This is for you.
You.
My number one.
9 o'clock, 9 o'clock, home alone, home alone. Paging you, paging you, wishing you come over my place, my place. After a while, after a while, letting it know, letting it know.
We can't just keep talking about the last time, last time. You were here, you were here when we did, when we did. Girl, I hope you're happy 'cause I'm so happy.
Oh, oh, oh.
And I think we're in too deep. Don't you make me pull out right where we're supposed to be. Oh yeah, I just wanna go down. You know where would you go?
Let's go, let's go, let's go! How y'all feeling on this Friday night, family? How are you guys feeling? Let me know in the chat. Surprise, surprise, surprise! I was missing y'all already. I said, you know what, we gotta do a bonus. I was missing y'all, family. I ain't gonna lie, okay? I was missing you, Elder Q. Yep, you too. Kenesha, Katrina, Lawanda. I mean, we literally spent all week together and I had a little bit more game that I needed to give you guys before we moved into the weekend. Somebody do me a favor, I just need 3 people to drop in the chat for me, more game. Somebody put more game in the chat. I normally don't do this on going into the weekend, but I had a little bit more game. I see you, Terry, what's up?
I'm good.
Willie said he wants some more game. Elder Q said more game. Andric said more game. Let's go! I see you, Kenesha. More game. Listen, y'all, when it comes to real estate and development, it's always something that you can learn, okay? Even me, I'm always a student, which is why today I got something special for you guys. I am bringing in one of my mentors That taught me the game to give y'all some more game. And you did not— you cannot miss this, okay? So for the people who actually joined and locked in, you should be very proud of yourself because you ain't gonna leave the same tonight. Once, once Runway comes in and drops these gems, trust me, you are not gonna leave the same. Now before I bring my mentor up, let me get— let me tell you guys a little bit about him. Because he is not a 6, 7, but an 8-figure earner. Somebody put 8 in the chat because that's a whole lot of zeros. Somebody drop 8 in the chat. He is an 8-figure earner, okay? A digital mogul. I see the 8s in the chat. That's a whole lot of zeros, ain't it? He specializes in turning knowledge into cash, so y'all better make sure you listen Tap in, get his Instagram, follow him, y'all. From literally building funnels to unlocking funding, he teaches entrepreneurs how to create financial freedom. That's right, Terry. That's a whole lot of zeros. Okay? And he doesn't do any gatekeeping.
He gonna give y'all all the game.
Okay? From the systems to the strategy to the execution, because that's what we've been talking about all week is execution. Now he is known for his bold and disruptive approach, okay? You gonna see when I bring him up. But Runway Billionaire has helped thousands— not hundreds, but thousands— of people just like myself, y'all, scale their brands and build real wealth online. And if he could do it with me, I'm sure he can give you guys the game too. And he's proven that with the right mindset, because it starts in the mind, And the right method behind it, anybody can run the play and win big. So before I bring my brother up, before I bring Boss Man Runway Billionaire up to the stage, I need a whole bunch of fire in the chat. Let me get a whole bunch of fire in the chat, get it hot in here, and then I'm gonna pass it over to the boss man himself, that 8-figure mogul, y'all. Mr. Runway Billionaire. Let me see some fire first. Let me see some fire. What's going on, boss?
What is up? What is up? What is up? Can everybody hear me and see me? Let me see. Gabe, Gabe locked in. Gabe locked in in the chat. Can everybody hear me and see me? Miss Chapman, what's up? Miss Terry, what's up? Miss Johnson, what's up? What's up? All right, all right, we here, we here, we here. All right, listen, y'all, I'm gonna be— Elle, I want to say thank you for that. Thank you for that introduction, y'all. Like I need y'all to understand what Elle has been doing this week. What I need y'all to do is I need y'all to drop in the chat for me very, very quickly. If you've been here only one day, just put one in the chat. If you've been here all five days, put a five in the chat. The number of days that you've been here, put that number in the chat for me, y'all. Somebody talk to me. Okay, Gabe been here four days. Okay, Katrina been here five. Miss Johnson, it's your first day here. Welcome. You missed a good one. Miss Gibson, it's your first day here.
Willie.
This your first day here? Welcome, iPhone. Change your name. Hit the little, hit the little thing at the bottom. Change your name so we ain't gotta call you iPhone. All right. So watch this, y'all. Here's the thing. Today, I'm not gonna lie. I'm not gonna be. I'm not gonna be able to outdo L. Okay. Like if if y'all would say for the people who've been here four, three, five days, which like recording in progress. One to ten, y'all. From one to ten. Can somebody let me know? How was the value this week for all of my people who've been here 3, 4, 5 days? On a scale from 1 to 10, how was the value that Elle gave y'all this week? Somebody let me know in the chat. Somebody let me know in the chat. Oh, I'm seeing 10s across the board. I'm seeing 10s all across the board. Now listen, what I'm going to do is I can't— I'm gonna be honest, y'all. I can't— I don't know if I could outdo what Elle did. Somebody said a 20. James said it was a 20. I don't know if I could outdo what Elle did, but here's what I can do. For everybody that said 10, can I at least attempt to make it 11? Can I, can I at least attempt to make it 1% better than what she did over the last couple days? Can I at least do that? Just let me know in the chat if I got y'all permission to at least do that, because here's, here's what I believe. Here's what I believe. I believe that the, the way that we be— the way that we get better, the only thing that we got to do is get 1% better every single day, y'all. If we just get 1% better, Gabe, If we just get 1% better, Elder, if we just get 1% better, Tammy, if we just get 1% better every day, I'm telling y'all, we'll beat 99% of the people. All right, so here, so here's what I'm gonna do today. Today I'm gonna help y'all be 1% better. Can I tell y'all how I'm gonna do that? I'm not just gonna talk to y'all, I'm actually gonna show y'all. I'm gonna show y'all how y'all can get 1% better. Uh, the queen that's, that's sitting in her, in her car, she just took her glasses off. I wish you, I wish you could change it, change your name from iPhone so I could call you by your name. But somebody let me know, is it okay if I not talk to y'all and I actually show y'all how y'all could get 1% better? I, I, I just need the permission, y'all. Elle said, Runway, I need, I need you to come. I need you to come here because I gave pretty much all that I could give. I gave them an opportunity to work with me, and some people moved and some people didn't. I gave them the knowledge over the next couple days, but I feel like they missing something and they missing that 1%.
