We Lost Everything. Twice. Then Made ₹2 Crore in 24 Months | Pallavi & Bimal

Pallavi and Bimal went bankrupt twice in their mid-30s and moved into her parents' home. After working with mentors on inner alignment instead of tactics, they rebuilt their business and hit ₹2 crore in revenue within 24 months. They credit the turnaround to shifting from chasing numbers to attracting them, and decoupling self-worth from results.

In our mid-30s, we were about to go into financial retirement. That was how much money we were able to make in that particular business. And that's when the truly unexpected happened. We took some very horribly wrong, poor decisions. The condition was so bad that we had to move into my parents' home. Obviously, that doesn't go down well for any man. That completely crushed us. I was totally shattered, but somewhere or the other inside of me, I still felt that this is not the end.
I was shocked to see that her one week's earning was more than double of what I was earning in a month. And that's when I realized that, boss, this is something big happening here.
With these two mentors, we realized that it was not at all an outside game. It was completely an inside game. It was not at all about tactics and Strategy. It was about absolute inner alignment.
So this next story is a very, very, very special story. Ask me why. Why? Because who I'm going to be bringing on, I know them way before ILH, before I started ILH. So rewind time, 2017. 2016 was when I attended Making the Stage and all the stuff. 2017, I went to Singapore. I was there. Crewing for the first time at Making the Stage, very, very powerful event. Some of you might have heard of that. And there, you know, Blair Singer spoke about the bumblebee analogy which he normally shares, you know, how we are all worker bees and we can't measure our impact. And in that event, I had a very powerful, like, experience where Blair's message landed. I've heard him speak about it a lot of times, but that Singapore crewing experience was very magical. But the other thing is, this couple that I saw there, they've been attending many, many programs, a lot of Satsang events, and I remember going to this couple, giving them a hug. I was crew, they were participant, and we really connected on a much more deeper level, and I told her that, I told her that, you know, you're here, I mean, it was in Singapore, lot of Indians went there, and I told her that you are ready for something much bigger. And then what happened, life took over, we have not been so much in touch, and after that this person came back connecting with whatever I was doing here in ILH in the first FVR. And from that moment on, this person and her husband, they started to work more and more and more. And they were able to take their income in the last 24 months to over 2 crores in income. 2 crores. But before that, they had a lot of ups and downs. Any guesses who that is? Okay. They went— so they have been through the highs and lows in business, made multiple lakhs and crores and lost all of them. They literally had to bounce back twice. And this introduction I have to do because this is none other than our beloved Pallavi and Bimal. Before you start, before you start, Pallavi and Bimal, they both came together. They run the Charismatic Communicators Hub. In fact, that name in one-to-one call, it just came. I know you're going to explain the journey. But in the last— forget about the numbers, but I have seen Pallavi and Bimal literally— it's the rise of the phoenix story. Coming up, burning down, coming back up, burning down, and that pattern. And a few things that some of you do not know about Pallavi, which she sent to me, which I'm going to be reading out is, she prefers small cozy gatherings to loud ones. And she prefers home-cooked meals which is her absolute comfort and Bimal, he loves his long solo drives. In fact, he asked Pallavi and his daughter Jiya to come here by flight and he drove all the way from Hyderabad, solo drive. And long solo drives in your Scorpio N, hardcore mallu at heart. Yes. And a stickler for time. And for both, the main thing I want to share is they have been completely bankrupt twice and they have bounced back and everything is happening because of the grace of the Lord. So let's give it up for Pallavi and Vimal and let us know your story. Come on, give it up!
Thank you, thank you, thank you. So from a very young age, I have had two burning desires. One, to earn a lot of money, and two, to actually profoundly impact a lot of lives. So I always end up saying this, right from a very early age, "I don't want people to be the same after they meet me." Despite coming from a middle-class family, my parents were government service people, I had very, very massive dreams, as in, you know, even at that point in time, in crores and things like that. And yes, I have worked very hard, so then that is the reason why I've been able to work with some of the topmost names globally, have received multiple recognitions and awards at a national level. But there was something still inside of me saying, this is not the only level of success. There is something more?
Well, I've always dreamt of serving my country in the armed forces. That's it. I had no desire to change the world. And I was brought up by my parents and my two elder sisters who were like mothers to me. So basically I was a very pampered and protected child all through.
