The Scott Adams School - 10/16/26 ROADSTER FRI-YAY! with The Home Team

In this livestream episode of The Scott Adams School, hosts Erika, Marcella, and Owen Gregorian discuss a wide range of topics while celebrating the recent unveiling of Tesla’s new Roadster. The show opens with light‑hearted banter about tips, coffee, and the Roadster’s $250,000 price tag, followed by a detailed description of the car’s futuristic features such as cold‑gas thrusters, hover capability, and sub‑one‑second 0‑to‑60 acceleration. The hosts then shift to a coffee‑related study on gut microbiome effects, before playing a clip of political candidate Jamie West. The conversation moves into political persuasion, featuring Scott Adams’ commentary on a PBS experiment that showed how fear‑laden priming can instantly shift voting preferences, and his “hypnotist reframe” that people are rational only 10 % of the time. The panel debates Democratic criticism of Elon Musk, shares right‑leaning perspectives on fear‑based media narratives, and critiques left‑wing media. A segment on Jack Smith’s alleged collection of MAGA‑merchandise data and the legality of such surveillance leads to a broader discussion about the power of special prosecutors, disbarment, and the role of the American Bar Association. The hosts also discuss cultural topics such as gym attire, Shane Gillis’s jokes about women, and speculative talk about aliens and extraterrestrials. Throughout, they promote community merchandise (Scott Adams mugs, beanies, calendars) and encourage audience participation via the “simultaneous sip” ritual. In the closing moments, Owen shares a humorous anecdote about AI avatars stuck in an endless Zoom loop, Erika references Howard Stern’s “Medicated Pete” and explains the show’s 30‑second audio delay to avoid cutting off speakers, and the hosts exchange farewells, thanking the audience and reminding them to pre‑order merch. The episode ends with a light‑hearted goodbye and plans for future interaction.

Tips, right?
Oh, no tax on tips, you guys. Send Marcella X money on her X account so she can buy a Roadster. Good morning!
Thanks, we're starting off right. It's Friday.
It's Friday. And how much is it, Marcella? $250,000?
Oh, only $250,000.
All right,
you
know, it is a bargain when you think about it. Good morning, everybody! Come on in, it's Friday.
Who doesn't want a car where you can just like run off a cliff and it'll land for you?
I'm right. It's like it's actually well, you know we'll talk about it when we get there. But it's like every dream I have where my car is going crazy. Did you guys notice my thumbnail?
Oh, I didn't. Oh, when I go look at you
especially. Oh, and I put a lot of work into these thumbnails. I don't think you ever look at them. We should make them into a coffee table book, I think. Mm-hmm. So see, Marcella's looking. She'll be excited. Come on in, everybody. We're just waiting till we catch up here, and then we're going to get to the sip. Did you see it yet, Marcella?
You guys are twins. Yeah, Back to the Future.
Yes. A little Back to the Future action. Okay, Mindy, are you in here? Marcela wore this shirt for you today, Mindy, if you can hear me. Mindy doesn't like to chat too much in here, but—
I know. I'm Mindy today, okay?
Mindy's one of my besties. She's watching the show on Locals. Good morning, Mindy, and good morning, everybody. Good morning, everyone on, yes, YouTube, X, Spotify, Rumble, and Locals. We are ready to get, get going. Okay. I am ready. Owen, Marcella, ready?
I'm ready. Stiptastic.
Let's go.
We're ready.
And if you'd like to enjoy this broadcast to the maximum possible extent, well, you know what you need. You need a cup or a mug or a glass, a tank or chalice or stein, a canteen jug or flask, a vessel of any kind. Fill it with your favorite liquid. I like coffee. And join me now for the unparalleled pleasure, the dopamine hit of the day, the thing that makes Everything better except vote counting. It's called the simultaneous sip, and it happens now. I feel the transparency on this election improving.
Well, my coffee sucks, just so you know.
Sorry to hear that.
Sucks.
I do have a question for the. electricians in the crowd. So my coffee pot is plugged into one of those, you know, those outlets that like if it trips, it pops off. But for some reason, this outlet constantly trips. Can I move my plug over to the non-tripping outlet so my coffee pot never trips? Because then the time resets, it doesn't go off. So I'm basically drinking cold coffee. Someone tell me, can I do that or will my house burn down? Yes, a GCFI. Can I move it to the non-GFI? I can? I can? Huh.
I would confirm with Chester. That's what I would do.
I don't know. I trust this crowdsourcing here. Yep. More than Chester. Have you met Chester? Although
he does a GFS— GFCI is supposed to protect you, right?
Yeah.
Yeah. But you get rid of it, then you don't have to protect
it. But I want coffee hot in the morning, Owen, and I don't want it to trip in the middle of the night. But Owen, wait a minute. You have coffee news. I saw it today.
Oh.
And so maybe you can give me some good news about coffee. Or was it bad news?
Uh, no, I think it was good news. Um, I think it would— actually, the latest study of many that I posted about the good things about coffee was that it affects your gut microbiome. And apparently it was different depending on whether it was decaffeinated or caffeinated. But I think both of them showed cognitive improvements. So you're getting smarter every time you have your coffee.
Even if it's lukewarm. Okay. So listen, you guys, before we get into the big news of the day, which this is like Marcella's birthday show. Because she just freaking loves Tesla so much. And so we are going to get to that in one second. Um, but I can't let go of Jamie West yet. I did find one other clip from her. Um,
oh, the candidate.
The candidate from—
You talk about her like she's like Mindy or something, like a friend.
Everyone know Jamie West now. So I found her opening statement. And I just wanted to play because I don't want her to go away. Okay, listen to her opening statement. Oh, by the way, this is— if you haven't seen her yet, buckle up. But this is Jamie West running for city council in Fayette, Indiana. I just know this now. And here was her opening statement. God love her.
With that, I want to go to you, Jamie. How are you today?
I'm good. How are you?
Good. Would you like to share with us a little bit about yourself and read your opening statement?
Okay, I didn't write one, so I'm just gonna not read it, just say it out loud, like from my heart. Perfect. Okay, um, my name is Jimmy West. I'm a mother of 3. Uh, they're all grown children, they're all pretty successful. I'm proud of them. Um, I own a cleaning business called Queen Bee's Cleaning LLC because I am an environmentalist. I do— that's why I named it that. And I am a gig worker. I deliver a lot of groceries and packages for my community. So if you trust me, you know, delivering your groceries, you should trust me with your vote. You know, you know, I mean, come on. But, um,
okay, wait a minute. Wait, wait, wait. Clean Bee. Is that what she said it was called? Clean Bee. And she's an environmentalist and that's why she named it that. I don't understand. Does anyone understand that?
I tried. Not even, not even slightly. No.
I love her.
But she, she did that little head weave thing too when she was saying it, so.
