Today we're doing PrecisionSculpt Awake Lipo buffalo hump removal. This is excess fat pad over the upper back, lower neck. We start with a gentle numbing technique. We make a little tiny opening at 6 o'clock. We lay down numbing medication very thoroughly, expanding the area. We then start lasering, which breaks up the fat. Then we start sculpting out the fat layer by layer, very thoroughly bringing it down, making a depression between the shoulder blades. Look at all that fat we got off of her. Then we carefully milk out any excess fluid and voilà, looks beautiful. She is going to love it. It is an instantaneous result. So happy for her.
