3 Sept 2026 · 90 min
Dr Shiny Burcu Unsal and five faculty members introduce the Neuroshine coaching program, which teaches mental decluttering through neuroscience, NLP, and hypnotherapy. A live 15-minute demo shows how to identify hidden fears and pause before saying yes, helping people move from overthinking to self-trust and purpose-aligned action.

She's the shiny one, shiny one, shiny one. Yes, she's the shiny one, shiny one, shiny one. Oh my gosh, is this all about me? Oh my gosh, the song's all about me. No, it's all about you.
You got You got this, the song says, everyone. So you totally got this. Welcome to your mental decluttering party with the Academy of Neuroshine Technology. This is a party because we believe the real party always is in the head.
Do you agree?
Yes, yes. So it's our party, and the reason why we call it the mental decluttering party— because how many of us, we always want to tidy up upstairs over here? This idea: you stay here, you value, you take the priority. This relationship: I'll come to you. We all have this need to organize our thoughts, our beliefs, our relationships, our priorities, our goals. Everything is actually having that kind of a brain space competition. So everything that we go through in our life, they are competing for our mental space. Yes or yes?
Yes.
That's exactly why we need To declutter what is not important, what is not serving us, what is not growing us or others, so that we have space. We have mental, emotional, physical space in our mind, so in our life and in our relationships. So that's why we are calling this the Mental Decluttering Party. We're going to help you organize your thoughts. We're going to help you organize your priorities, and then we're going to demonstrate how we can do one of those, aren't we? Yes, Matthew and Gabrielle, we're going to do that. We're going to demonstrate it because we are passionate about living efficiently, living in alignment with our truths, like my— Banner says, align with your truth. We all want to live in alignment with our truth, and we want to invite you to join us to live in alignment with your truth. And that is only going to happen when you know what your truth is, when you know what your priority is, when you know that it requires your mental focus. That mental focus today is going to look like Nourishine Technology coaching. We are going to talk about coaching. We are going to talk about nourishine technology, and we're going to talk about you, your priorities, why you need coaching, why you need mental decluttering, and the most important part, why you are going to be obsessed with our. hearts because we love human, human beings. We love humanity. We love love and gratitude and oneness and making our impact and creating a better world for all of us, for all of us as humans to live in alignment with our truth. So that is our introduction. My name is Shiny, Dr. Shiny Burcu Unsal, and I have my incredible faculty members in the house, and I would like you to meet them. And now they're going to introduce themselves to you, starting with— let's fly all the way to Namibia and let's get to know Mr. Jan.
Thank you, Shiny. Hello everybody, my name is Jan Grobler, and if I had to describe what I do in one sentence, I would say I help people get out of their own way, reconnect with who they truly are, and step into the fullest expression of who they can become. So for many years, I've had the extraordinary privilege of working with people from different walks of life— leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, teams, couples, and individuals navigating change and transformation. And I've learned something through all those conversations. We can understand ourselves intellectually and still remain stuck. We can read the books, attend the courses, learn the models, understand our patterns, and yet something beneath the surface can continue running the show. Our beliefs, our conditioning, our nervous system, our unconscious patterns, and the stories we've carried about ourselves for years. I knew this professionally, but Neuroshine Technology made me experience it personally. Before Neuroshine Technology, I was already a coach. I was already doing work I loved and helping people transform their lives. But internally, there was another experience happening. I was an overthinker. My mind could very easily travel into the future. What if this happens? What if something goes wrong? What if I'm not doing enough? What if I need to do more to be successful? And those what-ifs weren't usually filled with positive possibility. They were filled with fear. Without fully recognizing it, I was spending enormous energy trying to control a future that hadn't happened yet. And underneath that was something deeper. I was doing in order to prove my identity, doing more, achieving more, helping more, giving more, pushing more, almost as though who I was needed to be validated by what I accomplished. And then Neuroshine Technology entered my life. Neuroshine Technology didn't simply give me another coaching methodology. It invited me to experience myself differently. One of the greatest shifts that has been moving from constantly doing moved me to simply being. Today, I'm much more centered in the present moment and much more at peace with what is. I still have dreams and I still have goals and I still have a huge vision for my life, but I no longer need to fight with the present because the future hasn't arrived yet. I've discovered groundedness that allows me to say I don't have to do something extraordinary to prove who I am. I can simply be who I am and then serve from that space. And that personal transformation had an unexpected knock-on effect. It changed the way I coach and it changed the clients that I attract because our clients don't only experience the methodologies we are trained to use. They experience us. They experience our presence, our nervous system, our need for approval, our discomfort with silence, our need to rescue, our need to have the answer. And they experience whether we genuinely trust them to discover their own answers. As I became more grounded, I also began recognizing where people pleasing had entered my coaching. And I discovered there's a profound difference between being kind and needing to be liked. People pleasing can make us compromise ourselves. It can stop us from asking the difficult questions our clients need to transform their lives. It can make us rescue a client from the very difficult discomfort through which they are going instead of allowing transformation to emerge within them. Today, kindness means something different to me. Sometimes the kindest thing I can do is to deeply hold the space while another human being finds their own way through it. I don't need to fix my clients. They have the power within them. I don't need to carry their transformation. I hold the space for them to shift their perspectives, catch their assumptions, change their distortions, and live lives they truly love. And I don't need to prove my value by giving them the answers. I can listen deeply, I can become curious, I can challenge compassionately, and I can trust the intelligence and extraordinary potential already present within the person sitting in front of me. My work today integrates NeuroShine Technology coaching, NLP, the Enneagram, hypnotherapy, leadership development, and thousands of hours of working with real human beings. But underneath all those methodologies is something much simpler: presence. And that philosophy now sits at the heart of how I approach my role as coach and soon-to-be coach educator. I'm not interested only in teaching people how to do coaching, I want to help develop people who can truly be coaches. Because you know every coaching model in the world, but eventually you enter the room. Your beliefs enter the room. Your fears enter the room. Your ego enters the room. But so do your presence, your wisdom, your compassion, your courage, and your humanity. I want to help develop coaches who are present and curious, coaches who don't need to rescue, fix, or impress, coaches who can courageously hold space for another person's transformation without making that transformation about themselves. Because ultimately, I believe the most powerful coaching tool you will ever bring into a conversation is the person you have become. And this is what the ripple effect— and where it excites me, that ripple effect. When I help one coach become more conscious, grounded, and transformational, I'm potentially touching every person that, that coach will serve in the future. One transformed coach can become the catalyst for hundreds of transformed lives. For me, that is the greater good. helping people move forward towards self-actualization, not becoming who they think we think they should be, but who they meant to truly be, what they are capable of, and how they can use that potential in service of something greater than themselves. So my Neuroshine technology journey has ultimately been a journey from doing to being, from proving to serving, from fear to presence, from people-pleasing to courageous kindness, from fixing to facilitating, from needing the answer to trusting the person in front of me. And perhaps that is the greatest gift NeuroShine Technology has given me. It didn't simply change the way I coach, it changed the place within me from which I coach. And now As a coach educator, I have the extraordinary privilege of helping other coaches discover that place within themselves. Because when we transform the coach, we transform the coaching. And when we transform the coaching, we create a ripple effect of transformation far greater than ourselves. And that is why I love my life, who I get to be, and what I get to do every single day. My cohort comes up on Monday, 25th January 2027 for 10 weeks, 3 hours a week from 6 PM to 9 PM Central African Time, and I would love working with you. Thank you.
