okay. Okay. All ads, AutoCaller, type it in there. Okay. And then sort by impressions, high to low. That's my best performing ad. That's my worst performing ad. Okay. It will literally rank them in impression count. You see? Wow. So this is how you go spy on my ads.
If you already have appointment setters, I'll make you a bold promise, right?
That's literally like an ad that I'm running right now. You see what I'm saying? Yeah.
Yeah.
What if every lead from your ads got a call within 10 seconds?
Yeah. All AI avatars.
Not all of them. This one is literally me talking into a camera. See? 4 minutes. What if every lead from your ads got a call within 10 seconds? Most leads go cold because no one calls them fast enough. Right? So yeah. So that's another, that's another ad. Okay. So yeah. So this is how you can go spy on my ads. Okay. But the best way is to go here, go to AutoScale AI under AutoAd, just go to any of these modules, scroll all the way down. This is AutoAd right here. This is like the holy grail of like holy grails. Okay. It's like, Literally, this, this, this GPT has attributed like millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars of revenue in ad creation. It's so, it's ridiculous. It's really, really good because all the data that I train on it, I probably paid close to $100 grand for, like out of all the programs and stuff that I bought like in the past. Okay. Like, like it's like It's really, really valuable. So, and just make sure if you— if it's locked, okay, just make sure community code is right here, school2025, okay, to unlock it.
Well, I've been going through a lot of those in the trainings there. It's been pretty fun. And, uh, it's— there's a lot. I'm impressed.
There's a lot. Yeah, there's a lot. It, it took, it took a long time to build, but it was like accumulation of like— because like, I'll tell you guys, like when I first started Autocaller, I started Autocaller and then clients were having issues with like their, their, their ads. And I was like, man, like we could just create an AI with all the winning ad scripts and then just have the AI write their ads, their ad script for them. Cause like, put it this way, two options. Option one, okay. Is the, the, a beast of a production team. Okay. But shitty copywriters. Okay. Shitty ad script writers, shitty offer builders, or option number 2, great at offer building, great at script writing, okay, and shot with an iPhone camera with a good offer and good ad script. I'd rather option 2. I'd rather a really good offer with a really good ad script shot on an iPhone. Than a Hollywood-level production studio set with a bad offer, with a bad ad script. You follow what I'm saying? So the offer and the ad script does 90% of the heavy lifting. The visuals is just a, it's just, it's just a little percentage boost. That's it. That's all the visuals will do. The offer and the ad script is everything. Let me show you my, just to drive that point home. Let me show you my first ever auto-caller ad that I ran as a test with my chief marketing officer. Look at this. I edited this on my phone. Hey, what if every lead from your ads got a call within 10 seconds of that lead opting in? Most businesses are wasting 50-80% of that budget. You know why? Because they generate leads, but nobody calls them back, right? By the time your setter follows up with them, they've already ghosted. So that, that's it. Shot on my phone. Running ads in your biz. Okay, running ads in your biz, 6 to 1 return on my money on that ad. So it's not about the actual ad, it's about the offer and the ad script. If the offer and ad script is good, you can shoot it on your iPhone, slap some subtitles, slap a good headline on it. Run it and it'll work. And it's always how well does it work, right? So once you've proven out a particular, like, offer, then you go spend the ad budget to create a really, really good ad based on that script. You see what I'm saying? But you can test different scripts using just iPhone. Once you get it, once you land a script that's good, you're like, oh, this script slaps. Perfect. Let me create a professional version of it. And they give it that extra boost with the same script. See what I'm saying?
That's awesome.
Cool.
I think I stopped before you got into the coaching part too. I don't know if we covered that yet.
The coaching part. That's the coaching part. The coaching part is, is, is this is, this right here is calendar right here. I give you guys like every single week. Yeah.
Under the, under the classroom all the way to the right. What's that one? The auto closer. Program?
Oh, this? Oh, sorry. This right here is a, uh, it's a high ticket sales training course.
Oh, okay.
Yeah. So like in here, like I teach, like, for example, like Welcome to the Jungle Auto Closer Handbook. You see, this is a 120-page manual that I wrote on how to do high ticket sales. You see, like closer script. This is like a 26-page script. Okay. And then this is like another objection handling script. This is another 45 pages of objection handles specifically designed for high ticket sales. And then I teach tonality in here as well, right? How to read people, right? Um, and, and bunch, bunch of other stuff in here. It's basically high ticket sales training. Okay. So you notice every single, um, every single call in the calendar lines up with the course. So like you see Tonality sales training, it lines up with Auto Closer, right? You have beginner ads optimization calls, advanced ads optimization calls. It corresponds with Auto Ad, Auto Caller optimization calls every day. It corresponds with Auto Caller. So all the calls in here correspond. Oh, there's one last thing I totally forgot to tell you guys. Okay. So this right here is if you want to hire my team. Okay. So after we get you to the activation point, what's the activation point? Your AI's booking appointments now. Okay. That's the activation point. All right. Leads are coming in, AI is booking appointments out. After we get you there, beyond that, okay, if you want one-on-one time with the team, okay, like dedicated one-on-one time to help you optimize, like whatever it is, okay, we have 3 support levels. Okay. You have basic, premium, and elite. Basic is 1 call per week. Premium is 1 hour per day of optimizing. Support Elite is 4 hours a day of support. Having somebody dedicated to build, optimize, all that for 4 hours a day dedicated to your business. Okay. A dev, like literally one of my devs, clock in at 9, clock out at 1 to build, build shit for you for 4 hours a day. That is elite level support. Basic support is an hour a week, meaning you, it's running right. An hour a week, we review the numbers and we look at, okay, what can we optimize? What can we tweak? What are the issues? Fix, fix, fix. Okay. Premium support is an hour per day, meaning every day we sit down and we say, okay, we look at data yesterday. Okay. What can we fix every day? So the faster you iterate, the faster you get to your goal. Right. But just to kind of give you an idea, it's an hour per week, an hour per day, or 4 hours per day. Those are the 3 different levels of support after we get you to the activation point. Quick little note, guys. Um, so. If you are inside AutoScale AI and you did not come through one of our done-for-you plans and you're just doing DIY, and you do not have the GHL snapshot, okay, inside of your GHL, you can go ahead and book an onboarding call, GHL onboarding call, okay, just go here, book a GHL onboarding call, okay, here, okay, GHL setup call here. And just go ahead and fill out your information. And, uh, on this setup call, you will be able to import your snapshot, all that kind of good stuff.