Oh my God, I can't. I know, I know. So anyway, Jamie, God, oh, please don't go away. I don't know if she's drunk. She could just be amazing. So anyway, Jamie West, thank you for one more day of your amazingness. Um, oh my God, everybody's talking about her. Uh, oh wait, where'd my volume go? Can you guys hear me?
Yeah.
Okay, I don't know what I'm doing with my dials over here.
You're loud, you're loud now.
Oh shit, is that better?
Perfect now. Yeah,
yeah. All right, you guys,
I love her. I, I really do. Even though she's really like crazy, I think she'd be the life of the party if we have her over.
Heck yeah! I've been told by multiple people that Costco is selling a Jimothy raccoon.
Yes,
chewy doll for your dogs. I want to see a Jamie West doll. I'd scoop her right up. Okay, so you guys moving on. So much excitement, and I don't know what. I don't know how to do. I think I'm going to show you guys a couple of clips first because Marcela's just. Bursting at the seams. So, okay, let's take a look. So last night Tesla introduced their Roadster, and it's been long awaited. And let's let's just show you what this Roadster is. Here was the production behind the scenes.
Introduce the future.
Oh, introducing the future. Here we go. Just so you know, Marcella is rocking back and forth in her chair with a smile. What? What? So that was shown exclusively to the people that were invited. Marcela's back here going like, cannot wait. Marcela, without giving your whole story away, what was that clip like for you?
Just amazing. Orgasmic amazing. I am so over the moon. You know, one of the main things that I would say is this: I yesterday night I really missed Scott Adams. I really missed him, and I think a lot of us did because he would be so excited about. He probably would never buy the car.
No,
he'd be so excited about the future. He's always excited about the future, and you know, just. Just putting it out there, Scott, you are, you would be extremely happy today. What I saw, we didn't just see the future, we saw the possibility that whatever you put your mind into, you can do. So there comes Elon and he's like, well, I can make a flying car. We're all here thinking, oh, we want flying cars in the future, but none of us worked hard to achieve it. Yet he created a system because obviously he's not the one building it. He created a system Where in fact he employed different engineers, different people. He gave them funding. He was able to keep it quiet, for one, because nobody had seen or unveiled it or anything like that.
Nothing leaked, right?
Nothing leaked.
Amazing.
It was leak-proof. You always— there's always iPhone leaks and other things leak.
Supreme Court.
Supreme Court. Yeah. And so this did not leak. And on top of that, you, you, you, you were able to say, hey, if you want to accomplish something and there's people saying, no way you can do that, you can't do X, Y, and Z, he's showing us every single day that we can do whatever we want to do. That's
right.
And I am so— this is why I'm so excited, because there's different things I would want to accomplish. I won't talk about them right now, but there's things that I want to accomplish. And you look at it, and systems versus goals, baby. It's systems versus goals. The fact that this can be done. So in regards to the car of the future, it's actually not full self-driving. It's the last, as Elon said last night, is the last human-driven car.
Well, let's let's show it another clip of it, and then we'll get.
Yeah, let's show it.
Yeah. So Kenakoa posted this one for me to grab. Let's take a. I love that
sound. I mean, I've seen a lot of things. But I've never seen that before.
Tony Hawk would be proud. We call that the kickflip.
Yeah.
I think we could have cleared more than our whole fleet.
Yeah, we can go— we can go further. Like, this will be an actual car that's on the roads.
Okay, so one, I know they have a warning in there not to eat Taco Bell before and Make sure your kids are strapped down extra tight.
Don't, don't, don't bring coffee. All right, so the flips—
that was flying, Marcella, in my opinion.
So it has— it sucks very badly. Um,
I didn't do that yet, but it does.
It has the multi-mode suction system paired with rear-mounted cold gas thrusters that enable it to go 0 to 60 in less than 1 second because A lot of naysayers were, well, you don't have tires that can accomplish that. Well, guess what? We have thrusters and that's how it can do it. It can hover, it can fly, it can drive on walls, which I think you're going to show us.
Let's drive on walls. What do you mean, Marcela? Let's take a look.
No.
Uh, I'm sorry, what? One more time, one more time. It is not AI triggering us. Fan-freaking-tastic! Who said it was AI? Sean, stop it. Um, this is just crazy amazing. And I, I even was watching the one, Marcella, where it goes up the ramp and then they They stop it. It's upside down, stopped, sucked to the upside down road. Amazing.
I love it. I love it. The things you can do with it. It has a range of 300 miles. It's an electric car, obviously. And the top speed— and this is for— there's 3 versions. There's Performance, which is only $250,000.
$250,000 what?
$250,000.
$250,000. Gotcha.
Thrust, which is probably there, but a little more than that, they didn't say. And Rocket, which you have to actually be invited to, which is like the— it's like you're buying a rocket, basically.
Yeah.
Um, rocket car. And it can go top speed, as we know, I don't know, I think 230 miles per hour.
Uh, no, I think it's Oh, maybe it's 260. I forget what it is, but it was up there. And then the, the 0 to 60, yeah, was under a second. And oh, can you imagine under a second?
Yes, I can. Can I imagine? Of course I can. But can you guys at home imagine this on the road? I love it. It's When you're stuck in traffic in LA, all you do is dream about this car.
Um, Owen?
Yeah.
He's so perplexed he left and came back.
I know. I, I'm wondering, is this the first flying car or have we seen this with spaceships?
Well, I, I would even ask if this is a car. I mean, I, I kind of wonder if you need a pilot's license to drive it. But I mean, I think we've, we've seen prototypes of flying cars before. I posted a few stories for Scott over the years on that, but I think most of them tend to look more like either helicopters or drones or planes or something like that. So I think this may be the first one that actually looks like a real car that would also drive on the road, I guess. But, you know, it does seem like a very revolutionary thing. I It does seem just amazing. It's like you just kind of wonder, how did they do that with all these things?
Oh yeah. And, um, you know, so we wanted to get the Democrats' take on Elon and his, um, his amazingness. So we went to Jazzy Croc— I mean Crockett, Jasmine Crockett. Um, here's what she had to say about Elon.
Level of incompetence is almost like incomprehensible. It is So bad. And when you bring up the idiot known as Elon Musk, um, he is, is not only like very sinister and has no idea of what he's doing, and people are like, oh no, he absolutely knows because he's the richest man in the world. Like, yes, he knows how to hire smart people, but don't conflate that and believe that he is the genius because he ain't.
Okay, okay, Jazzy, thank you. Um, Not to be outdone, what does AOC say?
This dude is probably one of the most unintelligent billionaires I have ever met or seen or witnessed.
They're so good, and to them I say,
yes, yes,
naysayers, naysayers, all of them.
Go away.
I know.
And Florida came out saying that they'll make it legal to drive.
Hell yeah.
So I'm moving there. I'm moving.
I think I might too.
Just on Cape Canaveral or?
Yeah, just on Cape Canaveral.
He came out, DeSantis came out and said, oh, we'll make it legal.