Yeah, well, who Who knows better than that, better than me? But you know, my media career was soaring and of course after having met my prince charming, I automatically felt that life is at its very best at this point in time. We together have been able to build a very, very successful business. In fact, in our mid-30s, we were about to go into financial retirement, that was how much money we were able to make in that particular business. And that's when the truly unexpected happened. We took some very horribly wrong, poor decisions, and because of that, those two horrendous bankruptcies that Siddharth spoke about, that is what hit us. But what is worse is the condition was so bad that we had to move into my parents' home. Obviously, that doesn't go down well for any man. That completely, you know, crushed us. I was totally shattered, but somewhere or the other inside of me, I still felt that this is not the end. There is still something more. So the one thing that I can say for sure is the faith that I had in the Divine, that was the only thing that was guiding me forward.
See, curveballs were familiar to me. I had already gone through a near-death experience that put me on a hospital bed for over 2 years, okay? When you go through something like that, your perspective and attitude towards life and priorities change. How many of you agree with me? Yeah, 2 years in the hospital, right? And I learned this the hard way, that what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. Right? So when bankruptcy hit us, you know, for me, my only focus was survival, keeping the boat afloat for Pallavi and our daughter Jia.
I thank Bimal for that. But when the bankruptcy hit us, we relocated, moved out of our comfort zone city, moved out to restart our life. But I must tell you this, the big dreams never left me. I don't know what it was inside of me. You know, many times I used to tell him, I used to wonder to myself, "Will all this potential inside of me die unused? Like, will I die?" without having used any of this? That was a constant question that I used to ask myself as well as him. So, I must tell you this, you know, even before I started doing what I currently do, what we currently do, Charismatic Communicators Hub, just before the pandemic, I tried to be a coach, okay? And I did not match up to my own standards. Of being a good coach. And that is why I labeled myself as a failure. And I said to myself, "Maybe, you know, you're only good—" I'm talking to myself here. I'm saying to myself, "Maybe you're only good as a host or as an MC. Maybe that's what you're meant to be doing." And at this point in time, I want to share this. I think a lot of people might resonate with me. At that stage, When I was feeling so unfulfilled, I turned to Bimal, and Bimal is feeling completely at ease, at peace. He was so calm, he was so happy with what we had. And how many of you have realized that if you're in that kind of a relationship, it frustrates you and angers you even more? Anybody here who's been through that as well? Thank you very much for saying this. You know, one thing I must say this, I was not realizing the storm that he was weathering inside. Sometimes we women don't really see the storm that the man is weathering inside. Yeah?
So my contentment was basically because of my life experiences. In fact, when I was in the hospital, I was sent to a place called Artificial Limb Center in Pune because I had complained to my surgeon that my leg had a slight curve after the surgery and I wanted braces for it. But my visit over there completely changed my life. I went there and I saw everybody over there were very happy, they were smiling, and they were genuinely joyful. And none of them had all their limbs, okay? And some of them had these small stumps attached to their both the knees, okay? And they were like 6 feet built soldiers, and they were only this much. But it didn't matter to them. They were having conversations. They were enjoying and sharing jokes. I left that place with tears of gratitude for all that I have in my life. See, the fact is that if you don't— you don't— we do not learn to have gratitude for all that we have in our lives, we will never find peace and happiness because our happiness will be connected to the next big thing. Yes or no? But the storm that she was saying was because of When I saw her going through her sadness and frustration of what she was not able to do, but at that point in time, I couldn't do anything because I was weathering another storm. The tech startup for which we had shifted to Hyderabad collapsed, and we were back to ground zero, and we were wondering what to do now. And that's the time Pallavi also got a random message about MMI. They're doing a great job sending random messages, right? And we decided to attend it, okay? And despite having no money, we took a leap of faith and signed up for Quantum Leap. In fact, we did both Quantum Leap as well as Making the Stage. That's where we met Siddharth for the first time, yeah? And at Making the Stage, we both were selected to be the first Indian trainers to be on T. Harv Eker's stage. Okay, thank you. But it involved a lot of travel and a lot of busy schedules, so Pallavi took a back seat and you told me, you go ahead. And I did Blessinger Training Academy while she took care of home and she did her MCing work. So I became an ATT, assistant trainer in training, where I had to assist in MMIs. Okay, so when you're an ATT, you don't get paid and you have to take care of your lodging, travel, everything. Okay, so we wanted to cut short my journey of being ATT to become an AT, where you get paid and everything else gets taken care of. Now to do that, I started doing MMIs not just in India but in all the Asian countries as well. And for this, We had to burn through all our life savings, whatever little we had left, and we took loans from friends and family. And finally, in about a year's time, I got confirmed as an AT, okay? Sometimes I wonder how we did all that, and that's when I always remember what Blair always says, that if— remember this— if you are truly doing what the universe wants you to do, as your life purpose, it will also provide you with the resources to keep moving forward. Okay? Now, well, I got my first paid AT roles in Vietnam and Singapore, and the flights were booked, and we were excited. Okay, we are finally, after so much of struggle, so much of doing everything, Finally, all our dreams and aspirations were going to come true, and we were ready. 2 weeks before the MMI, India went into a lockdown. It was like God trying to, you know, beat us down. Sorry, it was like God trying to beat us down every single time we were trying to get up. We were devastated. Well, it was lockdown. I was a trainer and she was into events, and we had no income source, and we had no clue what to do. And that's when one of my close friends who owned a big company, he said, why don't you join me? And I jumped at the opportunity with both my hands because again, for me, it was back to survival. Of my two lovely ladies. And so I kept my dreams and aspirations aside. Now, after lockdown, once the MMIs restarted, they did come back and invite me back. And I knew MMI was big, huge, and I was already cleared for AT, right? But I just couldn't walk out on someone who offered his hand the moment I— the time we needed it the most. So I declined the MMI track and continued on the job.
