₹3 Lakh Debt to ₹50 Lakhs/Month | The Sales System That Changed His Life

In this ILU (iLead) stage presentation, Kartik Naidu recounts his transformation from a struggling education entrepreneur burdened by a ₹3 lakh monthly EMI to generating over ₹50 lakhs per month through a sales‑automation SaaS called MyPipeline. He explains how the COVID‑19 lockdown forced him to pivot from running a preschool to pursuing online training and coaching, how a single webinar by Siddharth Rajsekar sparked his shift, and how relentless practice—recording videos, refining content, and mastering sales funnels—became his “super‑power.” Kartik outlines the four‑step framework that drove his growth: (1) finding a burning problem, (2) gathering resources and thinking deeply to create a unique solution, (3) obsessing over the process rather than the end result, and (4) applying three core recommendations—mindset, speaking/communication, and money management. He credits the ILH community for mentorship, highlights the role of automation (webinars, pipelines) in creating daily cash flow, and ends with a call to action for the audience to join the new ILH Express train and continue the journey together.

So I realized that being an educationist is not just being an educationist. You need to be an entrepreneur to run a successful education institution. The journey was not simple to be here, right? So I went home and I said, I'm going to record a video like Rajiv. When I made ₹75,000, there were only 30 days. When I made ₹50 lakh, it was the same 30 days. So if you look at this, my started online journey, ₹3 lakh per month EMI. But by 2022, I was making ₹50 lakh. A month, and right now it's much more.
I'm very sure that we all understand that in any business, when automation is applied to an efficient operation, it really does magnify the entire process and the efficiency, correct? Yes, and surely when, you know, sales automation takes off, takes— when sales is automated, that's when the sales management is taken care of. Yes, and then you can go and actually do the work of touching a person's heart as the person who's doing the sales. Yes, because that's what's more important. The automation is just another system that needs to to just keep happening. And this is exactly what our next speaker here takes care of for you so that you can have that heart-to-heart connect with whoever you're connecting with. He is the CEO of MyPipeline, a sales automation expert who really helps business owners grow their business using systems and automations. He's been with the ILH family for 3 years now. Impacted 5 lakh+ people and earned more than 4 crores from the time that he's been with iLead. Come on, let's give it up. Those are big numbers, guys. He says that his top 3 achievements are earning through automated webinars, of course, making money while you're sleeping. What's better than that?
Yes.
Every single day, he says, there is a cash flow. There is not a single day when income doesn't hit his bank account. How great is that? Let's give it up for that. Amazing. And yes, the third accomplishment, building a business which he can run from literally anywhere in the world. Wow. Yes, it's okay. Come on, let's put our hands together. I absolutely love, I absolutely love sharing this, that, you know, one fine day he finished his last law exam and he walks up to his— walks up home and walks up to his mother and says, this is the last thing I'm doing. I've finished with studies. No more studies. And the next thing you know, he's the chairman— fast forward, huh— chairman of White Petals Group of Schools. Come on, let's give it up. He's in the learning business now, and he's a lifelong learner himself. He's constantly, constantly, constantly learning. Yes, he says that his superpower is that he can answer any question because he has answered over 10,000 questions. So ask him anything and he will have an answer for you. Ladies and gentlemen, please Help me welcome the CEO of MyPipeline, Kartik Naidu.
Thank you.
Awesome, Kartik. Take it away. Guys, let's hear it louder and louder for Kartik.