Is he running? He's got to be running. DeSantis is off the edge of the rails. Running. Yes, of course.
I think they're going to have to write some new traffic laws for this then.
So let there be more traffic laws.
Um, so what else, Marcella, do we want to know about this before— we can't wrap up Tesla this fast, can we?
Oh no, we can't. Um, it's— it— there's aero features, there's thrusters to position for spacecraft thrusters, but today the, you know, the, the issue is I think the story that you had is like the naysayers are all coming out and they're like, oh, how can this be? So it seems like it's always 2 movies on one screen. There's the movie of like, as soon as we watch it, we're like, you know, despite the things that Owen says, like, okay, there has to be laws. So there, you know, can't be given to everybody, blah, blah, blah. It's expensive. But still you have to think it's amazing. But on the other side, it's like, oh no, oh, he's not smart. Oh, this is just AI. Or this is just like, uh, like, I don't know, I just hate it. You know, it's like they don't have a reason. They just like, oh, I love it because—
And they'll never own one then. Okay, fine, perfect.
Yeah, it just—
it's all cognitive dissonance, right? Like, you just— yeah. They can't come up with something to say, but they just have to say something, or they have to criticize it somehow. So they'll just reboot their brain and not really be able to get out a sentence.
Their brain is not flexible enough to have thoughts that impressive. If, if, if Hillary Clinton, or say Obama, or even say I don't know, uh, Mandami do something that is great, I'm not gonna be like, oh, I can't compute, I don't think it's great. You know, I am able to have the thought of mind to say, oh, okay, they did something good, the rest of their stuff is awful. That's, that's all I can say. It's like, you—
Marcela, I think we're— I think, I think most of us are like that. I think Owen is too. I agree. And we always talk about this, like Same thing, like, I might not agree— oh my gosh, my phone— I might not agree with everything one person says, but if I do agree with some of the things or I find it interesting, I can give that person credit. It's totally fine. It's not like everything they say or do is just instantly gone. That would be stupid. So it would be, you know, shallow-minded.
Makes us excited about life, you know. This makes the— makes life exciting. To me, it's the symbol, the golden age of the future. It really, you know, I mean, we'll I be able to afford the rooster in 20— it comes out in 2028. I'm saving until then, but I really doubt it. But it's what it signifies. It signifies that you can put your mind to it and you can do something that you want to do that really doesn't exist. It doesn't have to— things don't have to remain the same. And I think Trump teaches us that, like, he came into the presidency You know, like oh you're not Harvard grad. Oh you weren't. You know you weren't. You didn't come up through the ropes somehow, and you're a reality TV star. Bankruptcy in your businesses. Blah blah blah. But he was able to take the persuasion and take everything and basically change the way, like change reality itself. And Elon is changing reality itself. If Elon Scott too, and Trump can change reality. Each of us at home can change reality.
100%.
In our own way.
We're literally all the same. You! Yep. Score! Change reality. I don't know how to do a face. I'm very selfless.
I was trying to do—
How
powerful are the thrusters, and are the rear thrusters more powerful than the front thrusters?
They are just— oh. 10,000 SPI or something like that. I should— I'll have an answer for you soon.
Bless your soul, Marcella. He's thinking about thrusters, you understand. Well,
I mean, I could have asked her about the suction, but I figured I'd stick to the thrusters.
Oh, wow, Owen, you're making this a little more— I like it. Caliente. Very caliente.
I can't see Owen's face, but I can hear that question so clearly. He is from California, so... Mm-hmm. Okay, so you guys, what Marcela is trying to say is author yourself, okay? And for sure. And speaking of authoring yourself, I do want to play a clip from Scott because I think we need a little Friday send-off from Scott, um, just about 5 minutes. And, um, we're gonna chitty-chat about this on the other side. Ready, guys? Ready, Owen? Ready, Marcela?
I'm ready.
Here we go.
PBS did a fascinating experiment that should scare the hell out of you, and it showed how easily brains can be hacked. And I think it was Hacking Your Mind was the name of the, the special. And so what PBS did was they primed people before asking them for their voting preferences, and the way they primed them was half of the people got just generic information that had no emotional content. And then they said, all right, who do you vote for? Then they give them some dry, unemotional information. And then they check later and they say, okay, now who do you vote for and what topics do you favor now? The people who just got dry, boring information had the same opinion afterwards as they had before. So you might ask yourself, what kind of information could you give somebody that would fairly instantly change their voting preferences? Is that such a thing? And if there was such a thing, would it be true? In other words, could you give somebody information that's unambiguously just true and it instantly changes their voting preferences? Yup, because they did it. They did it. They instantly changed people's voting preferences. Instantly meaning, you know, in a few hours. They changed people's voting preferences. Here's the information they gave them. They had only white voters, so they started with just a white group of voters, and they gave them the information that white people were becoming a minority in in the United States, which is, you know, factually true in the sense that the population of white people is dipping below 50% of the total population. Having primed a bunch of people who were voting sort of left-leaning ways, people who were, let's say, against the wall, once they were told that their group was the implication is threatened because, well, your power is going to be decreased because now you're going to be under 50% and shrinking. As soon as white people were told that their power was decreasing, their numbers were no longer a majority, they voted conservative. Suddenly, they wanted a wall. Suddenly, they voted for a whole range of conservative things that 2 hours earlier they wouldn't have voted for. Instant change. Now remember I've told you that persuasion, you know, is not all equal. There are some things far more persuasive than other things. Facts are usually not persuasive, but fear is. Fear is persuasive. In fact, nothing is more persuasive than fear. So the way the information was presented to this these groups of white people in the experiment was that they were— there was some kind of something to be afraid of. And I believe they tried to see if they could soften it by just changing the way they described the same set of facts. So if they described the set of facts of, hey, you know, white people are becoming a minority, but if they softened it and said, but it won't make any difference to your life, Because what matters is education level and the non-white population. This is, you know, far more educated than it's ever been before and improving every day. They've got good jobs. Everything's going to be great. Melting pot. We're good. So they can actually keep the votes the way they were originally, left-leaning, simply by the way they describe A fact. If they described it just objectively, people were scared to death and they voted accordingly. And if they fixed the data by couching it and, ah, don't worry about this, you know, there's nothing to worry about, their votes didn't change. Somebody says, as a master persuader, you are not surprised. No, I was not surprised. That a fear that is this direct would have an impact. I was a little surprised, although I shouldn't have been because the book Pre-Suasion says this pretty much exactly, that the entire range of conservative opinions changed. Things that had nothing to do with being, you know, white or not white, even those things ended up being influenced. So that was a Even more dramatic than I would have expected, I think. Even though the science suggests that that would be the case.
Okay, fear porn for the win. The the rarely cited wedding band on Scott's hand, and I could hear his belly the whole time. He must have been hungry. That's just my side note. But Owen, I'm gonna come to you first. Is this? Still relevant now with our elections?