It was like saying declining the big life again for survival, right? So, well, that's where I think we have learnt a very big lesson, which is that— which I mentioned in the morning as well, right? When God agrees to do something that we want, we consider that as a blessing. But when the Divine has other plans for us, that's what we considered as, "Okay, maybe the preparations are on for something bigger, something greater." That was a very, very big lesson that we learnt. So, just about that time— thank you— just about that time, when we were wondering, "Is this really ever going to take off? Is our dream, or are our dreams ever going to be realized?" That's the time that Vanita and Siddharth Rajsekar reached out to me to host FBR 2022, October. Thank you. That was exactly the feeling because I had been out of touch with my training community for a very long time and out of touch with all of these amazing people and I felt, wow, now I truly have You know, I think I'm ready, and that is the reason why I'm getting this amazing opportunity. So I walked into this space in Lila as an MC in October 2022. But I want to give a very big thanks to Siddharth Rajsekar, to Vani, to Divya, to Harvi, to Shruti, to Abhinav Saxena, because thanks to these people, I walked out of this space knowing fully well that I am absolutely ready to serve. Thank you. You know, it was like saying, my mentor, my sathi, my master Siddharth Rajsekar arrived when I decided I had enough of playing small. I didn't want to play small anymore. I was absolutely ready to go out there and make an impact in every single life that I met, and that's exactly what happened.
I was not part of the FBR, so when she came back and said she wanted to do Quantum, I was hesitant because we really couldn't afford it at that point in time, but then I remembered how she supported me all through my MMI journey, and I agreed reluctantly because I didn't know all this online coaching business, how big it can be and all. Now, I need you to remember this, okay? When you work as a couple, okay, if there is— you should never look down upon your partner's aspirations or dreams just because you cannot see a big monetary value attached to it. If something is important to them, just respect and accept it, okay? But frankly, for me, it was a— for her, it was a side hustle, okay? Something to keep her busy, that's it, okay? But couple of months down the line, I was shocked to see that her one week's earning was more than double of what I was earning in a month. And that's when I realized that, boss, this is something big happening here.
And I just want to say that big happening here is all thanks to our Sarathi Siddharth Rajsekar, okay? So big, big round of applause and appreciation for him. I followed his system religiously. We hit Hall of Fame in 39 days flat from the moment we began. And we felt, "Yes, okay, now on to the next. Let's grow this business. Our business is going to scale up." How many of you have experienced that sometimes we wanted to scale up, we wanted to grow, but just nothing moves? Has anybody experienced that? Yeah, that is exactly what we experienced. Nothing was moving, and that is, I think, when the divine timing, so to speak, happened. Where our mentor Siddharth Rajsekar also, you know, started introducing us within our quantum. I also met our other mentor, Dr. Sam K. Pillai. Thank you so much for coming into our lives. And with these two mentors, we realized that it was not at all an outside game. It was completely an inside game. It was not at all about tactics and strategy. It was about absolute inner alignment. So that's something that I feel like sharing with you people here right now, the 3 major inner shifts that we experienced. And I think he's been a little bit of a sage that I experienced and I realized which allowed us to really scale our business and we hit 2 crores in 24 months. Are you ready for those 3? Are you sure? So the very first thing that I realized was that every time we would hit big numbers, like when we hit 25 lakhs a month in April 2024, or we hit 50 lakhs in a quarter in July, August, September 2024, after every such big hit, the first thing that I would go back to in my mind was, okay, what next? Will this happen again? How can I make it happen again? What can I be doing? So I realized that I was constantly chasing, chasing, chasing, chasing numbers, chasing people, chasing, you know, closing the deals. It was a constant chasing. And that inner work that we were doing made us realize only one thing, that instead of chasing, if I can just align and attract, that's when we will be in that flow state. So now, we don't hustle, we align. Now we realize that it's not just about the effort, it's about that flow, that energy. The second major realization that we had was that— I think this is very common, this has been my pattern in my life— No matter how much I did, no matter how well I did, one masterclass going wrong or the CPL going high, guess what? I would attach it to my self-image, and I would blame myself saying, "Oh, I did not do this," or, "I did not— I