From ₹10,000 Salary to ₹10 Lakh/Month | Sagar’s Coaching Business Journey In ILH

It was a lot of difficulties since I was not having a good exposure to my English communication. So I was always struggling to get a— find a good job. Finally, I landed a good job, but salary was $10,000 only. I wanted to start something, so I started something called affiliate marketing side hustle. On 2021 January, I started making $1,000 a month. That was ₹77,000 in a month. Now just imagine, ₹10,000 to ₹77,000 was a huge jump, isn't it? But they were not speaking to me. They were buying and moving away, buying and moving away. No community is being built over there. And I knew one person who built community. I took silver membership and within two weeks I joined diamond membership. And with the help of diamond membership hype calls specifically, I got a lot of inspiration from them and I started launching my Facebook community. And I had a one call with sits and. Small tweak that made me first ten lakh a month organically, and that helped me to reach 1.4 crore in organic sales.

But this gentleman up here on stage, who's a good friend to Vishal, is also a crazy cricket fan who actually altered उसके स्कूल का क्लॉक. You know the school clock? Because he wanted to watch a match. So he went up there and altered the school clock. But it does take a little bit of crazy to be the 1% in this world. Yes or no? Let's hear it! It's 1st February, 2024. Can you all see that gate, the last one?

It was a similar room like this in Radisson Blu Mahabalipuram during Quantum Club retreat. I noticed my mom was getting restless around that gate. I asked, what happened? Hope everything's fine. She said, "I'm waiting for you to go up on the stage." I was clueless and speechless. I was thinking, "Kas mein speaker hota na? I would have given the best gift to her." I just told her, "Mom, not today, but apna bhi time आएगा. She could not come today here, but she's so happy to know that I'm speaking in front of you all. How many of you have a dream and think of making your loved ones proud? Let me give you a bit of my background. I come from a humble Odia family from Odisha. I spoke Odia till my graduation. For the first time, I started speaking in English while I was doing my MBA in Pune. It was a lot of difficulties since I was not having a good exposure to my English communication, so I was always struggling to get a— find a good job. It was 2017. Finally, I landed a good job, but salary was ₹10,000 only. And do you know what is the city? City like Delhi. Now just imagine, in a city like Delhi, I was getting ₹10,000 salary. So I wanted to increase my income, so I wanted to learn some skill. So I started learning digital marketing. I would pay ₹7,000 EMI Out of that ₹10,000 to learn skills so that I can increase my income. It was a lot of challenges for me, but somehow I could manage it. 2 years went down. One day, 2017, I got a call from my home that my parents met with a horrible accident. And being an elder son, I could not go to meet them immediately because I could not afford a flight ticket. And that was a wake-up call for me. Sagar, what are you doing over here? And that's where I started searching about how to make some extra income. I would go to CP Delhi to practice public speaking so that I can also learn some public speaking skill to increase my income. Somewhere December 2019, I saw one ad and this guy is talking about Freedom Business Model. You know who, right? I says, wow, this is the best opportunity. I can grab it now. I attended the webinar. I was feeling good, lot of value, but I did not buy. I met again in SuccessGyan event, Digital Master Conference. I met Sid. I took this picture so that I can showcase in HOF interview. Still didn't join. Still did not join. I was asking sis, how I can build online business? She suggested, come inside ILH, I'll help you out. But I had a doubt. Oh, I don't have a good English speaking skill. I don't have anything to sell online. How I can become coach? How many of you here, you doubted yourself before joining sis? Attended a lot of webinars, sis, right? Similar like that. Still I didn't join. It was March 2020. Immediately after 15 days of this, COVID happened. And I would— I got one email from my HR that your salary will be half from the month of April because, because of COVID And guess what? I wanted to do something. And this was a do-or-die situation for me. I wanted to start something. So I started something called affiliate marketing side hustle. And you can see the picture of the frustration, 9 to 9 work. And after that, till 1 AM in the night, I used to do affiliate marketing to make some money, extra money. I was struggling with leads, how to generate leads. I don't want to Spend money on ads. So I was struggling a lot to generate leads. I can feel all those who are getting started online, but you don't know how to get leads. And finally, I was promoting one product that is Russell Brunson ClickFunnels. And while I was studying that product, and I saw this powerful book called Expert Secrets, and where this line moved me a lot. If you do Facebook Live every single day before go to bed each night, and if you publish every single day for a year, and you're— you will never have worried about money problem again. And this hit really hard inside me, and I wanted to start something. It took 4 months to post my first video. Because of that, okay, somebody will taste something. And in this video, for the first one and a half minute, I was completely blank. What word to start? How many of you can relate to it? You have a resistance to put the first video. Maybe you have gone through that journey.