Absolutely. I mean, I think the principle of fear being one of the most powerful persuasion tools, I think, is always going to be valid. And it certainly is something that I see on a regular basis. And I would even say on the right, the conservatives use this all the time in the press. Maybe even 20%, 30%, 40% of my feed is some kind of fear-based This is happening, that's happening. People are stealing our elections. We got people coming over the border. There's crime stories that Scott would often avoid posting or talking about some of those because he realized that the stories are very persuasive, but they don't necessarily really mean anything. And I've pointed out that if you listen to the right-leaning press, you'll get the picture that crime is the worst it's ever been. Yeah. But if you really look statistically, it's a lot better than it used to be when we were growing up, like, you know, '80s, '90s. It was a lot worse in terms of crime rates.
How is that? How?
I mean, again, I'm going by the statistics. You can say it's fake data. I don't know. But I think to me, a lot of it is, I think, the surveillance state, basically, that everything is being monitored. And so people know that it's a lot harder to get away with things than That, you know, I think that probably had a lot to do with it. I think we have better technology of just detecting and tracking things than we used to. So back then, it was probably a better bet that you could get away with a lot of crime because a lot of murders and other violent crime would just go unsolved. And so the criminals wouldn't get caught and they would keep doing what they were doing.
Or does it just go, Marcella, underreported or unreported or unpunished or whatever? Because I mean, I, I know, like we're gonna say, because of the cameras and seeing it, but I feel like shit's way—
There's more crime in California. I don't care what anybody says, what the numbers say. I didn't have to, um, think of, you know, oh, I need to pack, you know, not my lunch but something else, or, you know, because—
yeah,
it's because nobody is actually like all the homeless and all the drug trafficking that's going on in the streets of Los Angeles and everywhere else in California, they're not actually prosecuting it. They're not actually even arresting them. The whole thing about it has to be over a certain amount in order for you to get arrested for, you know, robbery and things like that. So I think it's the way that it's changed. What I think in the past, the reason why crime seemed so large is because there was more prosecution, there was more law enforcement, and now it isn't. And on top of that, there are people in government and in the sheriff's departments of different states— not all states— that try to kind of massage the numbers. But beyond that, it's enforcement. I, I think it is. I mean, in El Salvador, crime was huge when I lived there. But even now it's huge because there's a lot of enforcement, there's a lot of arrests. There's— they're not going to take anything for granted. When Giuliani was in New York City as mayor, he ended up arresting everything, you know, everybody that needed to be arrested. During— before he came in, everything was allowed.
So that's, that's been my— oh my God, I'm gonna say— what did— how do we say it? That's been my lived experience is that, you know, Giuliani, yes, that the NYPD was arresting everybody, so then that would make the crime statistics seem higher. So I think this is like a false—
Thank you.
Negative. Yeah. Um, because I, I mean, what I can see with my eyes and how I'm living day to day There's no way crime is down. I mean, you see it so much more. It's so much more blatant. And then how many times are we freaking out because nobody's going to jail? They're like, oh, this guy punched 2 cops in the face and he got let out 2 minutes later and he's like flipping off the camera. Some— remember that illegal immigrant people that did that? Like, are you kidding? Um, if I could just get through one show without saying, are you kidding? So— You know, it's— so I think that that's false. So I feel like, um, fear should feel more real now than it did before.
So I have to say to Owen, if you're here in California, make sure not to park somewhere that you're not supposed to because you'll get a ticket right away. However, if you want to shoot up heroin, just mess up your clothes. You can do that in any, like, sidewalk.
Choose wisely. And that'll be okay.
Choose wisely.
Right.
Not that you should, but, you know, I don't condone— I don't say go do it, but, you know, there's, there's choices that you make in California.
Yeah.
And to be clear, I'm not saying crime isn't a problem or that we shouldn't be, you know, thinking it's a serious issue. I think it is a serious issue. I'm just pointing out, connecting to what Scott was saying, is that when you When you create that narrative of fear, it's effective. It works. I mean, I think— and I think that's why a lot of the stories in the press do focus on it, at least the ones that are right-leaning. And I'm guessing if you look at the left-leaning press, you won't see nearly as much of that, right? Like, they're using fear as well, but it's fear that they're taking away your rights and fear that they're gonna be this, you know, dictatorship and all these other things. And Hmm. We obviously have different perspectives about how legitimate those claims are, but I think they're doing the same thing. They're trying to make their base afraid.
Yeah.
And trying to motivate them to vote using it. And the reason they do it is because it works. So your original question was, is this still relevant? You know, and all that. And it's like, yeah, absolutely. It's used every day. I mean, if you think of it from that filter, as Scott would say, you'll see it all over the place.
I have a theory. There's, there's 2 different types of fear, the hoax fear with the left. And then the real fear in the right, because the right talks about fear about immigration and invasion and all of that. That's because we've dealt with it. We deal with it every single day. And, you know, just the policies of if you don't enforce, you know, drug laws and all sorts of things. I think the right is more honest in regards to what is going on. They love fear just as much and they overhype it. That's for sure. But on the, on the left, being told that Trump is opening concentration camps. I was told by someone a few weeks ago because there's detention centers. You know, Donald Trump is a dictator. All of this are— it's not true. You know, it's hoax. So that's how I see it.
Remember the chicks that all were like shaving their hair off after the election? They're like, I'm never having sex With, uh, my boyfriend, my husband. I know, I was like, uh, how'd that work out? I bet you all have long hair again.
I do have to, I do have to give Shane Gillis props. He, he did that skit on Saturday Night Live and he convinced all kinds of liberal women to just dress up like, I guess in his words, like whores and, uh, you know, put their selfies online for everyone to see. So I, I think it was a brilliant persuasion move on his part.
And by the way, I would like to say something, Shane Gillis. Is 100% right. The chicks dress like whores at the gym. Where did he
say, you guys,
that the chicks dress like whores at the gym? And, you know, he's like, not that I'm looking, you know, whatever. But he's like, oh, I sound like a misogynist. And now all these women are crying and screaming, and they're wearing their whore outfits for us on their Instagram posts now to say that Shane Gillis is a bad man. You know what? Shane Gillis is right. He's right, and you're only dressing like that. Are they really whores, Marcel? Let me just say they're only dressing like that. They're setting up their cameras. They're videoing themselves. They're wearing those leggings that are like almost skin color, and then the ruching goes into their ass crack, and then they start doing squats with their little bra tops on. And I'm like, there's no reason to do that except for one reason: because you're not freaking God's gift. Nobody needs to see you that way. I have friends who are very serious gym goers, men, and they're so freaking. Fucking turned off by these chicks. They're like, you know, he's like, you could just— he— like, my one friend is a bodybuilder. He's like, they're— you can tell they are whores. Like, they're just like, look at me. They'll prance by you. And he's like, I will never raise my eyes to look at these people because it's so obvious what they're doing. So sorry if I sound like Miss Prude, but you know what? Just go to the gym and work out. Throw on a t-shirt and some leggings, whatever you want to wear, but don't act like you're not putting on these outfits for attention and for the gram. And, you know, start living your life like as an individual person and not for the whole world to see. And maybe we'll have a nicer land to live in. That's just my take. Sorry.
