How Riddhi Made More Than ₹2.5 CRORE Coaching Mothers Online (Step-by-Step)

In 2020, Siddharth Rajsekar's Freedom Business Model combined with my willingness to help mothers inspired me to start a digital school for mothers. However, being inspired and actually doing the work are two completely different things. In the beginning, everything was a resistance for me. I could not make videos. I was not able to record courses. I was very scared to sell. I was so scared to call people on Instagram. To do Instagram Lives, and also to be on the stage. If you have been blessed with the right mentor, and if you have the right intention, it is your duty to honor both these gifts. And the only way to honor these gifts is to take action. And this is how I made ₹65 lakhs in the last 4 months, and approximately ₹2.5 crores in revenue in the last 18 months of launching myself as a digital coach for mothers.

You know, they say the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world. Yes, of course, we have our mothers there, but I'd love to say that in today's day and age, there are hands that are rocking the cradle. Our parents are picking up that responsibility responsibility, the father and the mother are picking up that responsibility of bringing in, bringing up better kids or raising a lot more conscientious kids. And I think kudos to so many people who are doing this, but kudos to this one person I'm talking about who's doing this day in and day out. She's helping parents, she's helping mothers more than, you know, the complete set, but when you change the woman, you change the entire home. Right? So she's actually helping those women become super confident, really, really courageous as well as creative. That's what she's focused on. She's been in iLedge for 3 years now. She's impacted 600,000 lives. Woo! Give it up nice and loud. Just 3 years, 600,000 lives. That's not a joke at all. And I must tell you, she's earned 2.3 crores in just about 18 months in this business. Give it up nice and loud. Come on, folks. It's not just a number on the wall, it's hard work. And it's also, of course, a lot of manifestation, and she's super good at it. Well, she was selected— these are some things that she's super proud about— that she was selected as one of the 5 Indians to be— rather, by University of Cambridge in 2011 in her first ever business. And then she did more than 5 ₹5 crores of business in sales in the very first year, and that was like a massive accomplishment. She was awarded the bestseller for her category by Flipkart as well as Snapdeal in 2014. And then a massive accomplishment again has been that she has recorded over 2,000 videos for social media. That's massive. Come on, let's give her a big round of applause. You know, when you see this woman around with her phone, you will realize why I'm saying this next thing. She has about 400 albums on FB, and I think collectively she has over 1 lakh pictures. Whoa, yeah, whoa. I think one of her most amazing superpowers is that she has that calming energy, and you'll feel that when I get her up here on stage. Honestly, as I stand here and I speak with you, it all seems like a dream. A few years back, I did not know about this world. And today I'm here to share with you my journey as a parenting coach in just 5 simple steps. I hope that these ideas will help you grow in your topic and help you to inspire millions of people who are waiting for you. In 2020, Siddharth Rajsekar's Freedom Business Model combined with my willingness to help mothers inspired me to start a digital school for mothers. However, being inspired and actually doing the work are two completely different things. So when I decided to be a digital coach for mothers, I sat down to make a list of all the things that I would be needing on this journey. It was a long list, but I'm going to share with you the top 3 things that featured on my list. First, a calm and creative mind. I prepared myself by removing and reducing distractions like social media, Netflix, social events, and parties. We all know what's coming in the way for us. It's different for each one of us. It is important that we create free mental space so that we can think creatively. Next was a heart that wants to serve. Now I feel this is not something that we can create, create, but going to the right mentor, you can actually switch your intention to the right intention. So every day when I pray and meditate, all that I ask for is to use me for something bigger and better. Because when you're doing anything for the right reason, the results will always be good. Next is embracing the new me and learning to say no. I barely used the laptop, and I was a wife, a mother, a fashion enthusiast, and my days looked like going to the fashion store, reading lots of books, and chilling with my family. Today it's very different. My life runs with a laptop, training and coaching my tribe. This change can be very challenging, both for us and our families. All the time on the laptop, creating content, delivering webinars. They've never heard of this world before. In the beginning, it might all seem like a time-pass hobby to them. But I've realized one thing, that you cannot explain anything to anybody. Just quietly do the work and let your work talk for you. Having said that, I feel that sometimes our families stop us, not because they don't want to see us grow, but because they want us to live in comfort. They do not want us to struggle. But the choice is