But it was August 2020. Where I decided to go all in. I had to take this challenge for myself that I would post every single day, no matter what. There was a time my brother got COVID. Still, I did it from hospital. My my best friend was having wedding. My all friends were. सेइंग पागल हो गया क्या? क्या कंटेंट क्या डाल रहा है फेसबुक लाइफ? ऐसे कुछ नहीं होने वाला। जाके जॉब कर। But I I just knew one thing. Nobody in this world is going to pay your bills and feed your family. You got to stand for yourself. And I started I completed this journey and I learned this one big lesson that consistency beats talent. I started making some money. People started trusting me while I was being consistent. People used to come and directly buy without even thinking because they saw me like a consistency. And I started making some money from affiliate marketing. Now affiliate marketing, I was— I started making pro— uh, on 2021 January, I started making $1,000 a month. That was ₹77,000 in a month. Now just imagine, ₹10,000 to ₹77,000 was a huge jump, isn't it? Also got top 20 in the world in ClickFunnels affiliate contest. Huge win, right? But is money everything? Tony Robbins says success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure. I was selling the product, people are resonating with it, but they were not sticking to me. They were buying and moving away, buying and moving away. No community is being built over there. And I knew one person who built community, and that's where I joined Sid after one half years. I saw what common between my mom and Sid. He always looks each one for pray for each one of us and take care like his family. How many of you feel that? Inside Quantum Group, he used to say, I just prayed for all of you guys. I said, wow, who does that? Who? And like how my mom used to care for our family, and I could see the common relationship between my mom and Sid, so that I could connect with him very closely. Okay, I took Silver membership, and within two two weeks I joined Diamond membership. And with the help of Diamond membership hype calls specifically for all the hype calls happened from pro to a member, I got a lot of inspiration from them, and I started launching my Facebook community with the help of Facebook group. That time I was actively actively what doing a lot of lives from Facebook, and that's how I launched my Facebook group. I also become Hall of Fame within three months. I made three point seven lakhs within three months. So what helped me to reach Hall of Fame? Consistency. Second, taking imperfect action. You might be thinking about okay, I need to first get perfect niche. to get started, right? But I had to, I had to start somewhere. Siddharth was talking, launch your version 1, it will always evolve. So I took imperfect action, I launched it. And third, human connection. You can reach your Hall of Fame with 100 followers also.

you need to just change the mindset of looking at just number to 100 people. That is the mindset that we need to build, to see each follower is a human being behind that. Time to level up my journey. I tried to join Quantum. The first attempt I failed when Siddharth gave an offer in 2021, 2022 January. Somehow it really hit hard that I could not join. I could not message Sid. Okay, I could not join. I booked the deposit and then took the refund back because I could not pay the first EMI. Finally, I could arrange money for joining Quantum at— during the reboot, July 2022. And during my Quantum journey, I was going through one of the tough phases. It was 2023, March, April, and May, where I was struggling a lot. I used to take help from all Quantum members. I used to take from every member possible that how I can take best out of it. And I had one call with Sid. And small tweak that made me first 10 lakh a month organically. So the mistake I was doing, I was not aligned with myself. And another thing that Sid's given me idea about that small tweak in my offer, in my L3 sales, that I was not able to understand the biggest pain of my customer. And I included done-for-you services and that increased my income to 10 lakh a month. That's the first breakthrough I got while having Quantum. I'd like to say thank you to Harmeet. He also worked on me in my inner game to help me to see what is my true potential. And the biggest breakthrough that I got when I attended T T T for the second time. This is where I first time I got chance to do something in front of 300 people in the stage of T T T. Someone introvert, not able to speak, and I could get this opportunity is a big win for me. The biggest reason I attended second time because. I was not showing up in the practice session. Second time when I attended, I would miss every lunch break just to make sure that I should attend all practice sessions by Thaddeus. And that made me to get into the Break Opener, and that made me realize the power of show up. Let me tell you the quick, powerful, big learning from show up. Your presence is your superpower. Show up and the world will notice. 4 types of show up. How you can show off in your game, in your coaching business. First, show up every call that mentors is doing. That is the first mantra of success. That's where you grow your skill and you grow what path to follow. Second, show up on your social media. That will help you to grow your audience, to build your trust. That is what helped me to get my first breakthrough. Third, show up on your webinar, your workshop, whatever you are doing. Even if there is 5 people, still show up because you will grow, your presentation skill will grow, and your sales will grow. Last but not the least, show up your community for your hackathon, for your healththon, whatever thon that you are doing. I implemented. I implemented this concept in my community, doing helping my members to do that every civic action then and there that helped me to get thirty percent recommendation from my existing community. So make sure you make people walk, not just give gyan. And that helped me to reach 1.4 crore in organic sales. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Rahat. She's here. even if she has a funnel, but she put a lot of effort for it. Before I complete, I would like to share another story. During Quantum Retreat, Siddharth given that hybrid concept, the Build Universe that he has shared today, right? The last one, the 10th one. What is that hybrid, right? I was doubting myself. You want to do live retreat? How many of you have felt some kind of a little voice when she's asked to do live retreat? Oh, you don't have so much of people like 50, 100. I have only 300 people. I was having only 350 members in my community. I was having just one intention. Can I do it for only 10 people? And that mindset Shifted, and I had no experience in offline or offline training. And I sought help from every ILH member, and the people who helped me from are all from the ILH family itself. So you need to ask help. People are there to help you. You need to ask. Ask you shall receive, right? And I beat MC, beat event manager. Nobody was having any experience. Everybody did it like it is for their event, and we did it our first community event at Puri. And do you know I had only intention to do 10 people, and there were 50 people in that room from 11 states of India. So the big lesson from here is imperfection is, imperfection is the new perfection. You are already perfect if you take imperfect action. Finally, my mom saw me on stage, and all all my family was really proud to see me on stage. They never seen me in something like this, and I being a shy introvert guy from Odisha can do it.