don't have that." How many of us here have experienced this, that you've attached your self-image your self-worth to what you have and what you do. How many of us have done that? Thank you very much for sharing that. I'm not alone in this space. And that's when all the inner work, when it started, I realized that it's only— so this was the biggest realization for me, okay, internally, that I am worthy with it, I am worthy without it. I think that was my biggest inner realization, that my worth is attached or should be attached to the true divine that resides in me and not to what I have and what I'm going to be doing. And the last realization, which was the most crucial one of them all, you know, we've seen this pattern in our life of money comes, money goes, money comes, money goes. And with all that inner work that we were doing, this one thing I want you to listen very carefully. This is from my heart to yours. So please, maybe make a note of it if you'd like. I learned from my mentor, Dr. Sam, that abundance comes and stays in a being that has absolutely no resistance to it. So let me explain this a little bit to you. I had these big dreams of big crores, big numbers, right? And whenever it came time to spend even a few hundreds for our self-care, for our self-ease, for us to be able to take a family vacation, or for Jia and Bimal to buy something for themselves, or me to buy something for myself, even for hundreds, I would hold myself back. So it was almost like saying that I was trying to save the pennies while thinking about the crores. Now, can I ask you a question? Is abundance circulation, yes or no? Yes. So is this not a massive resistance to abundance? Yes. Another one which was a bigger one than that, I always used to dream the big numbers, the big life, and I always asked myself this question, "Why can't Bimal talk about the big numbers?" Why can't Bimal talk about the crores? Why doesn't he talk about the big life and the big money? How many of us have had this resistance that just because our spouse doesn't talk about the big money, just because our family doesn't understand about the big life, we have a resistance or we have some kind of man mutaav towards them? How many of us have been there? Thank you very much for sharing because That was my biggest, biggest release through our internal work, that abundance comes and stays in a being that has absolutely no resistance at all towards it. So this today is our truth, and you know, it's actually taking us forward, changing our life every single moment.
Yeah, and this is not just our story, and this is a story of every man and woman who have hit rock bottom but have chosen to rise up ahead.
Absolutely, and this is actually the story of every single one of you who felt that untapped potential inside of you, and yet you chose to actually work on it.
And this is a story of every one of you. If you ever felt or are feeling that it's too late for you, you will just discover that the divine timing it's a perfect time for you.
I want to also say that this is a story of you if you've ever been harsh to yourself, if you've ever been in scarcity mindset, if you've ever had resistances and you've been able to turn them across to your strength, to your success, to your soul-aligned abundance, then this is your story. So together we as Bimal and Pallavi are proof that your worst breakdown can open doorway to your biggest breakthroughs.
Your inner alignment— your inner alignment— thank you, thank you. Your alignment can attract abundance much faster than any, any amount of hustle can do.
Yes, I just want to be able to say that Yours is not a journey of chasing. Please don't make it a journey of chasing. Ours is a journey of understanding that the true divine in us makes us worthy. Our worth comes because the divine is in us. And thank you.
And trust us when we are saying this, it doesn't matter where you are today, it doesn't matter how many times you may have fallen or failed.
Always remember this: it is not your story's end at this point in time. In fact, your story has just gotten started. Thank you. Thank you.
Let's give it up for Pallavi and Vimal! Come on, Jia! Jia! Jia! Give it up for Jia, their daughter! Amazing. Let's take a picture together.
Since I just want to share this.
Yes, um, one second. Cut the music. Yeah, let's take a picture.
You know, and, uh, I just want to share this. When Gia walked up on stage, she turned around and said, "I'm so proud of you." And I think this is something that every parent lives for, to be able to not just say to their child, "I'm proud of you," but to also hear their child say, "I'm so proud of you." Absolutely. Thank you for making this happen.
Thank you, thank you so much. Make a round of applause. And I just want to say from my side, this is a very, very special moment because I've seen the ups and downs and I've always said this is just the beginning and the foundation is set now. Now the only way is up. Absolutely. Let's make it happen. Let's give a round of applause once again. Thank you, Pallavi.
Thank you, Vimal.
Thank you, Siddharth Rajsekar.