Thank you. Thank you so much. This feels like a home pitch for me, right? How many of you have seen me in ILH? Awesome. More than half of the room. And this is being the home pitch. So I'm going to be here on behalf of you. So I'm your team. You're with me? Great. So I'm here on the stage to share the journey of each and every ILHian, how it goes and how we can really create the impact. So I'm here to share with you how I actually grew my SaaS funnel. From ₹75,000 a month to ₹50 lakh a month. Okay, thank you. The beauty is when I made ₹75,000, there were only 30 days. When I made ₹50 lakh, it was the same 30 days. Right? So what was the big difference between that ₹75,000 in 30 days and ₹50 lakhs in 30 days is what I'm going to share with you. I'm not going to share you how I made money, but I'm going to share with you the person I became on this journey from ₹75,000 to ₹50 lakh. So here, looking at the first slide. Yes. It was the year 2020, March is where my journey began. And when I got into training and coaching business, I was in debt of ₹3 lakh. It's not overall, it's per month. So I had like 3 lakh of EMI to pay every single month. And that's where I decided to become a trainer and coach. It was a very hard time for me to actually even digest that I wanted to do this. But there were circumstances and situations that actually made it happen. So if you look at this, my started online journey, 3 lakh per month EMI. But by 2022, I was making 50 lakh rupees a month. And right now it's much more. Okay, and how did this whole journey transition within 2 years of being in ILH is what I'm going to share with you. So this is not a story of overnight rags to riches. Honestly, it's been a journey of persistence, focus, hard work, and determination, and surrendering to the formula and the system. So if you look at my screen, this has been my graph. This has been right from that which is 75,000 to all the way till ₹54,67,000, it took a lot of time. But now I can confidently tell you this journey is what is my biggest learning because I was in the game. I was not a spectator, right? When you watch a match, there are two kinds of people. One are sitting in the stand and watching it like a spectator. They are they're enjoying the game, and second is the batsman who's hitting the run. The person who's on the field knows the conditions of the pitch, how it works and all of that. That was exactly me during this. This is no more than Warren Buffett's wealth chart. Right? It's the same, like, it's taken over the years to build it, but I consider that that's where the true transformation happened. So where did all of this start? Honestly, I've never been a trainer and coach. You would not believe that I've never spoken in front of anybody. But if you look at my journey, started May 2015, where I started a small preschool in Bangalore. And this was because I wanted to be an educationist. But little did I know, after starting an education school, that I had only 4 students on the first year. I had about 8 students like second year, and I had only 13 on the third year. So I realized that being an educationist is not just being an educationist. You need to be an entrepreneur to run a successful education institution. And that is where the whole idea understood that I went on and I created my brand in 2017, which is Whitepetals. And within the 2 years of FoQus, I went on to launch my own brand, which was Whitepetals. And on the first year, we made about 35 students. And it was the first ever time that I didn't have to put money from my pocket. To run the institution. Until that point, every single month I had to like take money to invest, but this was the first time that went. And for a person like me, this was the biggest success because I went on an expansion spree. I said, if it can take care by itself, I'm going to build this. So from 2017 onwards to 2020 Jan, I went on an expansion spree. We grew this institution. We made crores of rupees in this institution. Same time with giving the great education with great impact, nurturing people from the kindergarten so that we can really create an impact in the education space. By the Jan 2020, life was set. Bank account full, school is good, great reviews, lot of students, but this happened. And that was COVID. It was March 22nd or 23rd. I had to get up. From my office, come out through the gate, and I had to lock the gates. Because that was the moment there was an announcement that there is going to be a lockdown, which word I'd never heard before. So we said, I thought maybe like 2 days, 3 days, we'll be back. So we locked the gates, I went back home, and the moment I went back home, I was like, okay, great, it's going to open in 2 days. But the point was, it did not open even after a week. That's where the reality started hitting me. The 3 lakh EMI, you remember, right? 12 to 15 banks. I understand how to pay that EMI. Now I don't have a source to pay it. Along with that, there's over 25 teachers and staff members dependent on the institution. Me being the leader of this institution, what could I do? I straight away went a little rewind which had done a very good work, okay? Just like 7 months before, that was in August 2019, I just happened to open my emails, which I used to not, and I saw one inbox like this. How many of you have seen this inbox? I used to be like, who is Siddharth Rajsekar every single day emailing me more than anybody else? I was like, How much of time he has? I didn't know it was automated, honestly. So I was like, okay, let me open this email, check out. I opened it and he was there, right? The good news is, look at the date there, August 20th, 2019, 8:57 PM. That was his webinar. He got into that webinar and this was the image I saw. The grandfather story exactly he quoted that never let your education 'Never let your schooling interfere with your education.' That was the word that caught my attention. He was speaking what I wanted. I was not so connected, didn't understand, but I said, 'I'm going to still enroll. I don't know why I'm buying it, but I'm going to enroll.' And that was ₹6,144.12. For the first time, I paid online. I didn't mention to anybody because naturally at that time webinars were not so popular, and people would say that, 'What do you pay for?' Right? And then I digested the