Woo! Mic drop, ladies and gentlemen. That, that I— Jan, can I sign up?
You bet.
I want to sign up. I was really like mind blown. What an introduction. Thank you so much for your deep golden heart. The way that you literally described everything that we do, you do, is unmatched. It's exactly what it is. You said it all. The party's over, everyone. All right, we're done.
That's it.
That was the party. Very efficient. Totally efficient.
Oh my God!
That is our beloved Yan, everyone. He comes with so much love, as you have experienced. And imagine being in your presence for the full ten weeks, three hours a week for ten weeks. My goodness, Shaidanis. Thank you, Jan. All right, so now we would love to travel to another side of the world because we are— I believe we are in different countries. I think we are in like 4 countries here, and we're gonna now travel all the way to China, and we're gonna land to get to know our Tilly.
Yeah.
Hello everyone. Um, yeah, this is Tilly, and my coaching journey is not even closer to how Jan started and introduced herself. I wish I was, I was able to say that, like, I was a coach and, you know, I wanted to expand and all that. Here's the funny thing, I did not know much about coaching when I started. I had— I don't want to say I had no clue, but close to that level. So this is why I, I would say, like, I didn't come to Neuroshine Technology to be a coach. I'll be honest with you. The reason I'm starting with that is that because something happened, like, some others out there might be on the same boat. So this is why I wanted to share my journey. Very honestly. So I didn't come to Neuroshine Technology to become a coach, but I just came looking for coaching skills, coaching mindset. Actually, Kate was delivering a session, and, you know, I felt like there's something in her, like, let me, let me talk to her. She may help me with that. She may find the right place for me. I said, Kate, I want to improve my coaching skills. You know, I want to learn coaching to apply in my job. I know the right place. This is the perfect place, you know, that introduced me to Nourish Shine Technology. Thanks, Kate. And all I wanted was to improve my coaching skills and coaching mindset and apply it in my current role, in my leadership role. I'm a senior leader at an international school in China. I so needed these skills. I simply needed some tools. That's how it started, actually. But then what I found was totally different. I said, like, what is going on here during the sessions and everything? I loved it. I, like, somewhere in the process, I don't know how, when I became a coach, because in the sessions we were coaching, after the sessions we were peer coaching. I said, like, what is this all about? Like, something happening to me. And I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm so used to helping people that I'm helping someone, I'm transforming someone, like something big is happening here. And something big is even if I am the coach, but being like coaching someone is also transforming me as well. And I say like, this is the power of coaching. Then this actually made me, okay, I should do that because it's helping me as well, not only others. And after every session, I was learning something about myself. This is so powerful. This is why we have peer coaching in our education system. We have this opportunity. Even if I keep coaching, I continue peer coaching, and this is definitely transforming me. And so it started with my professional life. But it changed my personal life as well. This is what coaching is all about, and the coaching skills, because you need to coach yourself first. If you can't help yourself, you can't help others. You have to declutter your mind first, then you can help others declutter, because you have to go through that. Because in this presence, as Jan said, in this silence, this is when transformation happens. You have to slow down and pause your mind yourself. So then what happened now? What changed? You may wonder, like, in my job, definitely I'm less stressed because my mind is not full of noise. I'm less stressed. And, and believe me, the environment hasn't gotten any less demanding. It's still the same environment. It's still the same life. Like, everything is the same, but I'm not the same in a good way. And I'm more comfortable having difficult conversations. And believe me, in a high school setting, high school, like, hard conversations happen a lot, like daily basis. It was kind of stressing me out, like, how am I going to say that? Is there a way to say that? I'm not saying anything. I'm asking questions, but we can get that later. So, and my read on people. Has sharpened all things to do NLP content that we have in the NeuroShine Technology curriculum. It's like communication skills, listening skills, contextual intelligence, emotional intelligence. Who would not need that to navigate this life, right? And But the biggest shift was I stopped giving advice. Oh, relief! One less thing to carry, right? I stopped giving advice. And you may wonder, like, oh, this is so difficult. Like, how am I gonna do that? It was difficult for me. Can you imagine? I'm a mother. Not giving advice as a mom— like, good luck with that one. So what I did. Okay, this is tough. And I remember in the training, uh, responding to Shiny as soon as she said, coaching is not giving advice. Shiny said in the training, and I said, oh my God, I'm in trouble. So how am I going to do that? Then I said, okay, I can do that. What can I do? I said, Tilly, you have a growth mindset. Think about it. Practice it on your son. If you don't give advice to your son, You, you're good. You wouldn't give advice to anyone at work or your friends or anyone. And also, I stopped trying to solve problems. What a relief. One again, last, last thing to worry about. I stopped fixing whatever is going on in other people's lives. So then I noticed, like, oh my God, all these years Like, I'm not in my 20s or 30s, as you can imagine. All these years that I had to carry all this weight, this changed. This changed. And I noticed that I, I stopped carrying the weight that was not my weight to carry. Actually, it was not mine. And why was I doing that to myself? I just didn't know the coaching skills. This is why. And one other thing, because we were talking about decluttering, I became more aware of mental blocks. Mental blocks have been slowing me down in my personal life, in my professional life. Being aware of these, taking the responsibility, accepting them, and taking you in the flowing flow session. And then recognizing them and building the skills to use these tools in your personal and professional life. It was a game changer because I'm in my coaching session, like I'm a leadership and executive coach. I'm focused more on resilience. With all this thing going on, it's almost impossible that you need to be aware of your mental blocks. And what I learned with the coaching skills is how to get rid of them, because I can still fall in that gap. You know, we're human beings. We can go back. We can feel fear, anxiety. We can still worry about other people's opinions. We can. But noticing with the power of the coaching skills and noticing that, and no, no, no, no, I'm not going there. This is what I can do. I wouldn't add that meaning to this. No, this doesn't define me. This is not about me. You know, all these tools that I gained, boom, like it transformed everything actually. And of course, I loved what I was becoming, who I was becoming, and I said, you know what, more people should learn that. I have to give it to more people. And this is the whole reason, actually, I became a faculty member. I'm proud that I can help other people with that, and I'm teaching what I learned. As simple as this. I'm teaching something that helped me, changed me, transformed me, and all in a positive way. And in my cohorts, what I do, I carry my leadership experience. We are covering ICF content, we are covering coaching skills, we are covering everything. Believe it or not, they are all linked to everyday life, linked to whatever we are facing at work. So, I'm aligning them in my cohort with the leadership skills and whatever is going on in your life at work or in your personal life. And so, in short, I came in looking for coaching skills. Just, just that, just as simple as that. And I'm standing here today as a faculty member. Just want to give a hand to anyone who is going through what I went through. Just like that. And yeah, of course, maybe I should mention my next cohort. I'm delivering cohorts in 2 languages. One is going to be in Turkish, October— hold on— 18th.
