In this instructional video, a clinician performs a comprehensive neck and facial rejuvenation treatment on a patient. The session begins with the Venus Viva radiofrequency (RF) facial, targeting skin tightening, fine line reduction, and pore smoothing on the neck. After the RF pass, topical lidocaine is applied before drawing platelet‑rich plasma (PRP) from the patient’s blood tubes. The PRP is sprayed onto the neck, then the clinician microneedles the neck and face over the treated areas to enhance PRP absorption and stimulate collagen remodeling. So we're going to do a Venus Viva today. We're going to help tighten the skin, decrease fine lines, smooth out some of her pores, and give her an overall better— Starting the radio facial first with the radio frequency ablation. I'm trying to tighten her neck skin right now. On the second pass here, tightening up her, her neck. Looking good. So we just finished the Venus Viva portion. I'm going to put topical lidocaine on and get ready for the PRP and the microneedling. Just drawing up the PRP here out of the tubes so we can put it on her face. Let's go ahead and spray the neck with her PRP, get it nice and wet so then I can microneedle over it. So we're going to start the microneedling process with her neck to try to help rejuvenate the skin here. We're just trying to delay inevitable— So here we are microneedling her face over where we Venus beaded. Okay, so we finished all the microneedling and I am just rubbing in her PRP into her skin, letting it soak up, hydrate your skin, and decrease some of the inflammation. Okay, so let me just get it on your face. Pull the mask on her. We're going to leave it on for 10 minutes, let it decrease some of the inflammation on her skin. So we're just putting the post, uh, laser balm on the face to try to seal in the moisture of the PRP. How was it? Not bad.
