Hi, good morning, happy Friday. It's gonna be a great day. Today we have a PrecisionSculpt case of the chin and neck. We're gonna show you the photos in a minute. We're gonna show you the procedure and you're gonna love it. Really great result coming, can't wait.
So here's our lovely patient. She's actually coming from another state. She came in today, but we're gonna take care of all this stuff here. We're also gonna create a jawline for her. I'm gonna show you some side shots and the markings so you can get a real idea of how we're gonna get rid of this. I'm really excited for this view, especially when she's all healed up, that this jawline right here will become kind of, so to speak, snatched in. This double chin will be gone, and she's gonna have a really nice defined face. And this gives you an idea of where we're gonna be, the markings. I'm gonna make a little tiny opening here, another one over here, one over here. We're gonna work on sculpting all of this. Oblique view gives you a nice idea of where we're gonna be. All throughout these entire markings is where we're gonna be sculpting, even up into the jowl region. To get this jawline nice and defined, get rid of the double chin, get her nice and sculpted.
Numb her, do a little shake just for a little distraction. We use a Botox needle so she can barely feel it. We're just getting our little skin openings nice and numb. You doing okay?

So she's nice and numb. There's 3 little skin openings here. We're gonna make a little tiny opening. These essentially are about scarless by about 2 weeks. It's really tiny, just a little small opening in the skin. You don't feel that at all, do you?
No, not at all.
So we haven't had this area numbed yet, and we're gonna start our numbing, okay? So it's very gentle, put it in real slow. She feels a little pressure, and she will feel some stuff drip on her, that's normal. So here we are, we've numbed this area, we're putting in fluid. So you can see it's very full. It's very important to do this very thoroughly so we can get all the fat. So now that she's all numb, we use the laser to help define her jawline. It melts the fat, it heats the skin so you get more Skin tightening, really just gets everything prepared and gets us a really nice result. Here we are with the laser still. I spend a lot of time, lots of different positions, and we're working on sculpting this jawline like we talked about in the pre-op photos. This is getting it nice and melted. We just started our sculpting and the fat is already coming out. It's like it was ready to jump out of there. Very nice. You can see it going in the tube. You feeling all right?

Yeah, no big deal, right? Your spa day. All right, so here we are now sculpting the fat out after we've She's numbed and is lasered. Now the fat is being brought out and it's into the canister over here. It's already starting to shape up. So how was it?
It was wonderful. I didn't feel a thing.
Yeah, right? It's nice, huh? It's beautiful. We're all done. She's all packaged up.
You can see she has her garment on.
Everything is compressing and holding it in where we sculpted. You feeling okay?
