Ask yourself, why do you want to do your business? If your answer is very shallow, yeah, I want to make money. I want to get some profits. I'm going to tell you that after some time, you'll realize that there is something beyond money and profits. Let me tell you that money and profits are only the byproduct of delivering exceptional service. So the first step is analyze your core, analyze your reason why. And if you feel that some of your reason why is still shallow, ask yourself, what are you afraid of? From where have you got these influences? Maybe it could be when you are growing up, you do not have much money, so you're having that kind of fear. Maybe somebody cheated you and you also have some kind of a fear where you're not taking that next step of service and you're protecting yourself. Because as humans, we all have the right intentions, but it is our past experiences that create the resistances for us. So the first step is analyze your core, understand your reason why, and understand what are the factors that are blocking you.
