Oh baby, baby, how was I supposed to know that something wasn't right here? Show me how you wanted to be. Tell me, baby, 'cause I need to know. "Ooh." I was 17 years old when I heard this song by Britney Spears for the very first time, and it hit me right here. That's when I knew I wanted to be a singer. I wanted to stand on a stage in front of thousands of people. I want to be a pop star. But you know, growing up, I was an extremely insecure girl. I grew up being bullied. You know, well-meaning relatives say things like, "Features hai che, par toh di gori hoti toh aur acha hota." You know, you might have heard them. Yes, how many of you have heard things like that from well-meaning relatives? People would say, "Tere bala ji bhai, tu sukri hai, tere daat hai se." And as a young girl, when you sort of just listen to things like this, you absorb that energy, and I kind of put it into my system, and I felt— I want to say bad, low. I would want to hide. I would feel like I wasn't enough. And just picture this: a girl who felt ugly, me every single time she looked into the mirror wanted to be a pop star. That sounds crazy, right? But when you have a dream and you vociferously protect it, fiercely guard it, some kind of magic happens in your life. At the age of 23, I was on national television. Thank you. I won a music reality show. I was featured on several other shows, like, you know, Sunsil Gang of Girls, MTV, Colors, Sony TV. I was really fortunate to work with incredible people, travel to 30+ countries around the world, headlining 2,000+ concerts. You know, in my 20s, I was making crores. On paper, it looked like I was living the life of a rock star. Internally, though, there was always something in me that was missing. And I told myself, "I will be happy when I buy my first house in Mumbai." At the age of 24, I bought my first house. I was happy for a while, and like, you know, the feeling just dipped. I will be happy when I buy my first car. I will be happy if I do this project, work with these kind of people. Like I was always chasing something, and you know, the finish line would just get further and further and further away. In the year 2016, it all came crashing down. Everybody in Bollywood was like, you know, starting restaurants, and I jumped into the bandwagon. So together with my husband and my brother, we started The Hood. Literally built it up brick by brick, chose the upholstery, designed the menu, the lights, and, you know, again, felt like, "Oh, we've arrived in life." Two years later, overnight, We shut shop. We were 2.5 crores in debt. We were broke. To pay off some of the dues, I sold off that big first house in Mumbai that I was oh so proud of. It wasn't enough. The loan sharks would come calling. And anyone who's ever had any experience with them know that they're not the nicest people. They say mean, cruel things. They want to make you feel really small. In that moment, I actually not just felt like a failure, I was afraid, afraid of going to jail, afraid that I was going to lose this roof over our head. And so I took all of my wedding jewelry, gave it to my husband. I had this beautiful chunky big rock on my finger, our wedding ring. I took that off, gave it to him, and I said, "Just sell it. Be done with this." Our marriage was on the precipice of divorce because I was always lashing out, not just at him, but all the people that I love, saying cruel things, mean things. I wasn't a really nice person. I would wake up and not want to get out of bed. I would cry myself to sleep on most nights. That was literally the lowest point of my life. Now, I didn't know this then, but when you're going through darkness like that, or when you're going through a really challenging time, that is the universe preparing you for some kind of magic to enter into your life. In the year— In the year 2022, I became a mother. Holding my child, Kyan, in my arms, for the first time, I told myself, "Dude, I wanna do better." I want to be better for him. And when you sort of, like, quieten all of the noise of the ego, the voice of the soul, the voice of God starts speaking to you. I found myself learning, investing in courses, learning from incredible teachers, mentors like Marisa Peer, Michael Beckwith, Tony Robbins, Robin Sharma. And in the year 2023, I was crowned Super Speaker Season 2 runner-up. That was me getting ready. And when the student is ready, the master appears. I had never ever ever before attended a webinar, but I found myself in a webinar room for the very first time, listening to this sage-like voice. And in my life, like in all of the chaos in my mind, for the first time, I felt a grounding, a presence. A calling. In 2023, I joined this beautiful family, ILH. I changed my niche like multiple times. 2024, I finally launched my funnel, my community called Rockstars Hub, where I help people heal their voice, transform their confidence, their energy, their personality, all through the power of music. And in 2025, I entered Hall of Fame. Now, believe me when I say that this wasn't some kind of a fairy tale transformation. I started my community, you know, we added a few numbers, 25, 30-odd students. My father-in-law passed away. I stopped. I was still nurturing my students, but I wasn't adding anyone else. Took a really long break, restarted again, and the very first webinar that I did, zero attendance. The second webinar, and this is not webinar mode, this is Zoom meeting mode where you can see thumbnails of all of those people, there are 3 people in the room, pop, one disappears, push, the second one goes away, push, the third one, and I ended up completing the webinar to an empty room. I shut my laptop, I went to my bedroom, and I'm howling, like I'm crying, I'm bawling myself to sleep, asking myself, like, "Am I so horrible? Am I so bad that people can't even, like, listen to what I have to say?" I felt like such, such a failure. Now, I want to ask you all, how many of you have ever experienced a moment like that? Can I see a show of hands, please? Thank you. A moment where things feel so difficult, a moment where it is such a challenge, a moment where you feel like, you know, this can be for somebody else, but it is not for me, and you question yourself, you doubt yourself, and you go through all of that really difficult, you know, wanting to do it but feeling like you're not enough. That's exactly what I was going through in that moment. Now, I had a choice. I could have, you know, just cribbed, complained, gone back to being in that dark place, that really morose place in my life, or I could have chosen to persist. And that's exactly what I did in that moment, and that one decision to persist changed the trajectory and the course of my life. I met Siddharth Rajsekar at TTT. And you know, there's this line that they say, "One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind." One conversation with Siddharth Rajsekar is exactly like that. Like one small tweak to our funnel and one giant leap for our kind. I joined Quantum in November. And there has not been— like, there's not been a phase in my life where I feel like I've been so centered with that energy because incredible things have happened. A couple of months back, I got this email saying that, "Yay!
