Alright, hi everybody, it's Thursday. Sorry, we've been a little MIA on the Snapchat, but we've been busy. We had cases Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and now it's Thursday and our patient's gonna let us snap. So we're gonna do a little male chest liposculpting, so I'll see you there. Welcome, we have our patient. He's nice and comfortable, he's awake, covered his face. We're gonna be doing his chest, we're doing male chest here. He's got a lot of fullness, we're gonna be taking this in. It's called Sculpting them in very nicely. We're going to make 2 little tiny openings on each side. So next up is the numbing. Alright, so we've got the left side all nice and numb. How'd that feel? Was it okay? Okay. Alright, so now we're going to start numbing the right side. So I like to really thoroughly numb, and not only for comfort, but it also just allows me to get every single layer and really take it smoothly. You doing alright? Yep. Perfect. So we've got him numb on both sides now, and we've moved So we've moved on to our lasering. So I'm just sliding through all this fibrofatty glandular tissue, melting it, getting it more liquefied so that way we can sculpt it out very thoroughly. How you feeling? Great. Awesome. All right, so we've been sculpting the chest now and we're getting great fat as expected. Okay, we're going to get lots more. It's coming down very nicely. We're just working on getting this more and more flat. And so if you look over in the canister, you can see it's almost pure fat. Very satisfying, and there's a lot more to come. So we've completed the left side here, and you can see things are nice and depressed in, which is going along the contour of the pectoralis. It's very thinned out now. There's also some swelling here from numbing fluid. You can see this is the side we haven't done. This is the completed side. So there's significant difference. He's gonna love it. All right, so we're all done. We got him covered up for modesty, but his chest looks very nice. I'll show some before photos later, but he's nice and flat now. There's obviously some swelling here because I put lots of numbing fluid, but you can see the contour is great and everything is very thinned out now. So very nice, very pleased, and let's come over and show them the amount of fat. So there's tons of fat. Awesome, that looks so good.