fact, okay, good enough, it's fine. And 2 days later, I received an email from Siddharth Rajsekar telling that, okay, there's a SuccessGyan event happening in Bangalore and I want all of you to join. I went on, I booked a ticket, and it was one image and that room changed my whole perspective about training and coaching. If you look at this entire room here, that was the image. That was Rajiv on the stage, just rocking like the way he always rocks. And me looking at that, I was awestruck. Is it really possible to create that impact to business owners and people in this way? I was surprised. Can you see me there? Okay, let's, let's look at that. That's me. I was looking at him. Is this really, really possible? I went ahead and zoomed again. To ask myself, can people really make money like this? People are running behind the thing to buy, which are lakhs, and we work for years together. I was like, I want to be this, I want to be that. With a lot of humbleness, I'm on this stage sharing with the great Suresh Rajsekar, Siddharth Rajsekar, and Pooja, just like you. No superpowers, no great stuff. A simple guy from ILH being here on the stage, accomplishing one of the beginning of the dreams. And I went home, I said— the journey was not simple to be here, right? So I went home and I said, I'm going to record a video like Rajiv. Let me do that. I just went and played this. This is this. I think there's no audio, but that's fine. But you can make out that I was completely puzzled. Okay, so one, this entire puzzle of not understanding to make a video, that's when the true reality hit me. Okay, these people are not there by chance. There is a whole lot of transformation that goes. That is the time I understood that one word can change life. And that one word that changed my life, my bank account, my situation, my family life, my happiness, and that one word is what I'm going to give you today. Are you ready to note it down? Open your notepads. Note down that one single word, and that is "practice." Practice is probably the most underrated word that exists. We as entrepreneurs make it very lightly that, "Hey, I know it all. I can do it by myself." But practice is something so valuable for an athlete that practiced years together for that 100-meter race. Swimmers practiced years together for that one final lap to win that. And this was the word. Note this down, and this word It changed my journey. I went ahead, I practiced when I was sitting in my car. I used to open my phone, record a video to see if I'm able to improve. I did this in my car. I did this as soon as I woke up. I did this when I was walking. I did this when I was jogging. Thank you. It took months together for me to convince myself that I'm truly capable of even doing this. And after doing this, that is where I started recording the course. It was November. I started, decided, and I wanted to record the course. But usually what happens is we are waiting to jump into recording the course. But as a trainer and coach, if you don't convince yourself that you're good enough, I think that's the moment that you need to analyze that how can you get better, and that's by practice. So I thought it was done. Honestly, I felt like, okay, I recorded my L1 and my job is done. How many of you felt that feeling from your shoulder? Man, L1 is done. I'm going to run ads and I'm going to get a lot of sales. My bank account Instamojo is going to go up. But you know what? Little did I know that was just the beginning. 3 days before I came here, I recorded 8 hours of content in spite of being 2 to 3 years in my community. It is never done. How many of you agree with me? Right. It's never done. The biggest lesson is it's not done. So thanks to that one person who changed everything for me personally, Siddharth Rajsekar. Right? It is not because— it is not because the money I'm making. It's not because of anything else. It's for that one person who came, who showed me the path that, look, There's an easier way, but this is going to give a lot of value in your life. A lot of people are going to thank you. A lot of people are going to love you as an entrepreneur. You want to do this? Go into training and coaching. That was the moment. I want to personally thank Siddharth Rajsekar for being there for all of us on this direction. Thank you. So this journey, what happened was I'm going to cover 4 parts. What is exactly I did? What lessons I learned? No technical stuff. No showing how to make money, you all know that. But I'm going to show you my recommendations. And finally, I'm going to give you one gift. So the first thing, what exactly I did was found a burning problem. Okay, this is like, sounds very easy for you that, okay, found, finding a burning problem. I know there's so many problems. But the same question, how many of you are still confused with your niche? Right? The niche decision is is probably the biggest challenge because the point is we need to understand and we need to go through that niche. So one thing I understood was helping business owners and finding that problem took a little time. But let me tell you something that once I knew that this was the problem, I was fixed to the goal. I want to solve this, I'm going to solve it no matter how I do it. I don't know. But this is the problem that anybody is facing. I'm going to create this. By the way, if you go and look at any of the stories, the biggest of the biggest creations of products and services in the world is created by people who did not get that experience. And that is where I found like, okay, I find a burning problem. Second one, how did I do it? So I chalked down a math problem. So I want you to write down, open your notepads and write it down right now. I drew one exact rectangle, like a², A squared, B squared. Okay, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. It's not so simple, by the way. Okay, it's much more complicated. So how I did it was I found the resources. Okay, so finding resource is the biggest challenge for an entrepreneur. Look at this. Thinking. This is again the most underrated word because people don't think, right? Napoleon Hill says, "Think and grow rich." But a lot of us, we might not think to grow rich. Instead, every time we get a question, what do we do? Come on. When you get a question, what do you generally