Well, I would just say, like, I think it's disingenuous to say you're going to dress like that, like in a really revealing, you know, skin-tight everything.
Yeah.
And then claim it's not for attention. And also on top of that, to shame any man who happens to turn his head to look at you. Like, I mean, women know how to dress for attention and how to not dress for attention, and they, they know they're doing it. And, and if a man looks at them, like, it's essentially a biological response, and you're trying to shame them for, you know, just doing what they're programmed to do, essentially biologically. And, you know, it's not to say that, that men should be allowed to, like, catcall them or sexually assault them. Of course not. But— It's just, you have to recognize that you're doing that on purpose. And you, you know, you can't expect men to just say, oh, I'm gonna, you know, somehow turn into some other creature that doesn't appreciate the female body or whatever. I mean, it's just not— it's, it's kind of ridiculous.
I think the parents should do better too, because I see young girls like teenagers wearing those tiny, tiny short shorts, like denim short shorts and these crop tops. And it's like, I don't know, like, aren't there enough predators out there? Do you want to make it, you know, more obvious? Like, look at my child. We got enough problems, people. Teach your kids some— what's the word— like, to be like conservative and decency. Like, don't be like every other trashy person. You can express yourself, but if I can see your daughter's ass cheek hanging out of her jeans— I sound like such a Pollyanna— then so can every other perv out there. I'm just saying.
I am for wearing whatever you would like as long as it's pursuant to law. And in, you know, I think you're right, Owen, they shouldn't complain if a man looks at them, you know. Obviously, um, there is male, uh, people— there's male from the male persuasion, men in the gym that hardly wear any clothes, you know. And sometimes Marcela has stared at them a little bit longer than usual.
How dare you?
I'm so sorry. You have to find out. Yes, I'm— I, I— well, I'm looking at, you know, further things, you know, whether they're intelligent and they know physics.
How?
I don't know. That's why I stare at them longer, you know.
Engage, like, their brain size?
Engage their brains, their brain size. Yes, yes, yes, yes. So I am for all of that, but this is the party that is pro-Islam, where in Islam, uh, if you wear a certain thing, it's, it's the woman's fault for being sexually abused, it's the woman's fault for, uh, whatever it is, just name it, and you have to cover up and all of that. I, I can't understand the left at all because at the same time they, they support Sharia law and at the same time they get mad at Shane Gillis for calling them whores. So. I have no idea.
Yeah, and let me make it clear too, I, I like— I'm saying that it would be nice for a little bit more decency. Of course you can wear whatever you want. Lord knows when I was—
And I do.
And so did I. You should see pictures of me when I used to go out, when I was out clubbing as Haruka. Short shorts. We— my friend Lindsay and I used to make our own bustiers and bra tops and put mirrors on them and gemstones, hair. We look like Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders every time we went out. So I'm all for that, but I was also in my 20s and I was going to a nightclub. So, you know, there's a time and a place. I just feel like wear whatever you want.
Did you tell men they should be looking at your eyes and chastise them?
No, we were out there dancing, whooping it up, meeting guys. I mean, we weren't little hoes by any stretch, but we were having a good time. But back then, everybody got like dressed up like to go out and go to the clubs. It was, it was like before grunge where everyone just put on flannels and didn't care anymore. But no, we had so much fun dressing up back in the days on the Jersey Shore. And, um, no, it was like we're in a nightclub, it was appropriate. So wear whatever you want. I don't really care what you wear, but you'll— you're—
People are gonna look at you.
Yeah, you're making them look at you. Yeah.
And don't pretend that you're not doing it for attention or for, you know.
So exactly.
Oh my God, that was a lot of pretending, a lot of pretending, a lot of fear.
Yeah.
Yeah. No.
How the hell did we get over here? Um, that was so such a ranty show today. Um, we're just doing the weave. We're weaving. Somehow we're weaving over. Side quest.
We have side quest.
Yes. Okay. So let's have a let's have just one serious news story here. Not that that wasn't serious. Um, but Jack Smith, Owen, I have a Jack Smith clip because. This just shows you everybody's watching you and how the two sides are so different. So Jack Smith, what was what was he doing, Marcel? He was the prosecutor trying to get Trump.
Special prosecutor.
Okay, let's just listen to what this loser has been doing.
Throw on the side.
This guy, loser, loser.
Millions of Americans bought MAGA hats and Trump merchandise ahead of the 2020 election, and if you were one of them, former Special Counsel Jack Smith under Joe Biden, former president, may have scooped up your personal information. Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley alleges that the Biden Justice Department obtained data from nearly 640,000 Republican supporters in every everyday voters. Grassley's memo says Smith got a hold of their names, home addresses, employment history, credit card information. This was all part of Operation Arctic Frost, Jack Smith's investigation into the 2020 election and alleged interference. Chairman Grassley is asking Smith about obtaining all this data at a hearing. It happened last month. Let's watch. Did your special counsel obtain Special counsel operation obtained possession of donor data, including financial information.
Yes or no?
Our investigation was focused on investigating matters under my mandate, including whether any person or entity violated the law with its. Attempt to block the peaceful transfer of power.
Let me, let me ask the question again. Did your special counsel operation obtain possession of donor data to include financial information? Yes or no?
Yes, we acquired financial information.
He has to answer yes because you can see the data from Chuck Grassley's perspective. We may not be able to all see it, but that committee could. Paul Morrow, I wish we had known then a month ago that we should have been asking why did you pick on people who were buying MAGA hats?
Yeah, I mean, look, one of the things that's right in the Fourth Amendment is that warrants have to be— and subpoenas are a form of that, right? Under our Constitution, they have to be narrow and specifically tailored. Now understand something, because he was operating as As a U.S. attorney, he didn't even need a judge to sign off on these things. These were subpoenas he was able and empowered to send out himself, and he reportedly sent out over 200.
Well, Marcella, you better get yourself a lawyer.
Oh, I get it. I'm on the list, you guys. I'm on the list.
So this is pretty disgusting, Owen. Um, you know,
yeah, Owen,
Owen, tell us all about this. Your turn to rant.
