Hi, welcome back.
It's Tuesday and we're doing another nice PrecisionSculpt case of the arms. I'm gonna be showing you the entire procedure, so get ready for the before photo. So here's our lovely patient. So what makes her interesting is that, you know, she's actually had some CoolSculpting in this area and it has thinned out. It did respond, but she has fullness all throughout here and she's got fullness up in this area that's giving her a thicker appearance, and this is happening on both sides. So we're going to really take this in and we're going to shrink this down, shrink this down. All right, all right.
So here we are, we're numbing her arm, we're getting it nice and full, we're numbing it layer by layer. Very comfortable. How you feeling?
I'm feeling great.
Awesome. So we'll get this nice and numb and then we'll do some lasering and then we'll start sculpting.

So we're sculpting her arms. We're coming in from 3 different small little tiny access points here. This is gonna keep us nice and smooth and gain access to all the fat along the whole entire arm and get everything really like snatched in. Arm snatch.

We're just starting to numb. I use a Botox needle here. It's very tiny with a little shaky maneuver. You barely even feel anything if you feel it at all. Very tolerable. So we're gonna get this area nice and numb. We're gonna get 2 little spots nice and I'm numb. just gonna numb here before we start numbing the whole rest of the arm.
I thought everyone was numb.
Constantly, right? And you walk around, you see like if they're on their phone, they're in it. Yeah, it's like— so I'm just numbing you right now. That's not too bad, right?
No, not too bad.
What does it feel like?
Uh, it feels like just something going in there.
Sliding around?
Yeah, sliding around.
Some people say it's even hard to count, but just Yeah, I mean, I can—
it doesn't feel like you're inside, but I know that you are.
Yeah. So you see lots of positions with the fat coming out from all different areas, working on all this fat here, getting it nice and thinned out. Very nice. Lots of fat in the canister. I mean, you're gonna love it. You're really happy with the volume.
