From Memory Training to Scalable Income | The Coaching Model That Works

How to improve my business? How to acquire more students? How to generate more revenue? That time I started my online coaching. I didn't know where to start, what to start, how to build. That is where I joined Siddharth Rajsekar's community. It was struggle. In 2020 May, I started this journey and in first webinar I got zero sale. Within just 10 months I reached over there, Karor Club, because I started following the process.

If you have a strong mind, they say, then you plant in it this firm resolve, then you can actually go right ahead and change your entire destiny. How many of you believe that? Yeah, absolutely, you should, because all of you are are living proof of a firm mind, and you've actually gone ahead and planted that firm resolve, and that is why you're changing the destinies of your families, your own destiny, and thousands and millions that you're impacting. Well, I have somebody here with me who does exactly that. He is somebody who we call a mind performance coach, and what a mover and shaker he is. My God, it's unbelievable. So he's been with ILH family for 3 years now. He's impacted over 45,000 people. He's earned— you have to clap for this— he's earned a whopping 6 crores from the time that he has been with the ILH family. That is huge. And he says his top 3 accomplishments are: he is the coach of Indian memory sports, he has received the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award for Excellence, another one, yes! Truly deserves it. And he has an honorary doctorate in memory management strategy. Wow! Don't we all value our memories a lot? But it's not about those memories that we create with family, it's about our own memory. Ya rehta hai, chabi kahara ki, ye kahara ka, vo kahara ka. We all forget that, but he allows us to work on our mind, which is the most powerful tool on the face of this planet. Agree with me? Give it! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Good evening, ILH. Good evening. Amazing, amazing. You are all coaches, trainers. You are building a community, and also many students are joining your community. Let me ask one simple question. What is the average course completion rate in your community? So what is the average completion rate in your community? Is it 100%? Is it 80%? Is it 60%? Is it 44%? Based on my research, industry standard is 30 to 40%, but in my project, Brain Accelerator Masterclass, it is 95%. How many of you want to know this secret? What exactly we are doing? In our Brain Accelerator community. Let me share my quick journey and also some tips and tricks what exactly we are doing. Because of that, people, they're able to complete 95%. Some of my slides are moving. Next. Okay, before that, before that, let me quickly share my journey in this ILH. I started this journey way back in 2016. Before that, I was working in a software company. As a software engineer. I spent more than 16 years in the software industry. One fine day I decided, okay, let me quit my job and do something in my life. Then I got some inspiration to start coaching and training business. So I decided to quit. Lot of, lot of negativity from many people, including my family member, but I took calculated risk. One fine day I resigned, I started coaching and training, especially children coaching and training, teenager between 5th standard to 12th standard. Amazing journey. Initially I got a lot of opportunity. I coached more than 5,000 people in just 2 years. And also I got an opportunity to work with— there is a competition called Memory Championship. How many of you know here Memory Championship? Oh, a few of you. Great, super. It is similar to chess, similar to any other mind game. And I got an amazing opportunity to work with them, not only just in Indian team, not only national team, even international team. It's an international game, more than 30 countries normally participate. And here are the pictures. And I got a great opportunity to represent India at international level, at China and at Hong Kong, and also national level. And— And in 2017 and '18, Team India stood 4th place competing 20 countries. We got amazing appreciation throughout India. Not only small, even with our Vice President of India, our Venkayanaidu invited all our memory athletes to President's House. And this is one of my magical moment for me. Proud moment for me to get appreciation and honored by Vice President. That's where I started my journey. And based on my contribution, I got few awards. The first one, prestigious award, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award from former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Governor of Tamil Nadu, and Dr. Rosiah. Then I got Memory Management Award from Union Minister, and also I got honorary doctorate. That's what I'm using the word Dr. Manjunath. Everything went well, but only problem I faced during that time, how to improve my business, how to acquire more students, how to generate more revenue. That time I started my online coaching. Initially it was struggle. I didn't know where to start, what to start, how to build. That is where I joined Siddharth Rajsekar community. Through my other community, BNI, they got a reference. And initially it took me almost 4 to 6 months to build my business, build my system, basically backend, frontend, all the system. And it was struggle. In 2020 May, I started this journey and in first webinar I got zero sale, second webinar zero, third webinar zero, but sixth one I got a breakthrough. I got a sale. I think how many of you resonate my point? Yes, that's true. And from there my journey started. And within just 10 months, within just 10 months, I could able to reach— here we go— within just 10 months I reached over there, Karor Club, because I started following the process. And one more success story, one more success story. Within 2 and a half years, I reached a little bigger goal. This is what I have achieved in just 2 years, 6 months. Inspiring? Let me share my exact strategy, what I really used here. So that it'll help you to get into that state. Even everybody talking about, if I'm able to do it, definitely you can do it. So here are the few process what I followed really. The first one, some quick comparison between initial stage and currently what I have achieved. Initially I started with software professional and now people usually call leading speed reading and memory coach. And initially I used to get 6-figure salary. Now I'm getting 8-figure revenue and small impact I've reached throughout India. And earlier I used to work with only 50 people. Now I have reached more than 45,000. 