This is Shellee Howard, the CEO and founder of CollegeReady. Shellee, thank you so much for joining me today. It's my pleasure. The child needs to learn who they are, and that's an important thing. When I work with students, one of the first things that I ask is, who are you? And you would think the look on their faces, like I just asked them the hardest question ever. What are they going to write their essay about? It has to start with who the student is. And if they don't know, we can help them get there. Last year, we had 29 students get $10 million in scholarships, and when they win, they call me as if I did it all, and we celebrate. But that's the joy that I get to bring to families so they don't have to worry. But with a plan, everything is so much easier. Grateful to the motherload for having me.
