Siddharth Rajsekar walks through a three-step plan: audit where you lack consistency, design a four-day work week with three top tasks per day in 90-120 minute blocks, and pick a concrete 3-6 month goal to anchor your effort.

In what areas of your life are you not consistent in? That's the first thing. And question it. Do you really want to do those things? Was that coming from your own mind or was that influenced by somebody else? So question those points that you mentioned in that sheet. The second thing I would like you to note down on that sheet of paper is if you had to plan a four day work week, what days of the week would you actually do the work? And what are the top three tasks that you will actually do on those specific days? And each of those tasks you got to chunk out two hours for each 90 minutes to two hours. Like work in chunks of two hours, you can actually get a lot more done than having scattered activities. So write that second step down on that sheet of paper. What is your four day work week structure? How are you going to work in cycles? And the third thing I would like you to note down on the sheet of paper is what is your goal for the next three to six months? What is that big goal you want to achieve? Or it could even be a milestone goal, it could even be a smaller goal. It's not about how big or small the goal is, but what is it that you truly want. Whether it's your income goal, your health goal, a relationship goal, and you'll be amazed at the way consistency will kick in.
