After somebody has bought the product, they experience something called buyer's remorse. That means they feel, oh, I think I did the wrong decision. And usually that happens because the marketing was more flashy than the product. And that's where most people I'm seeing in the coaching industry today. And that's what I want to change. When people come into the Internet lifestyle hub community, I'm starting with their core. I'm helping them build depth in their product first. And of course the technology, the marketing tools will come later. So the other touch point is what is that experience the person is having just before they buy your product? In my case it's a webinar. In your case it could be a one to one call. And when you make them feel comfortable, when you make them give them clarity and when you also unsell to them telling them that hey, please don't buy my product if you're not ready for this. And when you speak the truth, coming from a space of service, because I'm here to serve you, I don't want you to waste your money, I'm here to serve you. And I don't want you to just start this journey and quit this journey after some time. And you give this kind of clarity. The quality of customer who will come into your world will be a committed customer. They'll be willing to do whatever it takes to move forward. And that's the quality of customer we need to aim to bring into our community.