Yeah, well, I mean, it is, it is disgusting. It is ridiculous. Um, I don't know if I'm on the list or not. I do have a MAGA hat, but, um, I think I may have purchased it too soon to make it onto Jack Smith's list because I think I purchased it during Trump's first term. Um, but I still have it. It's mint in the box, as, uh, you know, They would say on The Big Bang Theory, maybe. But, um, I, I, uh, you know, I, I think it, it, it just like everything we're finding out is just showing that this was a political operation and this was meant to try and punish Trump voters. It was meant to try and punish anyone who supported Trump, and it was really intended to try and make it so that Trump would never get into office again. And I'm glad it failed. So they were a big fat failure. It took an extra 4 years to make it happen, but we got to the third act, as Scott would tell us. And, you know, again, it's like hundreds of thousands of people. They're just doing this wide sweep there. I don't understand how you could possibly think that the fact that you purchased a MAGA hat or just, you know, did some kind of donation to the Trump administration would put you under criminal scrutiny. Like, that's not probable cause. That's not any reason to think that something's wrong. Right. It's not justification to get all your financial information to just go fishing for saying, let me see what I can find and see if I can find something that's suspicious. So it seems to me like it should be a clear violation of the law and it should never have been allowed. And it's just ridiculous that I think this man belongs in prison.
Oh, agreed. And people should be furious. I mean, like any stupid— a Christmas ornament, they said Trump toilet paper, like whatever, you're on a list.
Yeah.
Stay out of my yard. Oh,
by the way, I bought the— I bought the Sharpie too.
There she is. There's Harika.
There's Harika and my friend Maria. And, um, yeah, I was wearing tall white boots, and that's like a little shorts romper, but we were going out to a club. Yay!
Yay!
Okay, um, yeah, I have Trump stuff, and, you know, people bought me Trump stuff that aren't even Trump supporters. Ooh, they're in trouble
Too.
That's the best—the liberals that'll get swept up because they bought a gag gift for somebody. Ha ha! So anyway, that's fun. Jack Smith should be in jail, Marcella. What what do you want to say as? I
don't know about that, but I just think that that there's certain the U.S. Attorney's Office and the special prosecutors—they they have way too much power. I just just like a waste of money. Finding out who everybody is. I would like to know why he needed to collect my information and everybody else's information that bought MAGA stuff. The thing that that also happened under Biden is that a lot of people got debanked, and that story came out this week that a lot of banks actually, you know, basically said that there were people that were debanked and were not allowed to bank with them because of what they believed. and a lot of, uh, Christian groups and a lot of against-abortion groups and things like that, pro-life. Um, and you know, it's like Rush would always say, they accuse you of what they do. They accuse Trump of being a dictator and being authoritarian, but they really did it under Biden. They really did it under Many under Obama, they did certain things that if Trump would do this and would collect data on Kamala Harris and all her supporters and whoever, whatever supported Obama, whoever visits Obama's Death Star museum, everybody would be going insane. Right. You know, so Rush was right. Rush Limbaugh was right. They always accuse you of what they are actually doing.
Always.
I just— I don't understand why you would say you don't know if he belongs in jail, because I, I think everything that was done there just seems like a big criminal.
He has that kind of power. That, that's, you know, he has that kind of power. He didn't even need a warrant.
Wow.
It doesn't seem like that should be legal if it is.
That's what I'm saying. They need to— there need to be limits to the power that the US Attorney's Office has.
Wouldn't he still be subject to the limits? Like, shouldn't he still be subject to the limits of things like probable cause? I mean, I don't think being a special prosecutor means that the Fourth Amendment is suspended, right?
It isn't. But they can allege that what they were doing is trying to— you can always have a reason. You know, he's a lawyer. He, he would have a reason. Oh, well, it's because I'm trying to whatever. And this is probable cause and the rest of it I'm going to ignore. So a lot of the times when there is a police warrant or certain things and you go and investigate something, you gather more data than you should. Right. And they always say, well, we're ignoring the rest of it and we're only focusing on X, Y, and Z. Yes, they are. But at the same time, they have the rest of it, you know? And then there's the plain view doctrine that if you view something but it's not part of the warrant, but you view something else that is illegal, you can do something about it. So it's all loosey-goosey.
Like when they wiretapped us after 9/11, they're like, oh no, no, no, if we, if we scoop up any Americans, we don't look.
Yeah, we won't, we won't close our ears or we won't hear it. You know, it's like, sure, give me a break. Oh, and you're right, but under the law, he's always, he's always careful, like a little lizard, like a little, oh, like a little snake.
I'll be curious though to see how this shakes out because I think this, um, you know, it seems like, it seems like Trump's DOJ is getting sick of this stuff and they're making more moves lately. Um, so it— I hope something more comes out of this, you know, to, um, I don't know, to at least disbar him. We'll see. I know Marcella's not hopeful for that, but I am.
No, I mean, that's— yeah.
The problem with the disbaring is, again, it goes back to the American Bar Association, which is a leftist organization at this point. I think that's part of the march of the institutions, that they've done a lot of work to try and get rid of any conservative lawyers going through law schools, not accept them, not let them graduate, not give them good jobs. And the bar association is a handpicked set of people, and they get to do whatever they want to do essentially with their accreditation and disbaring process. And I don't think it's by any kind of objective measure like it would in a court system, even though you can say the court system also isn't objective. But I think it's a very biased thing. And I think that accreditation thing is, is a broken system in the legal system. It's a broken system in the college system. And I think we need to fix all of that.
Well, it's not the American Bar. It's depending on the state. So it's the whatever. I think he would probably be barred in D.C. and probably New York. So it depends on each state. The state bar is the one that gives you your license to practice. American Bar is just there for the schools. And it's not— it's not a government agency, but a private agency. But they're not— they don't have anything to do with your licensing. Um, so it—
Isn't the state bar kind of in the same situation?
No, no. I mean, every state bar is different. Just like, you know, California has crazy laws. Uh, California bar is different.
What I'm saying is like, you know, in DC and New York where you're saying he would be subject to these things, like, I really doubt they're gonna disbar him because they would just say, yeah, we're not gonna do that.
Well, because he can't be. Like, he, he did everything to the of what the law permits. You know, my issue is the law should not permit him to do this.
Yeah, I agree.
Even if you have these things, there should be— the government should not have oversight. The government should not have this type of power. But they do. And one of the reasons is the Patriot Act and different things that came in. Some of the, some of the legislation was passed by Republicans as well as Democrats. But I could go on and on. It's a little bit deeper than, than we need for the show to be on a Friday. But I get what you mean, Owen. It's not fair. They can be bought out. There was a case here in California where the, the main person in the California Bar had to resign because they looked the other way because, um, this particular lawyer was really, um, Allegedly, I don't know if it's proven yet, but he took them out to Vegas, bought them lots of things. They looked the other way for 20 or 30 years, um, and that's why a lot of them had to resign. So it is not— when it comes to humans, there's not really a question of fairness, you know. It is, uh, you can persuade your way. So he, he's— I don't see him being disbarred.
Because
of that,
so laws need to change basically, and they won't. So, all right.
And to that, maybe maybe Elon's teaching us that they could.
Ah, ah, ah, ah! That's my frustration level.
And she had to remind you, Jamie West had to remind us that she owns guns too. Or what did she say? The We have guns too.
