In this AEP-focused video, the presenter advises newer advertisers on choosing between landing pages and Meta lead forms for Medicare lead generation. She recommends starting with Meta lead forms, likening the choice to a drive‑through versus ordering at a restaurant counter—both aim to get the customer but via different paths. While landing pages can be useful, especially for in‑person seminars, Meta lead forms have evolved to include custom questions, SMS verification, conditional logic, and an option to open in Messenger, making them mobile‑optimized and better suited for senior audiences and time‑critical campaigns. The video emphasizes that these features improve lead quality and provide direct communication channels, and invites viewers to ask further AEP lead‑generation questions.

Should I use a landing page or a Meta lead form for Medicare leads? Welcome to my series where I am answering questions about lead generation during AEP. Now, whenever it comes to a lead form or using a landing page, both can be great options. But I'm going to tell you, if you are a newer advertiser, I highly recommend that you start off by using Meta lead forms. Now, I like to say that lead forms and landing pages are kind of like saying, Do you think that it's a more high-value customer, someone that goes through the drive-through or someone that actually comes in the restaurant and orders from the counter? Both are going after the same thing, getting the food. It's just 2 different avenues for them to actually show up. Now, with a landing page, there are more elements that you have to worry about whenever it comes to your landing page conversion rate. And while I think that they are great, and oftentimes if you're running an in-person seminar, a landing page is the better way to go, the Meta lead form, is such a wonderful tool. It has changed so much over the years. We now can ask custom questions. We can utilize SMS verification. We can even use conditional logic where it only lets leads in if they answer a specific question a specific way. And on top of that, Meta has given us the ability to check a little box where it opens inside of Messenger. So now if you can't get ahold of someone, you've got a direct lifeline to them that is not going to be screened by their Androids or by their iPhones. Instead, you're gonna get right in front of them using the Meta Messenger app. And whenever it comes to running straight to a consult and during AEP, and especially if you're in a time crunch, using that Meta lead form is going to make sure that you are mobile optimized. It is a streamlined experience for the senior, and you're also able to increase the quality by using that SMS verification, open in Messenger, and other custom questions. If you have a question about lead generation during AEP, make sure to drop it below. And to keep learning about lead generation during AEP, I'll see you in the next video.
