In this short monologue, Siddharth Rajsekar outlines six practical criteria for determining whether a chosen niche is truly the right one. He argues that a genuine niche will keep you awake thinking about it, fuel a relentless desire to learn, align with lived experience, be tied to a larger mission, attract unsolicited questions from others, and satisfy a personal itch. He then reframes the niche as merely a bait to gather a tribe, emphasizing that the ultimate goal is to create a community where members become better human beings, which in turn leads to personal success. He invites viewers to comment on which point resonated most.
