A short YouTube monologue by Siddharth Rajsekar outlining a five-part checklist to convert passion into profit: (1) genuine Passion for the activity, (2) the Passion must solve a Problem (not merely a hobby), (3) target a precise Persona/niche (example: post-pregnancy weight loss specialist), (4) assess market Potential (search demand/trends), and (5) confirm Payment — people must be willing to pay and you must be able to sell. The video frames these five P's as the clarity required before starting a business hustle.

You really need to be passionate about what you do. Because if you don't love what you do after some time, you'll get bored. When many people, they just pick a topic or they want to start a business on something because it's a trending thing and then they start it and after two, three years they fizzle out. Second is your passion should solve one of these problems. Because if your passion does not solve a problem, it is a hobby. Third P is Persona. Your passion should solve a problem for a very targeted Persona. For example, I can say I am a post pregnancy weight loss specialist and I help women get back into shape. Now that is very precise because even the Persona or the target market I'm targeting is very clear. The fourth P is potential. Is there a potential in the market for that particular topic? Is there a riding trend in that topic? Are more people looking for that? Because if people are not looking for that solution or that they're not really searching so much, you're not going to get a big response on that. And the fifth P is payment. Are people willing to pay you? Are you able to build the skill of selling one to one and one to many? So when your passion solves a problem targeting a particular Persona, where there's a potential in the market and you can get paid for that, that's the level of clarity that is required for you to start the hustle.