And then hard take to the camera. Um, Owen, I did ask you before, what do we— so what's everyone thinking about Tesla stock right now? You know, we thinking this is going to be good for it? This, uh—
Yeah, well, it's, it's up today. It's up right now. And I think it's more not so much from the Roadster, but from like their shipments and how many cars they've delivered over the past and sold over the past quarter. I think they beat their estimates. And so they're— I think the big story there is that in Europe it's bounced back a lot. Like, it's up, I think, almost triple digits. Like, it's just, you know, there was a big decline over the years, probably for political reasons, right? And, um, that seems to have been kind of going away. So, um, but they're up overall, like, I think it's like 5% year over year in terms of delivering mostly like the Model 3 and the Model Y, which is what most people are buying. And so that's where the big numbers are. And so it's— they're doing well. I think, um, the, the overall stock price is down over the last, let's say, year or two. But if you look before that, it's up. And, um, I think they're still going through this transition of moving into being more of an AI and robotics company, but that's going to take some time to play out. So I think in the meantime, it's probably geared more towards what are they doing with their cars and how many are they building, how many are they selling, and They seem to be doing pretty well. So I think at least in the short term, it seems like investors like what's going on.
All right, good. I like that. And I think that they are so well deserving. And I want to say congratulations to Elon and the entire crew at Tesla, let alone SpaceX and everything else this man does is just amazing. And I feel like he has an in with some aliens and that's why he's keeping it on the low. He's got to be paying them off somehow.
I think he did say to Joe Rogan, That if aliens existed, he would know. Now that's kind of a weird way of putting it, don't you think?
Yes, Owen. Yes, I do. Um, I think we're gonna find out a lot more about that very soon. There's threats on the horizon that we're about to find out some significant things, and I'm a believer. I'm a believer, and Marcel is a believer. So I can't wait to find out. Maybe that will be in October.
You think they're from another galaxy, or do you think they're just an ancient civilization?
I think both are possible. I definitely think in the ancient times some crazy stuff was going on. I mean, it— ah, I mean, yeah, there's so much evidence of like mystical, magical, unexplained things. So I think— I just, I just don't think we're alone. It would just be very lonely if we were alone in this entire solar system galaxy. So yeah, I think, I think we've got everything.
If anything, go ahead.
I was going to say, I think the leading theories are either it's an ancient civilization or it's an actual extraterrestrial from some distant place, or possibly that it's angels and demons. So why are you assuming it's one though?
I think it's a multitude of things.
There's different, um, there's different alien races that are visiting. Yeah.
Which one is our friend?
I don't think none of them are in a way. Just like no country is really a friend of America, but they all work together when they need to.
I don't know. I mean, if I start from just accepting that they exist, I know they're doing their jobs.
I don't think they're going to sue me, Erika, in court.
They're like, get out. Yeah, well, that would be fun. I'd like to see you in court with an alien.
Discovery would be cool.
Yeah. You, you defame me and we're friendly
aliens.
But I've heard the reports that they've, what they call donated spacecraft, where they've just like left a spacecraft that's not damaged. It didn't get crashed or anything. It was just left there by itself for us to find basically. And so I would imagine that, that if, if that's true, then it would indicate that they have some kind of Friendliness towards us, right?
And no, because if I was going to leave a spaceship behind, it would be a decoy one that's all BS and let you get off track thinking like, oh, here's their thing, and I'd be like,
yeah, that's
all. I
think like everything, everybody's in an has an interest. So it's just like everything else. It's what they're interested in, and that we don't know yet. So, but they're definitely not just. You know, good old, oh, we want to help the humans kind of alien.
Of course, this is just our opinions. Everybody relax. We don't know. I'm sure there's friendly and non-friendly aliens. God only knows.
Don't sue us, aliens.
Erica knows. She's just trying to cover it up now.
I'm just trying to cover up— there's— how about those giant people? They're like 10 feet tall. I mean, they're reptilians. I don't know if they're reptilian or not, but They look. They look like very like ten-foot-tall people.
Oh, like okay.
They're
like they're Nordic.
They're beyond Nordic.
That's what they're called.
Mm-hmm. I think this is Nordic plus
everybody. Plus I should have a program on all this.
Well, you're you're gonna get a whole show of it coming up soon because I'm saving things that I'm finding and ooh you guys. So anyway. Friday.
What's up Friday? What's up in the weekend, Owen? And—
Oh, Marcella, you go ahead, sister. Take it away.
What are you doing?
I'm flying home today and I'll be there tomorrow with the afterparty. So anybody who wants to join me can sip some coffee. We'll do the simultaneous sip and talk about the news. So I'll hear from you.
And there's so much more news, you guys. And like I always say, Owen has the patience of a saint. He'll sit there for 10 hours, not quite, and chit-chat about the news. So definitely join him on X. @OwenGregorian, and he starts at the same time as his show does. So whatever time you come here, go there. Uh, you raise your hand in the chat and SJV will keep the flow and bring you up on stage to chit-chat about whatever you want, basically. So you could talk about the aliens, or you could talk about, um, Microsoft being shady with China. Whatever you want.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm. Microsoft. I'm a Dell girl personally. Anyway. I know Mac people.
Okay, so
I
know you can be both, Erica. I have Macs and PCs, so—
I— thank you. I do have an iPad. I am Dell and Android, and I have an iPad. Okay, so anyway, guys, now you know it all. Um, so we want to remind you to go see Owen. We'll be back on Monday, the home team, and we'll have more fun news and Scott stuff and all the good things. Um, also, we are— I think there's one day left on the poll on X if you guys are still interested in getting an official Coffee with Scott Adams mug, because they're all sold out. And I think the only way we could really do it is to open it to pre-orders, okay? And if we get, or when we get enough pre-orders to justify the full order, we'll put the order in. And I know you're all making fun of the way I say order right now because I'm hearing myself.
I I adore the way you say portable.
That is so cute. Um, okay, but there's still simultaneous swaddle blankets left, a few more trucker hats. Um, and you guys, I think we're gonna bring back the beanies. I think we're bringing them back. Mm-hmm. Where's—
I manifested this, you guys.
You did. Here, this is the one Scott has. Oops, so crooked. We're gonna bring back the beanies, guys. Okay, so I'm not sure, maybe 2 colors, maybe this gray and a black, but we're going to bring them back. Yay. I know Marcel is excited.
In the meantime, there's the wall calendar and the official
calendar.
Here's the wall calendar
and the desk calendar.
Look at us. It's like Christmas. And very soon I will be dropping the preorder link for the Scott Adams biography written by Joel Pollack. So that's gonna be amazing Scott season for us all. All right, you guys, so listen, let's say thank you to Scott and Shelley for allowing this show to continue. Um, we love and miss them so much. And, um, let's have a closing sip to our beloved Scott. And I'm gonna stay for an Akira song if anyone wants to stay with me. Hey, Robo Goon, that means you too. I see you people on YouTube after the show. I read your chat. You guys are the cutest. Oh, thank you. Okay, so let's do a closing sip to Scott, and then we'll do an Akira song to close out the weekend. To Scott.
