Just as sweetness is the quality of sugar, service is the quality of the soul. In this video, I'm going to be going deeper into the element of service and how when you serve first, you'll be able to actually succeed later. And I'm going to break down all the elements on where the element of service comes from. Because our innate nature is to serve other human beings. We serve our family, we serve our kids, we serve our spouse, we serve our bosses. But just like how when you pour water on the root of a tree and it nourishes all the parts of the tree and all the leaves, when you serve our creator, God, the superconsciousness. Whatever religion, path or process that you follow, when you build a business based on that perspective of understanding, your level of service is going to be nourishing every aspect of society. The core element of service is going to be the critical factor. It is not the strategies, it's not the tactics, it is not the tools which most people talk about. Most marketers, they like to just emphasize more on those hacks and tricks and tactics in the game. Even if you go on Instagram and you just scroll there for a long time, you're going to get a whole bunch of stuff which are instant gratification kind of information, which does not really benefit or help the viewer, because the viewer has to understand that there's more to getting results and succeeding than just the hacks and tricks. What is the core of an entire business is service. If you look at anyone who has succeeded in this world, biggest businessmen, biggest businesses, so even if you go to ChatGPT and give a prompt, analyze the life of Steve Jobs, for example, and understand what level of service and contribution has he done to this world. And please decode the traits, the characteristics and the elements of what has made Apple what it is today. You'll be amazed by the kind of insights that you'll get when it comes to what made him serve. And you'll understand that big companies are built not based on the tactics of the products or everything else. It is based on the intentions of the founder. It is based on the intentions of what level of service that they want to give to the world. It is based on core values, on core principles. I want to take you back in time. When I was 7, 8, 9 years old, I used to spend a lot of time with my grandfather. As I mentioned about him before, he comes from a large family of seven brothers, three sisters and I grew up in a joint family till my seventh standard. And some of the principles that I got from my grandfather were these core elements of service. For example, he would say, never let schooling interfere with your education. So that was one of the core principles that I've shared before. Another thing that he would say is, all for one, one for all. He would never want to burn bridges with anybody because he believed in deep relationships. Even if somebody did not treat him well or even if some person did not do anything that is pleasing to him, he would not burn the bridges. He would let them be where they are, but he would quickly forgive them and move on and not carry any emotional grudge because he always believed that whatever happens, happens for a reason. And he was always in that mode of service. He got a lot of his family members, his brothers, sisters, married, and he was a giver at heart where his left hand would not know what the right hand was giving. Now, he never really told me many things. He gave me some principles. But by observing him and by learning more about him from my parents and my uncles, of how he would live his life, how he built a successful business, all of those elements went into me, into my operating system or what I call as samskaras. Now, the samskara concept is an age old traditional concept where these are impressions that impact the way we operate and move forward in our life. So we have the Garba Sanskar, before the child is born, the parents, they go through it. And based on the consciousness of the parents, the child has those qualities. Then after the child is born, you have different sanskars where you know, in the first few months, in the first one year, and it continues right through life. Now. Similarly, I also believe that in a business, if you truly want to serve, it has to come from a space where these impressions are going deep inside you. Or sanskars, whenever I do my live events with my community members, we have 800,000 people. I consider that event as a sanskar because people are coming from various different backgrounds, various different past traumas that they may be going through in their life. And they're going through various different situations where when they come to that room and when they experience the purity and the power of the association, based on the intention that I normally set before an event, when they leave that event, they completely transform. Their mindset shifts, their vision shifts, they get more expanded in their thinking and they start to operate on a different level altogether. People who have come into that event with a mindset of what can I get from this event? They leave that event with a mindset of how can I serve others? How can I Go out there and make a difference where money is a byproduct, where my results are the byproduct. So the reason I'm sharing this is because if you want to get any result online, in a business, it begins with what empowers your core and how are you allowing yourself to be in environments where you have the right impressions. I've also seen people who have come into our community and then they've gone to other communities where the core values are not so strong. And those sanskars or those impressions also impact that student of mine. And I've seen them go through a detour and they go on a joyride and then they come back to ILH after a long time and they realize that they should have stuck here or they should have stuck to the core values and principles. And I'll tell you where this also comes from. This comes from a space of wanting, instant gratification. See, if you truly want to make a difference and serve others, you should be okay with