After months learning to make fillable PDFs, Speaker A created ultra-specific Substack guides for ADHD, autism, and PDA. Thin-slice content performs well for search discovery, and neurodivergent needs are varied enough to justify separate guides for each profile.

Yeah, just a little bit before I joined Substack. Uh, so probably like 4 months or so, maybe 5, started researching stuff and like figuring out if it even made sense to write about it. And then I had to figure out how to make like fillable PDFs that I could customize. And it was, you know, it's a lot of research rabbit holes and stuff that turned into like, I need a project to learn how to do this thing. I might as well. Make a hopefully interesting guide out of it in the process. And then that snowballed into a bunch of very, very specific guides, especially with the neurodivergent stuff, like very thin slices of ultra-specific things, because it's just good for search terms. And neurodivergence is such a wide spectrum that like a kink with an ADHD person, with an autistic person, or someone with PDA, whatever, can look very different. And, you know, some, some things overlap, some things really, really don't. So they got very specific very quickly.
