This is a YouTube video titled "THIGH LIPO | KNEE LIPO | PRECISION SCULPT® | SMART LASER RADIOFREQUENCY | AWAKE LIPOSUCTION" (created April 1, 2017). The excerpt is an English narrated surgical/procedural transcript from a cosmetic liposuction/body‑sculpting case. Multiple speakers (labeled SPEAKER A, B, C — members of the surgical team) describe steps and intraoperative actions: numbing, sculpting the arms, inner thighs, knees, and buttocks, transferring/removing fat, and techniques to create more thigh gap and slim the knee area. Context appears to be a clinical demonstration or operative narration for awake liposuction/precision sculpting.

Good morning everybody, happy Friday. We got a nice body sculpting case today. We're gonna be working on the arms, inner thighs, the knees, and we're gonna be sculpting the entire buttocks. After we finish completing sculpting the arms, we're gonna turn our attention to all the inner thigh and knees. So this way, this is gonna be moved in, we get more thigh gap.
We've started on the back area. We're just numbing, okay? We've numbed the inner thighs here, all right? We're gonna be taking from the tailbone, we're gonna be putting it all into this area. Position for the upper inner thigh. So this just allows me to get this back portion of it. We'll get the rest of it when we turn her over. Right now we're just sculpting this back. Numbing her inner thighs and knee area, okay? Getting it all nice and numb before we start sculpting this area. So now we're sculpting the inner thigh here, even down into the knee. But right now we're just working on this left inner thigh, bringing it in nicely. Side now, and I, again, I use a lot of different angles, a lot of different access points to keep it nice and smooth. Come at it at different angles to get different parts. Working on this inner thigh, inner knee area, specifically the knee zone. This will slim this whole area by itself.
Moved on to our fat—