delayed gratification. There was a marshmallow test done by the Stanford University. It was a 25 year old experiment that you can also look on YouTube on the TED talks, where they got these kids who were 4 to 5 years old and they got them in a room with a camera where the kids did not know and they kept a marshmallow on the table and they told the child that I'm going to keep this marshmallow over here and if you are able to not eat this marshmallow for 10 minutes, I will give you another marshmallow. And it was an experiment that was done. It was a 25 year old experiment. So the kids that were 4 and 5 years old, they got different kids into the room. And there were some kids that were able to resist the temptation and there were some children that could not resist the temptation. That means they just took the marshmallow and they ate it. And they went back to that same child after 25 years and they audited the life of that particular child now as a grown up adult. And the result of that experiment was that those children who were able to resist temptation at a young age, they were more successful than those who succumbed to that temptation at a young age. Those who ate the marshmallow when they were young, they ended up getting into habits because they could not control their senses and they ruined their life in different ways. And they actually documented all of that after a 25 year experiment. Now why am I sharing this is because this has a lot to do with service. If you want to truly serve a market, if you want to truly make a difference in other people's lives, you got to look at the long term game, not the short term game. Because people who want short term results, short term thinking quick, bucks, make money fast, get rich quick, all of this. There are people who get rich like that, but when you observe their life in three to four, five years, they would not be in that same position. Because the root from where they're operating is not bearing the fruit when the roots are deep. Like I shared my grandfather's samskara that he gave me is the foundation of how I have built my business so far. And also my spiritual master, he has dedicated his entire life to his spiritual master. When I look at his spiritual master, my grand spiritual master, he's dedicated his entire life to his spiritual master. So if you actually look at our Indian culture, whichever religion path, school of thought that you're being nurtured under, you will understand that service is the DNA of our culture. Like it is part of our Indian culture. Even when a guest comes home, we need to make them feel really amazing. And that has been a part of our culture. Now, when you're building an online community, when you're building a customer base, why not give them that kind of an experience? So now let me decode all the elements of where all you can create an amazing experience in a digital world, in a business model like this, especially if you want to be successful, I want you to think about this. Number one is ask yourself, why do you want to do your business? If your answer is very shallow, yeah, I want to make money, I want to get some profits. I'm going to tell you that after some time it'll hit you back. After some time you'll realize that there is something beyond money and profits. Let me tell you that money and profits are only the byproduct of delivering exceptional service. So the first step is analyze your core, analyze your reason why. And if you feel that some of your reason why is still shallow, ask yourself, what are you afraid of? From where have you got these influences? Maybe it could be when you are growing up, you did not have much money, so you're having that kind of fear. Maybe somebody cheated you and you also have some kind of a fear where you're not taking that next step of service and you're protecting yourself. Because as humans, we all have the right intentions, but it is our past experiences that create the resistances for us. So the first step is analyze your core, understand your reason why, and Understand what are the factors that are blocking you. The second step is see your vocabulary and what are you saying to get people into your world right from an ad level. If you look at any of my ads on Facebook, on Instagram, there's always that core element of hey, come to my webinar, I'm here to serve you, I'm here to support you, I'm going to teach you a lot of stuff, I'm going to give you a lot of tactics, but be there in my webinar because I want you to win. So when you're able to bring that vibe at a from your core into your marketing and your messaging, it will attract people who, who vibrate with your frequency. The third step is, let's say they come to your webinar, they come to your, the first touch point before becoming your customer. What kind of a customer experience are you going to give them? What I've seen today in the coaching world is many people, they are with a hunter mindset, they want to get the client right now. They use manipulative tactics, they use different words, they over promise just to get the sale. And after somebody has bought the product, they experience something called buyer's remorse. That means they feel, oh I think I did the wrong decision. And usually that happens because the marketing was more flashy than the product or in other words, the product was not able to substantiate the marketing. And that's where most people I'm seeing in the coaching industry today. And that's what I want to change. When people come into the Internet lifestyle hub community, I'm starting with their core, I'm helping them build depth in their product first. And of course the technology, the marketing tools will come later. So the other touch point is what is that experience the person is having just before they buy your product? In my case it's a webinar. In your case it could be a one to one call. And when you make them feel comfortable, when you make them give them clarity and when you also unsell to them telling them that hey, please don't buy my product if you're not ready for this, please don't waste your money. If you're not willing to commit to this