A short spoken excerpt by Siddharth Rajsekar arguing that true business service must arise from deep, lasting impressions (sanskars). He describes his live events (citing an audience of 800,000 community members) as transformative experiences that shift attendees from a "what can I get" mindset to a service-oriented, higher-level operating mindset; he claims such mindset and the impressions one receives are foundational to achieving business results online, with money and results framed as byproducts.

In a business, if you truly want to serve, it has to come from a space where these impressions are going deep inside you. Or sanskars. Whenever I do my live events with my community members, we have 800,000 people. I consider that event as a sanskar, because people are coming from various different backgrounds, various different past traumas that they may be going through in their life, and they're going through various different situations where, when they come to that room and when they experience the purity and the power of the association, based on the intention that I normally set before an event, when they leave that event, they completely transform. Their mindset shifts, their vision shifts, they get more expanded in their thinking, and they start to operate on a different level altogether. People who have come into that event with a mindset of, what can I get from this event? They leave that event with a mindset of how can I serve others? How can I go out there and make a difference where money is a byproduct, where my results are the byproduct. So the reason I'm sharing this is because if you want to get any result online in a business, it begins with what empowers your core, and how are you allowing yourself to be in environments where you have the right impressions.
