In this video, I'm going to show you how you can go from one-to-one coaching to one-to-many community building and build more than 5 different streams of income for yourself as a coach. I've been in this space for more than 8 years and I'm going to break it down simple in a step-by-step way. And this video I'm going to be covering first, uh, things about what is the power of community, what are the 5 different income streams, and then I'll be giving you a 7-step strategy which you can implement at the end of this. Okay. And at the end, I'm going to give you a special gift if you stay right till the end of the video, and that gift is going to literally blow your mind away. Okay, those of you do not know who I am, my name is Siddharth Rajsekar. I've been running a community for many years, more than 8 years. We have more than 50,000 coaches, teachers, experts, consultants, trainers, authors, speakers, and community builders, and many people who came in with a one-to-one coaching model, and I've been able to help them scale from one-to-one to one-to-many. Okay, and the method is actually quite simple because At my core, I'm a community builder. I've done a lot of one-to-one coaching. I've done more than 2,000 one-to-ones with coaches over the years. Even now I do one-to-ones, but my whole approach is to have multiple income streams and not just depend on one income stream. And that's why this video is important and I want you to watch it till the end. Okay. First, let's understand what is the power of community. So when you look at community, it gives you a sense of belonging. You know why community versus maybe the client model. If you look at the client model is where you are, you're literally like the doctor and you're giving them a medicine to the problem that they're actually experiencing. But a community model is slightly different. I'm not here to just give a solution. I'm here to create a space of belonging where they are progressing and growing on their own. The second thing about communities, you'll have a higher accountability. And number 3 is you can actually build momentum in your revenues if you build the community the right way, because people have been in my community for 3 years, 4 years, 5 years, and they end up buying whatever I'm going to— whatever I'm launching within the community. Which is aligned with what they're looking for. And that creates an amazing customer lifetime value for me where I don't have to just sell to them once. I can keep selling to them again and again and again based on their needs and based on which stage, stage that they are. So let's go into the first income stream. If you truly want to be a successful coach and really build that income stream and, uh, you know, scale as a community, the first income stream are memberships. So I don't sell courses, I basically sell them as memberships. And my model is to basically structure memberships in with this particular mindset. Number one is have some recurring revenues and one-time revenue, recurring revenue that will create better cashflow, uh, have memberships that create better retention and have an ascension model. So I basically have an ascension model where people start from low ticket and go all the way to high ticket. And let me give you an example of this. So for example, I have a level 1 membership into the community at the low ticket price point where it's one time. Okay. Now you can even give recurring on the low ticket if you want. Then I have a premium level, level 2, which is more like premium courses. It's a one-time investment where I don't charge them more than that, but I don't also give my time. Where I'm giving my time, I'm either having it as a recurring revenue or in the case of the one-time membership, they come into our community. They can just get started with a one-time fee. And then I have a level 3, which is my high ticket product, okay? Where it is a recurring revenue. It's an annual subscription where they keep renewing every single year. And then I have a super high ticket mastermind, which is, uh, you know, over $10,000 a year. And that is a recurring revenue. Okay? So like this, I have 4 different ways of memberships that I've structured. And each of these memberships, they operate in a particular way. Okay? So the first income stream for you is to build an ascension model of memberships so that you can get people in at a low ticket and then you can basically progress them to the high ticket based on how serious they are. And I'll tell you, 20% of the people who are at each stage will be ready to upgrade to the next stage. Have the products ready, okay? Don't leave money on the table. Now here's the next part, is you can also charge for premium content. For example, my gold membership is premium content. It can either be advanced courses or frameworks or playbooks, or it could also be something where you can even build a design or build an application or a custom solution. For example, let me show you, when anyone joins the Internet Lifestyle Hub community I have something called Quest. Okay. It's basically a tool where we have something called a freedom meter and it'll tell you like, what is your body of work and what action you got to take. And I basically designed a bunch of tools. So when a new person comes into my community, basically what would take 2 months to do, I get them to do it within 2 hours, right from designing their personal codex, finding their niche, connecting that and finding out what is their coach persona, creating their business plan in terms of the multi-tier structure, whatever I shared, identifying what are their skills and their skill scorecard and what are the skill gaps that they need to build over the next few months. Their Viral Reels challenge or a 90-day Instagram plan and a 1-year YouTube Codex. Like basically what kind of videos they gotta record on YouTube for the next 1 year. Everything is done. And they also get to be a part of hackathons. We have daily rituals. We have like the Freedom Path. They, they can write stories, they can get their recognition, award, certification, leaderboards. Everything is there within the platform. Which I basically custom built for my students. Now this is not just premium content, but it's a premium experience that I give even for the people who are coming in at a low ticket price point so they can get the result really fast. And I have some other advanced applications that I built even for my Quantum members who are my ultimate mastermind level, you know, you know, students. So that brings me to the third one, which is masterminds. The third income stream that you can build for yourself, a mastermind. Now what is a mastermind? Is basically a group of people who innovating together and growing together. And the 3 attributes are: a mastermind should ideally help your students accelerate. So they pay for acceleration, they pay high ticket for acceleration, they pay for the precise strategy, they pay, they pay for proximity. Because I have more than 50,000 members in our community and I can't connect with so many people. So in our Quantum level, we have more than 130 of them right now, and each one of them I'm able to, you know, message them. Their proximity to me, they can message me, I give them the strategy. We have a custom platform and a lot of acceleration elements are there, like weekly momentum calls, monthly I do hot seats with them, accountability sessions, challenge-based calls, and progress reviews on a custom application that I built called Conquest. Okay? So like this, masterminds end up becoming a powerful way for you to work with a small group of people, but that create recurring