In this video, a clinician demonstrates an awake PrecisionSculpt® liposculpting procedure that harvests autologous fat from the outer thighs and transfers it to the hands for rejuvenation. The patient lies on her side, and three tiny skin openings are numbed with gentle local anesthetic while she remains awake and relaxed. Using micro‑cannulas and a specialized instrument, the surgeon incrementally sculpts out fat layer‑by‑layer from the thigh, collects the “beautiful” fat, rinses and filters it, and prepares it for grafting. The hands are then numbed, and the processed fat is injected superficially—just under the skin and above muscles, tendons, and bone—to restore volume and a youthful appearance. The procedure concludes with a simple wrap, and the patient is ready to leave.

Today we're performing PrecisionSculpt of the outer thighs and transferring that fat to the hands. We start with the patient on their side. We gently numb 3 little small skin openings. We lay down numbing medication very gently. The patient's awake, she's relaxed, comfortable, we're chatting while we numb. We then massage it in, evenly distribute it, and then we sculpt out the fat through tiny little openings. Layer by layer with microcannulas and a specialized instrument. Beautiful fat coming off of her. We rinse the fat, filter it, get it ready for our transfer. We lay down numbing medication throughout the hand so it's very comfortable. We have beautiful fat to fill her hands, make them more youthful. We place it underneath the skin, superficial to the muscles, tendons, bones, and the hands look beautiful. We wrap 'em up and she's ready to go.