yours. Do you wish to grow or do you want to live in comfort? If you wish to grow, then make sure that you start to embrace the new you. Because if you do not embrace the new version of yourself, it will be very difficult for you to say no to a lot of things. And understand, we are always saying no to something. The choice is yours. What do you want to say no to? Let me move, yeah. Overcoming resistances. Now, facing resistances is very challenging, but not facing them is even more challenging. Today, you want to be a coach, but you don't want to record videos. So today you're sad because you cannot record videos, But tomorrow you'll feel sad when you have to let go of your dream of becoming a coach. So there will always be a challenge. You choose what you want your challenge to be. In the beginning, everything was a resistance for me. I could not make videos, I was not able to record courses, I was very scared to sell, I was so scared to call people on Instagram, to do Instagram Lives, and also to be on the stage. But then I decided that I'm going to do every single thing on my list. Because God has not spent so much effort and energy creating us so that we can remain stuck. And all of us have been created with a purpose. And not just created, all of us have been unified by a mentor. So our first mission should be to overcome the resistances, because if you do not make this your first mission, your actual mission will only remain a fantasy. Next, the power is in action. Having the right intention is step one. Being blessed with the right mentor is step 2. Taking action is step 3, and this is the most important step. Because if you have been blessed with the right mentor and if you have the right intention, it is your duty to honor both these gifts. And the only way to honor these gifts is to take action. And when we take action, it's not going to be a smooth ride. Be prepared for the peaks and the valleys. It's going to be a Wavy ride. February 2023 was a very challenging month for me. My ad account got disabled, my webinar conversions were poor. I started doubting myself. I could not sleep, and everything was so, so challenging. And here's what I did. I took a break. I stopped doing everything. I spent time reading, spent a lot of time with my family. And I also gave myself the time to come back to the right state. And just next month, March 2023, I was able to clock a revenue of ₹25 lakhs with the ad spend of just ₹2 lakhs without changing anything. The only thing that changed was my energy. And every single time Now that I face a challenge, I allow myself to feel disappointed for some time, and then I quickly pick myself up and ask myself, "What could I have done differently?" And I've started to realize that every bad day is God's way of sending me the gift of a new idea, because every time I've faced a challenge, I've been able to improve my systems and processes and connect with the right people. Also, it is very important that you have a strong why, because if you do not have a strong why behind what you're doing, you will not be able to survive the valley part of the wave, and you will always have a tendency to quit even though you're meant to do something really big. And then the last is to focus on getting ready and not receiving. This is one thing that has really helped me enjoy what I do. Let me explain this to you with the help of an example. Imagine you're a parent and your 5-year-old comes to you and asks you for a mobile phone. I'm sure you would not give your child a mobile. You would say no, you would resist. All of us can afford a mobile phone, but why do we resist? We resist because we want to protect our child. Just like that, if you are working very hard and you are not seeing the results yet, it does not mean that you do not deserve it. All it means is that God is waiting for you to get ready. God is not punishing you, but God is protecting you. So focus on getting ready and the receiving will happen on its own. And this is how I made ₹65 lakhs in the last 4 months and approximately ₹2.5 crores in revenue in the last 18 months of launching myself as a digital coach for mothers. These are numbers that I'm very grateful for, but what I'm most grateful for is the journey. Being mentored by all of these amazing people that you see, building a tribe of 3,000+ mothers from across the world, talking to parenting experts that I'd only seen in books, building influence on Instagram, starting my own digital school called Easy Parenting Hub, Having more than 1,300 success stories recorded on Trustpilot. This is something I'm very proud of. Did corporate workshops for some of the top corporates. Alia Bhatt and Sohail Khan invited me for a talk on parenting. I was invited— I was invited Invited as a speaker for some of the international parenting summits, got a chance to be on the top 10 for super speaker. I was invited by Indian Idol for creating impact in the lives of mothers from my house. Yes, last, last year this— I got the 1 crore champion award. Very recently in the month of July, my digital school and my contribution in the parenting space was recognized by Times of India, and this Some more media coverage, and I've partnered with over 300 and— 300+ brands over the last 8 years of me being in the parenting space. And most importantly, I've been able to do all of this in just the last 2 and a half years. Spending time with my family, seeing my son grow, and it's just been a fantastic journey. And before—