revenue. So my mastermind is over $10,000 per year and we have 130 of them and who pay on a recurring revenue. I've been doing this since 2022 and you know, it's, Very rare that people leave that mastermind and now people can't join the mastermind because we are, we are full. I can't take more than this. Okay. So masterminds are another income stream and usually people who are just doing one-to-ones, they won't, they don't understand how masterminds really work. Why? Because mastermind building requires a community building mindset. Only then you'll be able to hold a mastermind together. Other people, they'll come, they'll check it out for one year and they'll leave. Retention only happens when you're a true community builder at your heart. Okay. And that's what I'm here to teach you. The other income stream is affiliate income. Like basically have affiliate tools that you can promote and stuff like partnerships, referrals, alignment. And when it comes to partnerships, you can do stuff like this. You can do partner offers, affiliate collaborations, and licensing. So for me, I've partnered with companies like TagBango because they are the platform, technology platform that I'm using. So I recommend a lot of people to them and I make commissions and all the tools that I use, I have multiple income streams when it comes to affiliate and all the tools that I use, I recommend to my students. And as my students are using them, as I'm using them, I make commissions as they're also, you know, you know, using those particular tools and renewing their subscriptions. So affiliate income stream is something that I would highly recommend in case you're not doing it. And then finally, live events and workshops. So I do multiple events in a year. My main events are Freedom Business Retreat that happens in April, and Freedom Champions Retreat that happens in October. And I'll tell you, my students keep coming event after event after event. Okay. So in fact, uh, in Freedom Business Retreat, we had like 800 people and, uh, more than, uh, you know, close to 400 people bought tickets for the next event. Like in one event, they buy tickets to the next event. So for me to fill these events, it's become like, uh, like a compounding effect because I'm building community. So it's unlike other people who would spend so much of time to do all that marketing to fill an event. To fill a room like I do my events in Leela Palace in Chennai. And, uh, you can do the calculation. We do 800 people, 900 people in that room. You can do a calculation. It's going to take a lot of effort to fill a room like that and where people are paying like ₹25,000, ₹30,000 for a ticket. And if I can fill a room with 800 people, how is it even possible? It's because I'm building a community. Okay? So when it comes to community events, you can do a bunch of stuff. You can do experience, uh, events are all about experience, energy, and transformation. Okay. You can do, uh, like things like live workshops, bootcamps, certification programs. Now what I do is more like a retreat. It's not like an offline retreat or outside the city. It's within the city, but it's like 2 days, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. I do, it's like an annual event with awards, city clubs. Uh, and we've also launched city clubs called Nalanda X. Okay. Nalanda X is more like an offline city club where I'm not there, which are driven by the members for the members in the top cities in India. And these live experiences help the members bond and connect with each other and everything else. Okay. So another additional stream for me is live events and workshops and even the club membership. So right now in 2026, I've opened it free, NalandaX, but from 2027, NalandaX is gonna be a paid annual subscription as a separate product for them to be a part of that particular club. So as you can see, uh, if you are smart, you will be thinking of minimum 5 income streams. These are like the broad category income streams, but you can build more sub-income streams along with that. Just think about it. If you're not doing any, any of this stuff, I hope I've opened your mind to a new way of looking at this. Okay, so let's get into the strategy. How do you actually put this into action? Step number 1, and let me close this so that you're able to understand the action steps. Step number 1 is start with one clear problem that you want to solve. Step number 2 is build one clear community promise. Like for me, my promise is to help you digitize and monetize your knowledge and to revive the spirit of Nalanda and to fix our broken education system. So our Whole narrative is absolutely clear. Step number 3 is once you're clear on that, create one structured pathway, just like how I have a very structured pathway in our community where anybody who enters the system, they can progress from being a starter, then go to Freedom Finisher, then go to Hall of Fame, then 1 crore champion, 10 crore champion, 20 crore champion. Okay, so this is the kind of system that I have built for our students. Okay, let me just, uh, yeah. Come back over here. It's a system I've created for our students where I can truly, truly help them get to where they want. Okay. Step number 4 is adding group coaching into the mix. For example, I do hackathons every quarter. I give them awards. We do weekly inner circle calls every single Thursday that I'm answering questions. And in case I'm traveling or I don't, I just want to take a break, I play a recording of the old session and people still attend live and they know it is recorded, The best part is it gives me a lot more freedom if I want to take a break. Number 5 is I've, I've added premium tiers like the Quantum Club membership into our community. So you can add premium tiers after you have done some bit of group coaching so that you understand what they really want. You do polls and surveys. And number 6 is you add events and experience afterwards because I started my community in the year 2018 and I started, I did my first live retreat, Freedom Retreat, only in 2022. Took me 3 years to really build the momentum. And then we filled a room of 550 people for the first retreat that we did. And then build leaders in the community. Don't be the superstar yourself. I have hundreds of leaders in Internal Lifestyle Hub community, even though my staff on my payroll are only 5. Okay? The rest of the members, uh, are my own students who are supporting and helping each other. So I hope you got this. And if you want to put this strategy into action, I want to give you a free gift. It's a gift. I've created a course called the Freedom Business Blueprint. And if you just go to siddharthrajsekar.com/course, Go to this link. You'll be able to get this gift. It's a 7-8 part video course where I help you understand how do you get started? What should be your approach? What are the different kinds of experts? And through that course, I'll be inviting you to my webinar and you can join my webinar and join our community. Okay. So our community is over 50,000 members and I really want to serve you at that level. And I want to help you put this all into action so that you can digitize your knowledge, monetize your knowledge, have freedom. Spend more time with your family and serve more people at scale rather than just getting stuck doing one-to-ones. Okay, so once again, thank you so much. Uh, keep watching out for my future videos, subscribe to this channel if you have not done so yet, and looking forward to seeing you in the next video. I'm going to be sharing with you crisp actionable points like this that will help you make progress really fast. All the best, see you then.
