If you want to build trust online, don't start by saying how great you are. First, begin with telling your story. Make a list of all the moments in your life where you've learned critical lessons, insights that can help another person. I actually did that. I wrote a— made a list of all the stories, right from when I failed my 12th. The next story was when I lost my job. Make a list of those stories and start sharing those stories, because the best way to build trust is to make others relate with your journey. Because as you're telling your story, others will relate with you. And then what happens is then you start sharing other things that you have learned through that journey and start helping people build their skills.