and when you speak the truth coming from a space of service, because I'm here to serve you, I don't want you to waste your money, I'm here to serve you. I don't want you to just waste your time in this. I'm here to serve you and I don't want you to just start this journey and quit this journey after some time and you give this kind of clarity. The quality of customer who will come into your world will be a committed customer. They'll be willing to do whatever it takes to move forward. And that's the quality of customer we need to aim to bring into our community. And then the next step, once they've entered your world, let's say you've opened the house and they've entered your home, how are you making them feel inside your home? In my case, Internet Lifestyle Hub is a community of over 30,000 plus people. Now the first thing is when people enter my world, I need to wow them with clarity. I need to make them feel at home where this is a non judgmental space and so what do I do? So the first video where I orient them when they come into my community is a very, very critical video. I give them absolute clarity on their game plan. What are they expected to do, what are they not expected to do, what are the rules of the community, how, how to behave in the community. Because we want to make this as a place where there's a lot of peer to peer interaction and there's a very healthy atmosphere within the community. So once I orient them on this and they come into my calls, they experience the magic, I engage with them, I answer questions, I give them better clarity and I connect them with groups, we have breakout rooms and then that experience that they feel. Even if you go to my trust pilot and search for me, Siddharth Rajshekhar, we have easily over 10,000 reviews right there, over five star reviews. And you will be able to see and read those responses. The people who have been in my community in the second day, third day, they share things like I made the best decision, I'm so happy that I'm here. So what I was able to create for my customers have been engineered. It comes from a space of service. But based on all the feedback I've been getting from my customers every week, every month, I was able to improve that customer service. And the next step is results. People don't buy your products, they buy results. If you truly want to serve people at the highest level, help them get what they want, help them get results. Because when you are able to help your students, when you're able to build a community where people are thriving, growing people may be going at different speeds, but they are making progress in their life and getting results. What will happen is they will become your evangelists, they will become your marketers, they will speak about you to others. And that is how companies like Apple have grown. Amazon. Like I'm a big fan of Steve Jobs. Jeff Bezos analyzed how they grew their company in the last two, three decades to where it is today is because of rooting their entire business based on customer service, on helping others and serving others. So I would like to say that what goes around comes around. Karma is an action. Karma in business is an action. If you come from a space where you want to contribute first without any expectations in the beginning, you want to contribute, you want to serve people, you want to make sure that they win. And it comes from a place of how you can be there with them no matter what. Not like a one night stand where you just want to get them as a client, close a deal and move on. But you're going to be them, but you're going to be with them for a long period of time. When you operate from that space, you'll have customers for life. You'll have people who are not just customers. They will be your raving fans. They will do whatever you want them to do because they know that you have got their back and you're not doing it from a space of self interest. And this is the formula I want to give you when it comes to contribution. Mission first, community second, me third. If you remember this formula, in every decision that you make in your business, you will be able to not only grow at speed, but you will be able to build a community that loves you, that trusts you, and that grows with you. In the next video, I'm going to be going into the elements of clarity before you hustle. Because everybody talks about hustle, hustle, hustle, and many of them are hustling in the wrong direction. So when you're operating from the space of contribution and when you have an insane level of clarity on what you need to do, what your skills are and how you want to serve others, the only outcome is magic. What I mean by that is every single thing that you do will have an impact on other people's lives. It'll have an impact on your life. So when it comes to contribution, I just want to sum up by saying that you are a reflection of your customers. If you are contributing to your own growth, you will see your customers contribute to their growth. If you are investing in your own learning and education continuously, your customers will invest in their education continuously. If you're always having a progressive mindset to move forward and help others and serve others, you will attract those people who are coming with the same mindset. Because your vibe attracts your tribe and how you are being served by others. When you appreciate others, others will appreciate you. For example, I work with some amazing vendors for all my different activities in my business. Be it my event production team, be it my core team, be it my video production team over here, my makeup team over here, I have my video, my design team over here, I have my. My sound team. I've got so many different teams that I work with virtually, and I respect their service. And because I respect their service, I get a great service. So when you operate that same way when you're building a community, when you respect your vendors, when you. When you respect your. Your students, you will face that kind of reciprocation with them, and that unfolds your success. So contribute first, and your success will.