18th.
October 18th, 9:00 AM. Turkey time, obviously. And then the English cohort is October 14th. It's 7:00 PM Beijing time because I'm in China.
That's it. Thank you.
That's it.
So if you want to join this beautiful lady with a beautiful heart who just wants to share what she experienced, you definitely are going to be in such good hands. As you can tell, she has this nurturing energy. You, you can literally like, like, that's, that's how I feel, Tilly. You know me, like, you literally have— you can just let it go and fall into the heart of Tilly. Thank you for being you and sharing your love, your experience. We are now going to, going to Go to United States, and we're going to stop in California. We're going to say hi to Los Angeles and get to know Matthew.
Hello, hello from Los Angeles. Hello, I am Matthew, and, um, I have known Shiny for since about when I moved to Los Angeles, which was around, well, say 2015, I think is when we met. And I took her in-person NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, course here in LA, and that was very exciting. I had moved here from San Francisco where I'd been for 15 years, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. So that's what I have had been doing, and I still am doing. So I had just become interested in coaching. Because as beautiful as psychotherapy is and as amazing, as transformative as it can be, I do feel— I always felt like there's a certain heaviness about it, which, you know, makes sense. Therapy can be a very heavy thing. But I myself, I have a very creative side, I have a very light, playful side, and I wanted to explore how to help people and maybe not people who are always, you know, really needing more from me necessarily, but rather who wanted to grow, who wanted to change their mindset, change their behaviors. And as a therapist, I certainly can and still do help people with that, but there's just something about coaching which is more proactive, it's more direct. And I also— what I've learned is the role of the coach differs from a therapist. The role of the coach is really to hold space and be curious and really to ask questions, as people have, have mentioned. And really just— it's almost like, uh, we call it the empty cup, like to show up with an empty cup. So as Tillie was saying, we actually don't give advice. We actually really just listen. And of course we bring our experience. We each have our own unique experience. So of course That does, you know, affect how we are as a coach and what we see. But really what we're trying to do is actually let go of our own experience and our own perspectives and really just show up to find out who this person is that, that we are coaching, who's in front of us. So, so I did take the NLP about 15 years ago, um, and, uh, I continued as a therapist and I tried different different times to try to integrate coaching or do some coaching, and I just, I always felt a little stuck. I wasn't quite sure how to either incorporate coaching into my therapy work or even to do it separately. And then a couple years ago, a few years ago, Shiny and I, uh, now Shiny's in Miami and we reconnected. Been a little while. And she's like, hey, I, I'm actually now, I teach a coaching course that is in the ICF, International Coaching Federation. And I've also developed this Neuroshine technology, and I would love for you to be in my coaching program, to take my coaching program, and perhaps even become one of my faculty members. I was like, well, that sounds awesome. So I just— I took it, and it's been revolutionary, transformational, far more than when I took the NLP. Now, that just may also be I'm in a different place, but I really think there's something about the ICF, the mixing of the NLP with the core concepts and practices of the International Coaching Federation. I feel that ICF is actually quite similar to therapy in terms of coaching, in terms of the range of what coaches can be, in the sense that there are actually a lot of the same principles because therapists also are not supposed to give advice. And we are also supposed to kind of let ourselves take ourselves out of it and really show up for a client. In that sense, coaching and therapy are very similar. It's just kind of the focus and the experience is what is different, I've found. So let's see, what else do I want to say? Well, first of all, I also relate. I have transformed from a couple of years of not only learning coaching in this way and teaching people, but also doing peer coaching. And that's a part of the program. After you're done, you know, we all do peer coaching, or most people do. That's a way of gathering your hours, but it's also an amazing way to experience coaching and also a very non-threatening way to provide coaching because coaches are really good clients. They're very forgiving, they're very accepting, they're very understanding, and they also understand what coaching is. So they're also very high-level clients. So in my peer coaching I've been doing for the past couple years, I have seen how much I've grown. I can see a lot of what Tilly was saying almost, and Yan, just that's new. Like it's a new part of myself, new parts of myself that have come forth. I feel really comfortable in myself now. I used to have a lot of anxiety and in the last couple years it's just slowly gone down. You know, and I myself have consumed years of therapy, so I know that it's the coaching which has really shifted something for me. So that is that's my experience. I am also an entrepreneur. I'm I became a realtor during COVID so I wanted to try something different. So I have I kind of hold both the therapy side, the very Deep intrapsychic interpersonal skills, which I've been doing for 25 years, and then adding coaching and and real estate, really understanding the business side of things. That was something that therapists are not really taught how to be business people. Some people get it; some people don't. You know, but really understanding business. So coaching and realty have really pushed that that more self actualization. Jan was was just was saying. That's something I've always been drawn to, is self-actualization. I love humanistic psychology, Carl Rogers and Maslow, Abraham Maslow, the hierarchy of needs, which you will find in taking the Shiny's Neuroshiny Technology course that a lot of things you may have seen in other places have somewhat been adapted. So there's also like a hierarchy of needs within NLP, but it's a little bit different within Neuroshine Technology. It's a little different from Maslow's. And so it's really fascinating to see what you'll learn and what you might not even realize that you didn't know. So, yeah, so I'm super excited to be here with all of you. I'm excited to be part of the Academy of Neuroshine Technology. I also am having a cohort coming up September 24th, which in Pacific time, LA time, is, uh, 9 AM to 12 PM, or Eastern time is noon to 3 PM. That'll be on Thursday starting September 24th. It is a 10-week sequence and it's 3 hours a week, as been mentioned. Super exciting. You will come in here, yes, perhaps to learn some coaching skills. Maybe you want to become a coach, but really what you're going to gain is a lot of your own growth and self-awareness. And really being able to break out of some of those beliefs that you may know that they're there, but you just have not been able to figure out some of those negative or limiting beliefs. You haven't figured out how to actually move beyond them and experience a new space. And that's what coaching provides. So thank you so much.
