We're sculpting her buffalo hump, arms, and armpits. We'll start with the buffalo hump. We sculpt it completely, really shooting for depression, as you see there. We then move on to her arms, sculpting from all different directions, and then completing it with some radiofrequency tightening. Next up is the armpit, done through all different positions. Really sculpting that area and tons of fat removed. Here she's shown months after her procedure, nice and svelte. The arms are thin. She's feeling good about herself. Her arms are really snatched up.
