Siddharth Rajsekar explains why giving away free advice kills your business: people don't pay for random information, only for structured offerings with a clear process and result. Package your expertise into paid programs and set boundaries around your generosity.

If everybody asks you for advice but nobody is paying for it, your knowledge is probably not worthless. It is unstructured. Please save this if you are always the helpful person in the room. Imagine a chef who invites people to his restaurant every day. He cooks for them, he serves them well, he explains the recipe, he makes sure everybody enjoys the meal, and when they finish eating, he smiles and says, "No problem, it is free." After a few months, the restaurant closes down. Not because the food was bad, but because kindness had no structure. This is what many knowledgeable people do. Friends call them, colleagues message them, family members ask for advice. They spend an hour explaining everything and the other person walks away with clarity, but they walk away exhausted. People rarely pay for random information. They pay for clearly defined transformation. Everybody wants a starting point. They want a process. They want a destination and they want a result. And your generosity is beautiful, no doubt, but generosity without boundaries can slowly become resentment. And you do not have to stop helping people. You simply have to stop treating your deepest knowledge like casual conversation. Please share this video with a person who's always been helping others and comment "I am ready" in the comments below if it's time for you to start giving your knowledge a proper home.