That's it. So this is our Matthew, Coach Matthew and Coach Educator Matthew. who combines psychotherapy and coaching beautifully, seamlessly, and deliciously with his super curious mind at all— also the quantum levels, right, Matthew?
I do.
Yes, yes, he's a geek about it.
I love quantum physics and metaphysics now, which I really didn't understand, but Shiny has a PhD in metaphysical psychology. Is that correct?
Correct.
Yes. So if you're interested in metaphysics or didn't really know what it was, you will also— this program will help you understand that. But we also have neuroscience. It's very grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, heart science. So it's just an amazing mix of different disciplines. Yeah, a blend.
A blend.
A blend.
We give you, we give you a smoothie of personal, professional, and spiritual development. We just blend the best and then we give you a smoothie, right?
And you will go galactic.
And then you go galactic with us. Exactly. Thank you, Matthew. That's Matthew. And now we are going to fly to another part of the world and we are going to go to Germany to get to know our dear Gabrielle.
Hello, hello everyone. Thank you for allowing me to be here and share with you all, and we're all excited for you to get to know us and we're allowed to introduce ourselves to you. Well, what can I say about my journey? It's been a journey for sure. So, I've, I've been in the personal development realm and coaching and personal education for quite a while, and I've always been fascinated with people and why do we do the things we do? Why do we behave like that? Why are we triggered with this? Why does this so hurt me? And there has to be something more out there. So I was always curious and wanted to learn more. But as we all know, life happens. So I took the normal route of education and I went into the corporate world. And that is my professional background. I'm a senior project manager in an international environment, which taught me a lot about communication, strategy, analytics, and Leadership, you name it. And through that journey, what happened is I kind of felt off, and I knew something more is going on and I need help. So I looked for a coach, and when I had those coaching sessions, I realized Wow, this is special. There is something different. So what was different? It was that I did not feel I'm wrong. It didn't feel like I'm broken. I didn't— there was nobody who tried to fix me. And I said to myself, I want to do that. That was what I was looking for. So that started that little seed of Creating a coaching business. How do I do that? Becoming a coach. And the universe always aligns things. I got introduced by Shiny through a mutual friend of ours. So thank you again, Jillian, if you're listening to this, because this has really, really changed things for me. And I connected with Shiny 5 or 6 years ago. I think it was 6. We had a conversation, and I took a leap of faith. I really did. There was just this connection that I just knew, OK, I need to do this. I just have to. That's it. And I started my journey with R Shiny technology. At the time, it was set up a little different as it is today. So Shiny had just started their online programs. And I was so hooked and fascinated. And you've heard it from my colleagues here, my fellow trainers, the vastness and variety and depth And most importantly, heart of the program, which comes from Shiny. The level of information and knowledge that she shares and what you will get to experience throughout the cohorts and What you will learn is just amazing. I mean, you heard it: metaphysics, quantum physics, heart math, neuroscience technology, NLP—you name it—and that is that was just where I said, okay, I'm in the right place. I'm definitely in the right place. So what happened? I started to be more confident. And I realized from, could I do that? Would I be able to actually do that? To, I know I can. I know because you get the feedback. You heard it. We have our peer coaching. We have a community. We coach each other throughout our journey and our, the whole course. So you get the immediate feedback from Real, real coaching sessions, and you get to be coached. So that is an immense growth that happens within the course. And well, I did one. I did the next levels, and then Shiny offered me. Well, don't you want to become a trainer at my faculty? And I said, huh, yeah. So I'm really, really grateful and excited that I'm here as a trainer as well. And for the whole change, you all heard us change so much. But what I also love is you already heard my biggest, one of my biggest change was confidence. And the other part that also changed for me and helped me immensely also in the corporate world is, and I'm going to say communication now, but what do I mean with communication? When we hear the word communication, usually we associate it with sharing information, right? For me, that has completely changed. Because for me, it's listening. A good communicator for me is a good listener. And that has changed so much for me and in my relationships and my interactions, whether it's professionally, whether it's, you know, with a friend. So that was a really, really deep learning and growth for me. And the third one that I want to mention is, and I said it before, when coaching was treating me as a whole perfect human being without being broken. So for me, it's— and that's also coming from the corporate world and my own experiences— what I work with, especially women, but with everyone in general is You don't need to become another person, and still you will become another person because you're going to grow and you're going to remember and you're going to declutter your mind so that your true essence can shine again. And this is what I'm so passionate about, to work with people, and I'm so excited To maybe see you also, one of you in my cohort that is coming up on the 12th of September. I'm the Saturday weekend lady, so my cohort is on 12th of September, 9 AM Eastern time, 3 PM Central European time. And I just hope that we can serve you, that this contributes to you. I know it will, and I'm excited to see you. Thank you so, so much for being here with us.
Wow, what, what, what kind of depth was that? Thank you, Gabrielle. You just reminded me all of those days that we talked, and you really did took that leap of faith. You took that leap of faith, and it was a beautiful leap of faith, and I am so grateful. That you have done that. Thank you so much. You know, it, it means the world. As you are seeing all these people, that's why I, I told you, you're going to be obsessed with this. Like, this is unheard of, the amount of love, the amount of heart, the amount of nurturing and loving that we bring to the table. I don't think you can find it anywhere. So I hope you are getting it, and I hope you are experiencing it because this is real. There are so many other programs out there. There are so many other people out there that are talking about what they do and then how they do it and why they do it. And still, the way that we do it is we do it with love. We do it with so much love. We're not going to do it if there's no love. That's our standard. We're just going to love you. Ah, okay. I'm getting so full. My heart is so full. We have one more stop. We usually go to Cambodia for her, but I believe she is in the United States right now. Yes, Kate, right? Yes. So now we're going to get to know our beloved Kate, everyone.
