Welcome back. This is an Awake BBL reduction educational video for people who might find themselves in this predicament. She had a BBL a few years ago by a different surgeon. She always felt that it was too big and that the fat was not placed in the best areas. With time, the buttocks and hips increased in size, and she really wanted it taken down. So she found us because she did not want general anesthesia. She came to us from out of state. We use 5 different incisions, 2 on each side, 1 centrally.