To Scott.
To Scott.
Be useful, Owen.
Be useful.
You made me laugh. I was drinking. Oh boy.
Um, Owen, are you staying?
Uh, I have a few minutes. I'm heading to the airport in a little while.
Yes,
and then he can dance with us.
Yeah, Owen. Owen's gonna work on the airplane on his mobilized self. Stella's singing with
us. He's gonna.
But let's do.
Oh boy! It's a Friday.
People are only rational. Let's go.
This is the hypnotist reframe. If you're not a hypnotist, you probably go through life thinking that people are rational. Are people rational? Yeah, 90% of the time. 90% of the time they're just rational, but 10% of the time they get crazy. Everybody, you know, me, you, everybody. The hypnotist's refrain is that people are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. Once you realize that people are irrational pretty much all the time and that they rationalize what they did, they don't think it through, they explain It's like one of the refrains that doesn't seem like a big deal, but let me tell you, once you realize that nobody's ever— well, 90% of the time— once you realize that they're irrational 90% of the time, then that tells you how to deal with situations. People are only rational when they're in control. 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. If you thought people were rational 90% of the time, you would try to They try to change their minds with reason and data. Have you ever tried that? It doesn't work at all, does it? Your reason and your data. It's because you're assuming that you're talking to a rational player. You're not. Almost never. That's not something that happens to me. So instead, you use persuasion. You make them feel a certain way. And if you can make them feel a certain way, then they will rationalize decisions that make them feel better. People are only rational 10% of the time. Is that— is that— people are only rational 10% of the time. Is that— is that— people are only rational 10% of the time. Is that— is that— People are only rational 10% of the time. It's that. It's that. So remember, 90% irrational, and then you'll, then you'll understand life.
Yes! The crowd goes wild. Woohoo! Let's go!
Whoa, you're making me laugh so badly.
Owen, you were rocking out!
Yeah,
and
Owen, my brother in Christ. My friend always says that, it's so funny. Um, he's like, he's like, my sister in Christ. It's hysterical. Love him. Stella, my cat in Christ.
Is she there?
Stella doing better today?
Stella's gonna have to go to the vet. She is doing better. I do need something for the vet, and they're gonna make me come in with her. I'm like, please.
Charge you $1,000 just to see you.
I, I'll give you the $1,000 if you just talk to me on the phone, honestly. But it's okay. Come here, Stella. You're such a good baby. So she's, she's— I think she's doing a little better, but I'll go to the vet and they'll tell me that, you know, It's time to put her down. I'm just kidding. Um, so you— I know, no, no, no, no, I'm just kidding. Uh, but you know how vets can be. Uh, I love my vet. If you're listening, this would be really weird, but I love you.
That you're listening.
Really weird. Uh, all right, Owen, listen, have a safe flight. Remember, alcohol is poison, so don't, don't rack up those little baby bottles. Don't make babies.
Yeah, never do.
No stripping on the drink cart. Don't do it, Owen.
Let's try not to.
Then we'll all find out who you are. Just remember that.
Are you traveling by yourself? Are you going with different people at work? You're in a group?
There were other people from work that came, but we're all from different places. So I'm flying back by myself.
Are you okay going by yourself?
Yeah, I'm a big boy, Erica. I can handle
it. Yeah. I was going to say,
are you a big boy? They've got the special people that'll escort me, right?
Yes, there are staff that will walk you to the gate and make sure you're okay. So if you need help, Owen, don't be embarrassed to ask. There's no embarrassment at the Scott Adams Club.
No, he's going to have fun. He doesn't have anybody from work, so he can be himself.
He can whoop it up. Yeah.
Yeah.
He could whoop it up, I guess.
Owen's like, why did I stay? These two are so whack today. We are wacky today, I have
Today. Just today. Just today.
Just today, because it's Friday.
How does that even—
I think it's Jamie West is having an impact on you.
Don't— if you say her name, I have to do it.
You do.
Uh, I mean, wait, Jamie, let's go.
I love how she breathes in like she has the power to.
She's so just like—
We really need to have her on the show.
She's so disgusted that she's got to be there and like, why are you asking me stupid questions? And she delivers your food. You should trust her being on your council. I agree.
She needs to run for president.
Baby steps, Marcella. Because first we need AOC.
Imagine AOC, Kamala, And Jamie and what, Hillary in the same debate? Oh, that'd be great.
Throw in Gavin Newsom though.
I'm manifesting that one.
Oof. All right, you guys. And Cory. Oh God, I— it's just the shivers. The shivers, I tell you.
Any last words, you guys?
Erica, where is the beanie I ordered? You're wearing my beanie. Are you waiting for a beanie? Um, I'm pretty sure this one's mine, but you will get yours soon. Um, I'll, I'll personally see to it. All right, you guys, so thanks. You know, we'll all say goodbye and— or see you later. See you tomorrow at Owen's, um, after party. It's quite the party. SJV, keep the flow going tomorrow, okay? Go extra hard on these peeps, would you? Mm-hmm. Pappy, Pappy, here's this. Here's a sip for you, Pappy Smurf in Hawaii. All you need is a cup or mug or glass, a canteen jug, a flask, a vessel of any kind. Fill it with your favorite liquid. I like coffee. And join me now for the unparalleled pleasure, the dopamine hit of the day, the thing that makes everything better. It's called the simultaneous sip, and it happens now. Go. Marcella, I swear to God, if you do a spit take on this show and your coffee comes flying out, it's it's over. I'm gonna die.
Almost like twice today.
Twice,
twice, twice.
It's getting close. All right, Owen, any last words for us?
Enjoy your weekends. Hopefully I'll see you all tomorrow.
Yes,
and we'll see you back here on Monday.
Will you ever stay for a song again?
Anytime I have time, I'm happy to do it. Yeah.
Oh, you can
be
as goofy as you
want to be.
Thank you, Owen. All right, y'all say goodbye so we don't hang up on you because that's like the worst. And
you hang up first. No, you do. No, you.
No, you go. Are you ready? One, two, three, go. You didn't do it.
Did you see that AI video like that? They were— somebody had like a 3-way Zoom call sort of thing with 2 AI avatars, and he's like, okay, you know, you guys keep going, I have to step out. And they both like were trying to wrap up the call, but each one would never stop. Like, they kept responding to the other one, so they just kept going and going and going.
Any Howard Stern people thinking about Medicated Pete right now? Because he could never be stopped either. Oh. I know Pete. I haven't seen him in a while. Anyway, all right, you guys, we have a delay. So as soon as we stop talking, you guys, then we'll like— we'll wait like 30 seconds, and then they will have heard the last of our voice. Not forever.
Okay, not forever.
Bye, everybody!
Bye!
We love you. Thank you. Okay. Owen just left us. Okay, here we go, Marcella.
