This is a YouTube video titled "Awake Breast Implant Removal" (uploaded Feb 22, 2023) presenting a surgical/operative demonstration. A narrator (the operating surgeon) describes step-by-step removal of saline breast implants in an awake patient — local numbing with cannula, ~3 cm inframammary incisions, dissection to free and remove deflated saline implants, meticulous layered skin closure, application of adhesive and Steri-Strips, and dressing. The content is instructional and focuses on the surgical technique; the patient appears present but does not speak.

She was over her implants. She wanted them out. We did it in the awake setting. So we start off with some numbing, a gentle shaking technique, then a cannula technique to numb the breast entirely. Then we make a small incision in the fold underneath the breast. This is about a 3-centimeter incision. We then further dissect into the deeper tissue heading towards the implant. Here we're freeing up the implant, fingers going around it. The implant's out, you can see. It's a saline implant. It's fully out here. We're then closing meticulously, layered closure, getting things really nice and smooth. And then we move on to the right breast. We have numbing in place. We are making our incision, carefully going down into the space where the implant is, placing more numbing medication as we go. You can see the implant there glistening. We place a finger in to free up the implant so it will slide out. Very easily, and here it comes. It's like a delivery. Voilà, it is out. It's a saline implant as well, and you can see both implants are out. No more saline in them. They are deflated, and then it is a meticulous layered closure. And here you can see a close-up. This is the final skin closure where it's sealed up really nicely. Again, this is about a 3-centimeter incision. We place some adhesive, then Steri-Strips seal it up, and then look how nice everything looks. With some gauze, we clean her up and wrap her up, and she is