Hey, thank you, Shiny, and it's just so nice to be here with everyone and hear everyone's Stories—they're so inspiring—and I want to speak directly to people about what is possible. I want to be an example for what is possible. So I might tell my story a little differently because I want to speak to the listener to say, like, my story starts when I was made redundant. With a contract, with a 2-year contract. I was made redundant June 6th, 2024, and with an international trip with my kids to the US from Cambodia. So I got back to Cambodia, and, you know, I'm an international education specialist, and I can train, I can do things. But I had looked at doing coaching in 2020 during the pandemic, and my goal at that time was the same as Tilly's. I need something for leadership. I need to be able to bring a staff of over 200 through a crisis.
Mm-hmm.
Change management, like schools closing at 10 PM, and I know my teachers are sleeping and they're gonna wake up. And schools online. So I explored. I did. I did the NLP. I did an amazing program. Absolutely amazing. But I didn't feel like a coach yet. I coached people, but I didn't feel like I knew what I was doing. And yet it still helped me be a better leader, and it helped me get. Multiple different staffs through the COVID times. Fast forward 2024, I'm a head of school, and my identity is head of school. My identity, right? That's my identity. So when I— when that job dematerialized, it's like, what am I gonna do? And I saw a job online that I could do educational coaching, possibly through Harvard, but you needed to have ICF accreditation. So when you're looking for jobs, you think, why, why would I do this program? Why wouldn't I just do some other one? Or there's a $7 coaching thing online. Why don't I just do that? I have bought those just to upskill myself, but they are not the same. As doing a program. And so I was like, I need, I need, I want to pursue this because my goal was to align with my truth. And I will be honest, I want to have a big impact. I want to change. I want to humanize education. Not in one country, in the world. I got a big goal. And I also want to increase my income. Honestly, I want to make more money in less time to be a more present parent, which is actually what I'm doing now. I'm dropping my daughter off at university, and I wouldn't be able to do this if I had that job that let me go. I wouldn't be here today. With leaving my daughter. Oh, but I want, I want to be an example of what is possible. So I just wrote some notes because it's, it's a little, it's a lot. But I, so I lost my job 2024, June. August, I saw Shiny's name, Neuroshine Technology, and I'm like, oh, I'm all about neuro. I'm all about neuroscience. And I'm like, okay, so I went ICF. I gotta get ICF accreditation. Saw Neuroshine technology from the ICF website, clicked on it, watched about 2, 3 hours on YouTube. Because I'm, I'm a teacher, right? By heart, I'm an educator. So I don't want to learn from anyone. I have to learn from the best. Like, I didn't just— like, I, I did my due diligence. And I'm, I'm really picky on who educates me. I'm super picky. So I was like, she's teaching, she's not reading AI. This woman knows how to teach. And I was like, okay. So I just emailed and I thought it would be easy. Like, I'd be able to pay like just a few hundred dollars and get ICF. I had no idea, like, the, the rigor of the program. And Shiny says, okay, I just got your email. I don't usually meet people on the weekend. You know, it's Sunday, but I can meet you in 2 hours. And I'm like, this sounds like a bot. But if this is Shiny, if this is really Shiny, I'm doing this program. I'm doing it. Because I, you know, as you do, you get excited about learning from somebody, and then you realize you're talking to their assistant, or you're talking to a bot. But it was shiny, and we got on the call. It was awesome. And so she was like, "Well, it's Sunday night for you, Kate. Tuesday we start. Tuesday. Tuesday." And I was like, "Oh, okay." And then she's like, "You could do level one and level two." Okay. I was like, "What?" She's like, "Tuesday and Thursday. Level one on Tuesday." Level 2 on Thursday. I was like, okay. So in August to November, I did the Level 1 ACC, Level 2 PCC. I'm telling everyone this because this is what is possible for you. If you have lost your job, if you need to change your career, you can do this, and it doesn't have to take you forever. And Then, so we finished like November, December, I fly to Miami to do the in-person. Matthew and I teamed up. We're like, we're gonna do this. We're gonna do this together. We're gonna become teachers because Shiny had, with her NLP, planted a seed in my mind. She said, Kate, you know, you got a certificate of school management and leadership through Harvard. Yeah. And I'm like, yeah. She's like, I think you could teach in my faculty. We'll see, but I think you could teach. She mentioned that on the first call. So December 2024. So just in 6 months, I had done Level 1, I had done Level 2, I did the teacher training. So then the spring, you have to get 100 hours of coaching, which at the time I thought was an insanely high amount. Did that, passed the test. Spring, I can't remember the exact month. maybe March or something, I had my ACC. Super excited. Then I'm like, I'm getting 500 hours, right?
Yeah.
And I started not talking to individuals, but I started talking to school groups. And then I had a lot of people that I could coach. So you don't have to go after— because going after clients is hard, or not going after, but enrolling or Encouraging or having people join your program as a coach can be overwhelming. So you can go to people in your industry. And by spring of 2026, I had my PCC. And now by July, so that means I got the 500 hours in a very short time. Working very hard and believing that I can, you know, the how can I, how can I do this? And I'm like, gotta divide it mathematically. I need to see 12 people a week. I need 12 coaching. And I coached everybody and anybody, paying clients. I traded, I traded with for different services. And then I became in July a mentor coach. Mm-hmm. And I can, I can tell you today that I am now successfully working with 2 schools, 2 international schools, coaching all their leaders. So that's possible. It's possible for you to become a coach. It is possible for you to do it in a short time. It is possible. And when you do that, it brings you freedom.
Yeah.
The freedom to be— work with who you want to work with. I'm very upfront that I do not work with schools or leaders that want to micromanage their staff. I want to work with people that want to humanize education in the face of AI. And so work with who you want to work with, when you want to work. It can happen.
Yeah. Tell us when your cohort is starting.