I'm a 1 crore champion!" And I'm literally—
this was my reaction. I'm hop-skipping, doing like a little twirl. I was so ecstatic because this felt like blessed money. It felt so powerful, so impactful, so, so, so, so precious. So here's something that, you know, I want to just share some statistics. From zero attendance webinars to having 1,000 students plus in my community today.
From—
Thank you. From selling my house, my wedding ring, my jewelry to reaching the Hall of Fame, from being 2.5 crores in debt to now being a part of the crore club, feeling unheard, invisible, feeling like I wasn't enough, feeling like I wasn't worthy, always doubting my own talent, my own potential, how I'm showing up in the world to now helping thousands find their voice, find their presence, find their power, and take that voice, monetize their talent, and take it to the world, it's been the most amazing, incredible journey. So if there are 3 lessons that I want to just distill from my own experience, my, you know, how I've sort of the trajectory of where I've gone through, the 3 lessons would be this. Lesson number 1: You are the business. Our inner world is not a set of random thoughts. It actually has a purpose. It determines how are we showing up in the world. It determines the results that we get. It determines the success that we have. It determines the permission that we're giving ourselves to dream big, to exist fully, completely, wholly. So when, you know, all of our teachers, our masters say meditation, affirmations, journaling, it's not just woo-woo. Like, these things really, really determine all of what we are accomplishing in life today. I know we are all coaches in the room. A lot of you are probably already doing it, but I just want this to be a reminder reminder that in case some of you are probably not as invested, can we just bring all of that energy back to ourselves and honor our inner world? Because it leads to massive, massive outer results. My biggest lesson in my journey has been the day I show up, the day I do all of those practices, I'm a much better-centered, incredible person. Like, I just feel like I'm vibrating at really high energy. Lesson number 2, persist where others quit. When we are starting off, everything seems quite daunting or quite challenging. You know, acha, we have to create our course, we have to create our funnel, run our ads, we have to figure out how our L1 is structured, L3 is structured, automation. And when I was starting out, it felt like, "This is too much. This is a lot to do." The mistake that I was making was I was comparing my chapter number 2 to someone else's chapter number 20. So, all we need to do is take baby steps, one step at a time, just take one thing and sort of figure out the pieces. And when you walk like small little steps, at the end of 365 days, All of that has a massive compounding effect, and that really worked for me. So that's, I think, something that we all can implement no matter where we are in our journey. And number 3, it is never too late to start over. Everything, the good and the bad, is always aligned in our favor. So, one thing that I did after having a conversation with Siddharth was I promised myself that no matter what, no matter how difficult things get, I'm going to show up. I'm going to do— I promised, I made this commitment to myself that, "Okay, I'm going to do 2 webinars every single week no matter what." Now, how many of us have ever made a promise to ourselves and kind of broken it? You know, because the most easiest thing in the world is to break a promise that we keep to ourselves. So just that one shift in saying, I'm gonna honor this promise, I commit to myself that I'm going to show up no matter where I am. And I was in different parts of the world, different time zones. I'm a mommy to a 3-year-old boy. Even if I was unwell, even if You know, it was really, really challenging. I would show up, I did those 2 webinars. There were days when, yeah, zero sales, zero people, and it still broke my heart, but I kept showing up. And today, all of the results that have come out in my journey, in my business, have been because I honored that commitment. So we don't need to eat 100 days ka khana in one day. If we just Take it step by step, honor one promise that we make to ourselves. Believe me, next FBR, like Siddharth Rajsekar said, you know, we'll always be scaling up and growing to like the next rung of the ladder, and I think that's pretty awesome, pretty powerful. So I just want to end by saying, Master, thank you for changing my life. Today I am not just a singer, a songwriter. Today I'm a coach. I've been so fortunate to start a community of music lovers from across India and the world. Everything that has happened in my life, the person that I am, the— I want to say that I wasn't a very nice person earlier, and just finding that grounding, finding that steady presence of God and allowing God to operate through me and helping others to find God consciousness has been a beautiful part of my journey. So with your permission, I would love to dedicate one song. It goes like this. Anidha pehla naam bhar, dama dama masti kalantar. Aayelaj pehla naam bhar, dama dama masti kalantar. Siddharth Rajsekar pehla naam bhar, dama dama masti kalantar. All of us, heek naam bhai.