do? Google, right? You go on Google, try to find out the answer. Where is the Google? We've done that earlier. But the point is, the power of thinking is something that worked massively because the more you think, the more originality comes out. If you want to be original, you want to get and create something that's never there, it is the point where you can create that by thinking. Because deep down, even this presentation, I can be damn sure, you can go on Google and check out anywhere, you'll never find it. Because it's originally inside the thought of my experience. And that's why that thinking could make a lot of uniqueness. But some of them tell me, "Kartik, actually, sometimes we might not know, we'll be stuck. So what do you recommend at that time? Can I really think? I'm thinking, I'm not getting the answers." You know, there's one great thing that a lot of big people have done throughout their life. Okay, I'm going to show you a slide. How many of you know this slide? Recent cricket match, Deepti tried to bowl, and she stopped, and she stumped the non-striker. Huge debate. Is it ethical? Is it moral? Is it right to do that? But you know what? There are loopholes in every system. The cricket rules allow to do this. There are some situations where we could not be able to look at that but we could take advantage of that, and that is what greatest people in the past have done, and that is research. Research is something which is a very thin line between copying and research. When you look at something, copy the whole stuff, and put it as it is, you're literally copying, you're being the copycat, right? But if you can research and understand with 4 to 5 people, the pattern and the deeper between the lines, connecting the dots, right? You understand that and you create, you become the researcher. Edison did not invent the bulb, the glass. He didn't invent the filament, but he was the inventor of the bulb, right? That's what makes you different. If you can aggregate the energies, the power, and do it, that's what makes the difference. There's one quote I want to give you that I've read is Wonderful is copying from one source is copying, copying from many's research. How many of you love it? Feeling nice about it? Yeah? That's totally okay to do it because that is what the researchers have been doing and you are allowed to do it ethically as long as you attribute that to the person who did it. We being in training and coaching, this is one of the important lessons that I've learned for myself. And next is being obsessed with the process. It's not about Finishing the process and going to the end result, that's the biggest challenge. Right now I'm at the stage, I'm speaking to you. If I'm thinking about when I want to finish this talk and go backstage, I'm not even going to enjoy this talk here. I'm loving this process, I want to stay more. If you can love the process, stay there, that is what is the true accomplishment. And my final 3 recommendations for you especially to focus on are 3 things. The first is the mindset. Mindset is where you can believe in yourself. Suren just quoted one thing mentioning the training— India is going to be the training and coaching capital of the world, right? If it has to be, don't we have to work on ourselves first? Right? It's not expecting that, okay, let's— let me go and bat for India right now. How many of you believe that players are not made on the pitch, they're made in the nets? Right? Are you willing to put in that effort to be in the nets, practice it day and night to make it happen? That is the first thing I want to focus on, and I want to give you that from my side. Second one is speaking. Speaking is the most powerful thing that you can ever see, no matter what business you run. You sell pencils to planes, you need to speak. Les Brown mentions that develop your communication skills because when you open your mouth, you tell the world who you are. Yes, please go ahead. That's a great quote. Communication skills. Finally, it's about money. We can make a lot of money in this. We can do a lot of things. But if we don't manage that money, we are still going to be broke because people who earn ₹50,000 are living a fulfilled life compared to people who are earning ₹50 lakhs a month. It's not about the money. It's about what you do with the money. And finally, before I finish, are you ready for this? Are you ready for the journey towards the oasis? Like Pooja mentioned, people are waiting there. They're already here. Serpents is there. Everybody are there. So are you all ready really for the journey? Okay, I'll give you a good news. Ask what? There is a new ILH Express that's launched. That's a train. So all of you are welcome to come on it. Okay, so, and that is the express that started. If one person from your side can come onto this, this is just the beginning of what we're going to be looking in the future. So having said that, let's do it together as IELTSians. And thank you so much. My name is Karthik Naidu. Standing ovation for Karthik Naidu! Wow! Phenomenal stuff. Amazing. I want to add a few words. Please take your seats. Yeah. I remember interviewing Karthik in the first Hall of Fame interview, and at that time it was, uh, you're in the franchising, uh, niche. Yeah, he was. And the beautiful thing about Karthik is what I've observed from the beginning is is speed of implementation. You know, he would try new things, he would implement that fast. And I can proudly say that Karthik is one of our first facilitators in ILH that really supported the community right through the COVID period from 2020 to 2021. Let's give a big round of applause to Karthik for that. Yeah. He would be there doing at least one meetup every single week supporting other members. And he's literally You know, lot of the success stories and Hall of Fame interviews that I did during that phase, a lot of them have been inspired by his pulling them up and giving them the direction at that particular point of time. So thank you so much, Karthik, for being that lighthouse for our community. And what I see, where I see Karthik going is probably the next Russell Brunson of India, with the way that he's going to be. So wish you all the best with MyPipeline. Thank you, thank you, and keep inspiring. Yeah, once again, an ovation for Kartik Naidu!