Yeah, it is September 20th if you're in the— 21st if you're in the US, and it is September 22nd if you are in Asia. So I can cover nighttime US Eastern Standard Time. So for Eastern, it's 9 PM to 12 AM, and then for Asia, all my Asia people, it's Tuesday morning 8 to 11. However, I also do one-off One-off sessions, and if somebody is keen to get started, or what I love is when school groups want to train their staff. We can— I can take a cohort of educational leaders, and I've done 5 cohorts. I'm very proud. I've done 5 cohorts already, and what people say is that the content is as good The library, Dr. Shiny's library blows their mind, and it is as good as the live sessions. So there's a lot. There's a lot on offer, way more than what you pay for.
Yeah, that's it. And we also want to add the fact that Mentor coaching means you now get to evaluate the performance of our graduate coaches. You get to help them improve their skills to a level that they can go submit their applications to the ICF. So she is now the very first mentor coach other than myself in our academy. She will be able to help you get Your session evaluated, and that is also what's possible, right, Kate?
It's amazing. Yeah. And what near— what I believe we're trying to do is help people align with their truth. Yes. Many places might tell you what your truth is, or, you know, try to get you to believe in something. This is like— this is— that's what it says right behind Yan's and Shiny's You know, align with your truth. My truth is that I want to humanize education in the face of AI. I want to work with human arts. I want to help school leaders like Tilly. I want to help, and this is a way I can have massive impact. I just got a contract with 16 school leaders.
Woo-hoo!
I will be for 2 years.
That's what's possible.
That's what's possible.
And this happened within 2 years, 2 calendar years. What a story. So inspiring. So you can be our next Jan, next Tilly, next Gabrielle, next Matthew, next Kate. This is what we create. We co-create. These are all heart-centered human beings. We not only humanize the education world, we humanize literally the coaching education. We align you with your truth because we believe in you deciding your own truth. So that is us. That's the faculty. We are full of love and About the mental decluttering party. So after you now have met everybody, I would love to talk about a little bit what mental decluttering is going to look like. And we have a surprise for you. We are going to demonstrate how it looks like. You are going to experience a very short 15-minute Neuroshine coaching, and that is what mental decluttering is going to be. Why decluttering? You know, when you clutter your environment, it's a mess. And when you are in a mess, are you organized? You're not. Are you efficient? You're not. Are you at the top of your game? Probably not. When you declutter, when you organize, when you clean up, when you make space, what is possible? You have all the mental space, you have all the spiritual, physical, emotional space. You, you get live, you get more aliveness, you can actually experience more livelihood in your life. And that begins in the mind. When we go deeper into neuroscience, we all talk about the neurons wiring together and firing together, firing together and wiring together. And that is only possible when there is space in your mental world. If you have so many different thoughts, confusion, anxiety, doubting yourself, judging yourself, feeling the fear, And not even going to the root cause of it. Those are all decluttering. Those are all cluttering that we're going to be decluttering right now. You clutter your own psyche, your own mental world with a lot of confusion, with a lot of doubt, with a lot of fear. You know why? Because we live in a world where unfortunately people, we all are not taught how to think. We nobody nobody taught us how to think, how to organize our thinking. Our thinking we our brain is Like computer. I actually now believe in the age of AI, I believe human beings are open source computer programs. Like literally, why do I say open source? Because we get to influence each other. What is influence? I say something, it affects you. I say something, it creates an emotion for you. And what does that emotion do? Make you do something, act differently. And that is nothing different than open source AI. So we are literally like open source programs. And if you don't know where to close that source, then you are going to be cluttered by some other people's, some other humans or situations, ideas and paths. And you are going to be, oh my God, I don't know what to do. It's overwhelming. There's a lot of clutter. It's messy up here. We don't want you to live in a mess. We want to help you organize your thoughts. We want to remind you what's important. The important tasks are at the top, right? When you open your computer, you have your tasks, and the most important ones are going to be somewhere that you can see. And that is what is needed. That's why coaching literally helps you organize what's important for you. We need to remind you, okay, I actually value my health. Then that health, if you look at it as a mental file, it's literally a file has information in it. We help you organize it in a way that you put it at the very top. It becomes so important for you and everything else comes right after. And just like that, all your values and beliefs and expectations and relationships and your goals, they can be organized. They can be literally cleaned up and organized and prioritized in the way that you want, aligned with your truth. But we gotta start by cleaning up some space. You may have a lot of different ideas and thoughts and opinions with your open source, not really selective, if I may say. If you are allowing everybody else to tell you what to do and how to live, then your truth is going to be this mental file somewhere like, oh, where is this? I had this in my pen, but then I dropped it and I cannot find it. It's gonna look like that. You have your truth, but if you haven't organized it, if you haven't cleaned it up, if you haven't polished it, if you didn't put it somewhere that you can see all the time, How are you going to align with it? Right? That's the whole point. We want you to go back to the source of everything, which is your truth, which is who you are. And it is only possible when we declutter all the other mental files that are not important. And that's why Matthew is now going to coach Gabriele, and we're going to show you a little bit of a demonstration. Are we ready? Matthew, Gabrielle, are we ready? So just because it is obviously a party, I am gonna go ahead and I am going to give you this. There you go. Yeah, give you this song. Come on before we begin. So let's get mental. The collateral party begin. So pay attention for only 15 minutes. We're gonna show you. It's gonna go. It's the shiny one. You got this. You got this. All right, you can take the stage, dear Matthew and Gabrielle, and I am going to pin you so everybody can watch you accordingly. There you go.
Awesome.
Hi, Gabrielle.
Hi, Matthew. How are you?
Good, good.
How are you?
Good, thank you. Awesome.
Well, welcome to our coaching, our short coaching session, 15 minutes or so, which means, you know, I know you know this as well as I do. You can sometimes have a Neuroshine moment in 15 minutes. So let's let's do it.
Yeah, absolutely.
Okay. So thanks for your time today.
Yeah. So, you know, as you know, this is obviously a safe space. We are sharing this with some other people today. However, this is still a space for you to feel safe. And, you know, and I'm here just to hold some space for you and just to be curious and ask you some questions and maybe help you think a little differently or find some truth inside of you that may be a little bit obscured at the moment. So, so what is it, what is it today that you would like to focus on?
Okay, so hopefully, I guess everyone, a lot of people can relate probably with this. You, what I find myself doing more lately again Is, you know, a friend or colleague or somebody tells you or asks you, can you do something? And you say, yeah, of course, of course I can drive you there. Of course I can pick up this. Of course I can take on this task. And yeah, 5 minutes later you go, why did I say yes again to that? Because it's becoming overwhelming and taking away from other things. And, you know, I'm like, I need to see how I can set better boundaries.
