In this short post‑operative clinic video, a surgeon (Speaker A) reviews a patient’s minimally invasive neck lift performed with tiny incisions, Renuvion plasma treatment, and MyElevate sutures. On post‑op day 4, the surgeon removes the few stitches, notes resolving bruising, and explains that the procedure leaves no visible scars and was done under local anesthesia. Okay, so here with my beautiful patient. I just want to tell you guys a little bit about what she had done, and then she can tell you about her experience. So we did a non-invasive or minimally invasive neck lift, a couple tiny little incisions. If you look super close, you can see one little stitch right there. Hard to see, a little bit of resolving bruising here, but it's already getting much better. Um, yeah, let's turn you to the side here so everyone can see your jawline looking nice. So we did, uh, Renuvion, which plasma treatment. We also utilized MyElevate, which is like a suture to lift up and tighten the tissues of the neck. So it's looking really good already. We're what, day— the day is Monday, so post-op day 4. So I'm gonna take those little stitches out. How are you feeling? How's it been so far?
It's been great. I actually did it. I wore the little neck thing for about 3 or 4 days, and I'm already seeing the results actually, because before I used to look at myself in the mirror and I would see like the little hanging bags But I already see the results, so I can't wait.
And how's it been from a pain or discomfort standpoint?
No pain. It's a little discomfort because you're wearing the little mask, but no pain at all. Okay, awesome. I'm happy.
Yeah, so, and what we expect is that, you know, of course this bruising will resolve over the next several days to a week or so, so that'll be gone. Already could easily walk around with no one would really know anything other than looking good, other than this little bruising, and that'll be gone soon. And then what we expect is kind of like Additional tightening and everything from that, from the actual treatment, not from the suture itself, but from the other treatment we did to improve the elasticity, improve the collagen. That'll take place over several months, so really improve the jawline. I treat essentially the whole lower face, the jowl area, jawline, and the entire neck. So we're going to see really like a lower face and neck lift done through little tiny incisions, no scars, and just local anesthesia.
And I love it, the results are instant. All right, really nice. Thank you. Thank you.