Let's give it up for Ramli Menon!
Come up on stage. Wow!
And thank you, Pratyush Ambli. Come on, let's cheer them once more. Just give some cheers. So I remember the call we had, and the first call was We have a bad news which turned out to be the best news. Pratyush, can you have the microphone?
Yes.
The day, the starting point, and by the way, how many of you could actually see the omega shift in this story? We want to hear your omega shift. What happened in that, on that day?
Hi everyone. Thank you so much for the love. Siddharth, thank you for everything. I'm probably the worst student that he's ever had, never attended any classes. Thank you, Ambili, for being the anchor in our lives. Well up a lot. So please don't mind. I was working. Amelie started Rockstars Hub in 2024. I was there when 0, 3, 2, 1. There's only one thing that I always believed, which I just want to share with everyone. There's always that one person who has to believe in yourself, which is you. No one else. It does not matter if anyone else believes in you or not. There will be people who will say that you're not doing the right thing. This is not going to work, right? Just listen to yourself. If you really think it's going to work, it's going to work. I was working a dead-end job. Hated it, but I was very grateful for the salary that I was getting, and that was the ceiling, right? After all tax deducted and everything, I used to make ₹1.45 lakhs a month, which I thought was my worth, right? I could never break that ceiling, never. I never stopped between jobs. I always jumped from one to the other, one to the other, because I was scared of not getting that SMS at the end of the month. Ah, so what happened in 2024 is layoffs started happening in the company that I was in. Somehow I realized, and I don't know how, but you might call it divine intervention, you might call it whatever, I knew that I was going to get laid off in one year. And that is when I said, I'm not going to fall back without a plan. October, just before Diwali, my boss calls me up. So my boss had put in his papers and I was traveling from Goregaon to Powai in Mumbai to take his laptop and his data. By the time I reach, he reached the coffee house and he did not have any laptop and all that. He said, "Buddy, I got bad news." I said, "What?" He said, "Today is your last day." The world did not stop. I looked at him and I said, "What?" He said, "Today, 6 PM is your last working hour." And the first reaction that I had was, "Thank God, man!" Right? There were 4 rounds of layoffs. Playoffs and the universe, God, Allah, Jesus, whoever you believe in. I personally love Shiva and I think, I don't know why, but he just keeps on popping up. He gave me 4 chances, 4 chances till I needed the kick. I got laid off in 4 hours. I was so happy, I started laughing. My boss thought I lost it. He's actually asked me, beta, tu thi kya na beta? Betta? I said, "Thank you so much for this news." I came home and I told her, "I'm going to take one month off. I'm not going to do anything. I am just going to focus on myself." We traveled the whole of Kerala. I did not care where the money was going to come in from because at that point of time, I had nothing to lose and I had no upper ceiling of ₹1.45 lakhs. At that point of time, I knew that I could make any amount of money I wanted, any amount. And Ambili forgot this part of the story where she went howling, crying from those 3 people who popped out. She was crying and she was like, I'm worthless, I don't know what I'm gonna do. Yes, you know this. I called up all 3 of them and I got one sale. I got one sale and I came to her and I showed her that SMS of the money getting credited and I said, "It's easy for me to sell because I believe in you." And I have seen, I've heard his story, I've read about Siddharth Rajsekar. And, you know, I mean, it's amazing what he's done and how he's gotten all of us. And we are just like, I think, 2% of the entire universe that he's building. Okay, with Naland the X, with everything, his vision's beyond. And on that call, I actually told Siddharth, Siddharth, thank God I got laid off. I'm the first person who probably loved the fact that I got laid off. And I'm like, now I told her, I'm all yours.
Yes.
Tell me what to do and I'll get it done. And I told Siddharth Rajsekar, this is the best day of my life. Thank you for being there, because it was because of him that I knew that I could do whatever I wanted to do. So thank you very much. I love you guys and all the good wishes and all the good juju that I can ever give you. Believe in yourself, never doubt yourself. You will fall, rise up, fall again, rise up, fall again, rise up, fall again. That's how the sun sets and rises every time, right? Thank you so much. Thank you.
Thank you so much. Once again, round of applause and let's take a picture together.
This way?
Okay. You can come to the top. We do it this way.