Okay, that's great. Yeah, so that's what my next question is. Uh, what would be a beautiful outcome for our 15 minutes here? What, at the end of this session, what would you hope to gain?
I think what would, you know, would really be good is a way of how can I, like, I don't know, pause before I just say, of course I will do that. And, you know, how can I remind myself of that? Or what is a different way to approach that situation? Like one little small thing.
Okay. Awesome. If you were to rate yourself, you know, right now with that, that skill, that ability to pause, or how would you on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being you're amazing at it and 1 is okay?
I'm not at a 1. Did you say you're at a 1? I'm not at a 1. No, I would say I'm like I I I I sure it was at a at a nine at some point, but now I'm like I feel like five or six.
Okay, okay. And where do you think you might or hope to get to today?
A ten, of course. No kidding. You know, submission would be you know for for the sake of the this, um, session, I think 8, between 8 and 9 would really feel good.
Okay, that's amazing. Awesome. So yeah, let's, um, let's delve into this. Uh, I, I do have a question. What is it that is— what do you think is stopping you or blocking you from taking that pause that you mentioned? Good question.
What is stopping me? I think it's this— the part of it is, yeah, of course, just get it done and be nice. And show that you care, this feeling of then people realize, you know, that I'm trustworthy and I care about them, that kind of thing.
Okay. Are you— is there some fear that if you don't do it, that they won't If you don't say yes, that they won't see that about you or that they won't feel that about you?
Yeah, there is part of that. There is part of the proving myself kind of thing in there. Yeah.
Okay. Is it for— this might be a little odd question, but is it— who are you proving it to? Who are you trying to prove it to?
The girl in the mirror. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, it is. It's me. Yeah, of course it's me.
Okay. And what is it that you're trying to prove to yourself?
That's an interesting question. Um, There's what comes up to mind is really, you know, there's a part of me that I feel I have to prove that I can take a lot on.
Do you know where that?
It's interesting.
Yeah. Do you have any idea where the origin of that may?
Hmm. I mean, in the end, it comes back to the care again and the feeling of, okay, if I don't prove that I am supportive, that I'm Can take on a lot that I am trustworthy, that I'm gonna be rejected in the end of at the end of the day. Yeah. Yeah.
That sounds. It sounds scary, but I don't know. How does it feel to you when you?
That's kind of, that's kind of like, oh my gosh, um, that's heavy. Yeah, it really is. Like, you know, this is, this is still underlying a thing that, you know, the fear of rejection of people.
What would happen if someone, if you were not to If you were to say no to something that someone asked you, what do you think would happen?
In the end, I know nothing most likely will happen because I know I'm gonna be okay. But yeah, it's this underlying fear of this person leaving me. Okay. Yeah. Or just, you know, not necessarily leaving me, but just, you know, not as present anymore.
Okay. Oh, that they wouldn't be as present?
Mm-hmm. In my life anymore.
Okay. Okay. I mean, that sounds not valid, but that's a valid fear, I think, you know. But I also heard you say something else right before that, which is, I know I'll be okay. This was if I, you know, if you didn't, if you said no to something, you said, I know that I'll be okay. I wonder what that means for you.
Well, I'll be okay means, and I think this is something that, you know, I've been working on already quite a while, is Is this that I don't need somebody outside of me to be okay?
Okay.
So, and that, I guess, is where I'm like, hmm, okay, there's still part of me still afraid of being left alone, that people leave me. So, huh.
Interesting. There's so many directions I feel like you could go.
That's as a coach, right?
As a coach, we're like, ah, two paths, three paths. Yeah, I know.
I just opened that door to a lot of nice things.
Um, I don't know, Shiny, did you want to say something or you're just popping on?
I think we're like kind of just being mindful of the time.
That's why I popped in.
So we can start to wrap it up, but I do have a question.
Please go ahead, wrap it up.
No, I don't have a question.
No, no, I have a question.
Oh, sorry.
Actually, you know what? I did have a question, but why don't I— I'm gonna listen to you. How about you sum up what you've learned so far and then we'll see where— yeah.
For me, what I learned is that I still have this underlying fear that people would leave me. And what I can fall back on is My knowing of I'm gonna be okay, you know, I'm okay with myself. I don't need anyone outside of me. And so that can help me like just go and just, you know, take more pause and be aware of, do I really want to say yes to this now? Or can I also say no? Because it's gonna be okay. Nothing really will happen.
Yeah. How does that feel?
That feels really good. That's like, okay, I know. Yeah, it's gonna be okay.
Well, if you were to make a commitment to yourself around this, what would that commitment be?
My commitment is definitely to Really consciously, and I'm literally saying now, take a deep breath before I answer and ask myself yes or no.
Hmm. Okay.
Is this, is this something that is good? Do I want to do this? Or is this something where a no is the real answer without being afraid? Yeah. Yeah, that's awesome.
That's amazing. If you go back to what, uh, you— we evaluate what your goal was for the session, um, and you were on a 5 or 6 at that time. Well, how would you rate yourself now?
Definitely at a 9.2 because the other part is the, you know, really going into practice. That's why I'm below 10. But thank you so much. That was really helpful, Matt.
Hey, welcome. Thank you. Thank you.
That's it. Thanks so much. This is literally our Shiny Mind Show, ladies and gentlemen. This is it. Literally decluttering, right, Gabrielle? A lot of clutter, a lot of thoughts that were taking space, and it sounded like you literally pushed them away, and you're like, no, no, no, no, no, no. It is actually, this is, and you literally honed into what's important to you. You cleaned up some mental space and now you have your takeaway.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yes. Do you want to add anything else for anybody else to, like, to understand what you experienced?
No, it's really when, you know, he asked the right question. this, what will happen and what underlying fear is. Why am I not seeing this? You know, this is why we need coaches because we're not seeing our own blind spots. And it's just a matter of just maybe one question where you go, ah, okay, mental files. And it is, as you said, you're going, it feels like you're going through Thousands of folders and say, uh-uh, uh-uh, uh-uh.
Yep, yep. So that is why we named today as a mental decluttering party, everyone. We wanted to show you what It actually can do when you are unaware of what is really going on. And it takes just 1, 2, 3— how many questions Matthew asked?
8, 6, 8, maybe.