45,000 people attended my session. And it's one of the amazing journey and trusted by 45,000 professionals especially. And these are like few pictures. And normally earlier I started with only 30 people, now 500 to 1,000 people, they join my session every week. And I got amazing feedback from everyone, 4.9 rating, more than 2,500 people rated this program. So I normally called Read for Success. Now let me quickly share what exactly I followed How did I reach once a year— in a year, not year, within 10 months? These are the few steps. The first one, simply follow the process. Even all the presenters, they keep talking about simply follow the process. Don't use your brain. Even I'm a brain coach, I stopped using my brain. I started following the process. Second point, continuous learning is the key. Continuous learning is the key. Because as a memory coach, as a speed reading coach, I started reading a lot of books, lot of books, lot of sessions, lot of webinar, lot of training. Even I joined Quantum. I was in the first batch. That's what the continuous learning. The next point is conviction in your coaching. Very, very, very critical element. Conviction in your coaching. The next point, I really liked it. If somebody paid ₹1,000, Try to give ₹2,000 value. How many of you agree in my point? That's all the magic. That's all the magic. So that's what I started doing. 2x to 3x value I started giving in my Level Zero program. When people join my program, always they come back and say that we got amazing result. Even we got 3 to 4 times value. That's what I started creating. Then finally, all of you please read, please read, please read. Yes, that's all. Massive action. That's what I started taking, the massive action. Because of these 5 points, I could easily reach 1 CR in just 10 months. This is what my journey. Now let me move to my magical zone. How you can achieve 95% completion rate. How many of you are interested? Oh, oh wow, look at, look at each other, look at each other. So many of you. Let me share. What magic we are doing. Just go back to our childhood experience. Every child likes games, right? Maybe Angry Birds, Temple Run. How many of you like Temple Run, Angry Birds? Yes? Every child, at least one or two games. Second one, children always like to play in a group, not individually. Same process bring here. Put them into a group, community learning, and do some kind of a gamification. That's what I started doing. My project usually called connection-based learning. It's a community learning, CBL. So put them into a group and ask them to practice, not individual practice, in a group setup. So normally we create, there is an accountability group. I put them into 6 to 8 batch group early morning. 5:30 AM, everybody has to get up and practice. It is mandatory to get up and practice. That is the second step we follow. And third point, gamification. We did APG. There are three processes we did. First one, we track based on attendance, make sure that they need to attend every day. Second one, progress, progress, progress. Every day they need to show the result. Before that Let me quickly share what exactly we are doing. So normally, if I ask people to read one book, do you know how many days normally you take to read one book? Any book. Think and Grow Rich, Rich Dad and Poor Dad. How many days you take? One month, two months, three months? Our process here is within one week everybody has to finish. That is the game we are playing. 52 weeks, 52 books. Just think about it. One good book equal to one master's degree. One good book. Even if you pick up Siddharth Rajsekar book, you can coach it. So one master's degree. If you read 52 books, just imagine. That's what we are creating. And people read at least 52 books every year. And that's what the first one, attendance. Normally we do it. I normally put them into 21 days challenge. Every day they need to get up and practice. Second one, continuous practice. Third one, they need to measure their final goal. Initially we test their reading speed. Finally, we show them at least 3 to 4x faster and they finish 4 books in just 21 days. This is what we did, the gamification. And because we are tracking attendance, everybody by default wake up and practice. Finally, rewards and recognition. How many of you like rewards? How many of you would like recognition? Yes, everyone, everyone. So this is what we did actually. So in a group-wise, people compete each other, group will compete each other. So because of that, everybody attend every day. Even if you one person miss any session, what will happen? Their team, they lose the marks. Because of that commitment, everybody get up, they support each other, they learn each other, they grow each other. And finally, we recognize with a special cup, Achievers Cup, special certificate. And finally, important thing, look at this important one, magical one. Wow, sorry. Yes, all of you look at this. This is one more important magical process we adopted called Mega Challenge because end of the session, we need to show some transformation, some transformation. When you show them some transformation, they will feel themselves, okay, out of the world. Normally we show them what is that Mega Challenge. I mentioned that initially we start with how to read one book a week. In the last day, I show them how to read one book in one sitting, 1 hour 30 minutes. How many of you want to experience that? That's what I show them in a Mega Challenge. Later on, they feel that they have done an amazing job in their own experience. They feel that, okay, this is like an unstoppable journey. Because of that, I'm able to get 95% completion rate. Very powerful process, connection-based learning, and people are enjoying. With that, finally, I just wanted to convey a quick message. Here are the messages. Continuous learning is the key. Continuous learning. Second point, consistency wins the game. Consistency wins the game. Final one, systematize your process. Then also bring your childhood experience. Childhood experience, group learning, combined studies, add some kind of a masala with a gamification. That's all the magic. That's what we adopted and we are getting even not 95%, 99%. So that's what we are doing. With that, I hope you got some value. Thank you so much for listening. Wish you all the best.