Yeah, that, that's all it takes. You need somebody who is trained to know what's going on in the head, in the psychology. You know, the car— if anybody watching If you are familiar with Carl Jung's iceberg methodology, that's where the real magic happens with coaching. What we say is at the tip of, at the surface level of the iceberg, but what really truly is happening when we are unaware is at the underneath of the iceberg. And all these questions that Matthew formulated was they were all pointing underneath the iceberg. What is it that you're unaware of? What's going to happen if you don't do it? What happens if you said no? What is the fear underneath that? All of those questions, you don't necessarily go in your day asking yourself these questions, do you? I mean, if you do, you must be a Neuroshine technology coach.
You do learn how to, but, but, you know, Gabrielle, like, we've all been coaches now for while we've received and given a lot of coaching, and yet we still can't do the same level of coaching to ourselves that somebody else can for us.
Yeah, it's a totally different, different experience when somebody else outside of you guides you to somewhere inside of you that you have not been for a while. And you, because you have so many clutter. Again, you have your own daily priorities. You don't necessarily remember, oh, I need to ask myself this question so that I can just find my own blind spot. Let me just do— like, it doesn't happen that way. You need an outside observer to go inside and help you declutter your mental headspace. So I hope, we hope this was a beautiful demonstration. Anybody else wants to add anything? Kate, Tilly, Jan?
I just noticed Gabrielle's expression. Apologies for my cat joining the conversation, but I just noticed Gabrielle's expression going lighter the moment she got it. Ah, you got the fear. And the moment we see the fear, something shifts, something beautiful, because that's the empowerment right there.
Beautiful. Yeah, totally. When you face, when you confront the fear, right, Jan? You realize, oh, fear is not capable of killing me. I'm still alive. What a concept. Correct.
The whole idea that even if people reject her, yeah, you know, yeah, nobody rejected her. Yeah. So if she says no, you know, they won't reject her.
I know it was, it was just the clutter. Yeah. Yeah.
And what's funny is you already knew that, Gabrielle, intellectually, you already knew that. You already had that awareness, but somehow there was something that wasn't allowing you to take an action or to shift that, right?
Yeah. And that's, you know, that's, that's programming. And, you know, everyone who joins our courses will, will, will learn that. And I think To the point, I believe, Matt, you said it earlier as well. Of course, when we coach each other as coaches, there is a different, maybe a different opportunity, and it's easier because we can obviously, with our knowledge, already get to a certain point. But still, there is this one thing where, as everyone will learn who joins us, why this is the case, the observer.
Yeah. Yep, that's it.
And you just need that third entity to support everything. And also, you know, sometimes it's just easier to let go of things if you have someone else holding the space for you.
Yeah, yeah.
And to be there with you and to listen and be present because, yeah, it's fear. And fear is uncomfortable. Fear is scary. Yeah. I mean, fear underlying in in our is is fear of not being okay and literally dying.
Yeah. Yeah.
Massive. And that's what happens. There's part of us dies.
Yeah. Yep. Yes, T. I love there are so many acronyms for fear, but one that I really love is um. False evidence appearing real.
Yep. And I wanted to just pick up for people listening who want to become a coach that would be like, I can never do that in 15 minutes. The technique that Matt used was getting at the source. Yep. And that, that is the skill that you learn so that you too can coach. In 15 minutes. I know.
I couldn't believe in the beginning that we could get a someone could have a 15-minute coaching session. Yeah. Like that took a long time to break that belief that you couldn't get something done in 15 minutes.
And and I can guarantee everyone who's watching and is gonna join us, we all started the same way, and every one of us said never ever ever uh uh. Yeah, you see, 50 minutes, it's, it's possible. Yeah. Um, and you will learn it.
Imagine what can transform in 30 or 45 minutes or an hour, which is typically how long we coach for. So, yeah, exactly, exactly.
Any other final thoughts from any one of you? Yes, Tilly.
Yeah, just, uh, just would like to Um, maybe for some of, uh, friends who are watching us, actually, just to bring it back to— from the coaching session, which is valuable, we discussed that, we did that— bring it back to what happens to us or for us every single day. Like this 15-minute coaching session can actually happen in a similar way in our daily conversations. This is how we should be listening. This is how we should be asking questions. And more than using statements, finishing a sentence with a full stop, maybe a question just to raise awareness. This is the way maybe we all need to live our lives. Our conversations with our loved ones doesn't have to be in the professional setting. Like, it is all about us in professional setting, in a coaching session, and outside of a coaching session. We all— I think the world needs that better listening skills. Better mindset and better coping skills with everything going on in our lives and around the world. And this is the power of coaching and coaching skills, whether you become a coach or whether you're doing it just to empower yourself and to find your truth.
Boom. That's it. That is our literally a mic drop.
Yes.
Where's my mic? Let me just put my mic. This is our mic drop ending. Whoever is watching, we are coming literally to the end of our time together. I personally am hoping— here is my mic— hoping, also knowing that this session is evidence that Everything that you do, it starts in the mind. And when you know how to use your mind, you're going to become a better version of you. You're going to become a more efficient and more— you're going to become a more efficient decision maker. That's it. In whatever that you do in your life, you make decisions, don't you? We do, right? We make decisions. So coaching, especially with Neuroshine technology, the way that we do it, is going to make you a better and more efficient decision maker. No clutters, no more clutters, no more disorganized, messy mental files. Organized, taught, questioned. And like Tilly said, it is in a way that you see the world through the lens of question marks. We want to live, all of us, we want to live in a world where we care enough for each other to A, listen actively, consciously, and B, care enough about asking questions with question marks so that we understand instead of making assumptions. We understand the full context of what that person is experiencing so that we can help them. We're not making the assumption that, oh, I know exactly what to do. I know how to fix your problem. I know how to get you there. We are not doing that. We are coming from the belief that we are whole, capable, and fantastically empowered individuals. Like Jan mentioned in his beautiful session at the beginning, we trust that human beings are capable enough to find their own truth within. And if you ever feel like you want to work with us with love, with a lot of care, then we invite you to join us. I am going to drop the links, whatever that you need to join us in our next cohort. And if you have any questions, feel free to email us. I'm literally going to give you my own personal email, shiny@neuroshinetech.com. We want to work with you. We want to help you and help us and help the entire world. We want to live in a more conscious, gracious, and delicious world together. Thank you for your time for today. And until next time, keep shining your light. Bye, everyone.
Bye-bye.