Yeah.
So here's what I'm gonna do. First of all, I'm gonna make sure that every single person, if y'all allow me to, I'll make sure that y'all leave this call better than y'all came. And just by getting 1% better. Now here's what I need permission to do. This is the— I need permission to do this today. And the reason why I need permission, y'all, is because when somebody see a person like me, y'all, they see a person with tattoos on their face. Okay, that's, that's, that's a Black man living in America. You know what they say, y'all? I think y'all, I think y'all know what they say. They pass judgment. Okay, but what I need y'all to know is I'm the same person that's 38 years old living in America with tattoos on my face. I got 7 kids, I'm married, and I have an $8 million plus dollar— I did $15 million in my business in the last 3 years. Miss Rashonda, it's only 2 places that I'm supposed to be. Chat family, it's only 2 places where I'm supposed to be. Where is that supposed to be? Gay, gay. What you, you, you, you as a king talking to a king, family. 2 places that society say we're supposed to be at. Can somebody let me know in the chat? Can somebody talk to me in the chat, family? Miss Tammy said it's only 2 places that I'm supposed to be, y'all. 2 places that's supposed to be. So the reason why I'm asking y'all for, for permission is because I want to give y'all the same instructions that helped me build up the mindsets to not be there. And I'm pretty sure that's the reason why y'all on the call today, because everybody here wants investment and advancement. Y'all, Miss Terry, what you're currently doing right now is not enough. Gay, what you currently doing right now, you like, yo, I could be doing more. What I'm currently doing right now, I could be doing more, and I could be in a better position than I am right now, but I have to make the decision. Let me tell y'all why I'm not those 2 places, y'all. I'm not those 2 places because I made a decision. Decision is more powerful than any statistic that anybody will put on your life, because you understand that nobody could put a statistic on your life as long as you are able to make the decisions to change. Albert Einstein one of the smartest men to ever live. He said the best ability that we have is the ability to change our minds. What does that mean? Elle could wake up tomorrow and say, hey, I am not going to be a multi-seven-figure earner, I'm going to be a billion-dollar developer. And guess what? She can make every decision to do that. Gabe could say, yo, you know what, I earned 6 figures in my lifetime, but guess what? I'm gonna earn 6 figures for one deal. But the biggest key is you have to make the decision. So 3 things that I want to talk about tonight. I'm gonna be here for About an hour, y'all. I'm not gonna take up y'all whole Friday. I'm gonna be here for about an hour. And when I do this, it's 3 things that I need to give y'all. One, I need to give y'all the mindset. I need to be able to give y'all the mindset because guess what? Elle gave y'all the play over 5 days. If y'all knew exactly what to do and y'all knew how to do it and y'all know how to do it step by step, most of y'all wouldn't even be here today. Y'all been like, all right, Elle, thank you, I got it all. So, so drop a 1 in the chat if you like, man, I need, I need accountability with this thing. Like, Elle gave great information, but I want her to hold my hand and I want her to walk me through it step by step because I don't wanna do this alone. Because what smart people understand is like, yo, when they have stewardship, when they have mentorship, when they have guidance, guess what? They could cut down 90% of the mistakes because Elle made them all already. So in order for me to be able to give y'all the second thing, which is the skill set, and that's me actually showing you— Terry said I need accountability. Guess what? How many of us woke up this Friday and we like, yo, we know exactly what we need to do. We know exactly what we need to do. But guess what? When it's time to do it, Mr. Elder, when it's time to do it, we can't bring ourselves to do it. Why is that, family? Is that a skill set thing or is that a mindset thing? You open up your calendar, you said, I'm gonna make a list, a to-do list tomorrow, exactly what I have to do. And then for some reason, The day don't go exactly the way that I needed it to go. And then on top of that, when I actually gotta do the thing that I need to do, I can't bring myself to do it. Family, you're not lazy, you're not a procrastinator. It's just your mindset. So is it okay if we talk about the mindset? I have to give y'all the mindset. I'm gonna break down the mechanics of the mindset to get y'all out of the funk, to get y'all out of stinking thinking, to get off the hamster wheel and actually start executing. Now the next thing that I'm gonna give y'all is I'm gonna give y'all the skill set. And the skill set is going to be the thing that's going to allow what Elle twerked over the last couple days to say, hmm, okay, Elle is not the only one that's doing this. I can do this. But guess what? If I show you this and I don't give you the mindset, anything I show you will be non-avoid because it'll make no sense to you. Because guess what? I can show you exactly what to do, but if you don't have a mindset to bring yourself to do it, guess what's going to happen? It's going to fall on deaf ears. And I value my time. Miss Rashonda, I value your time. Latiza, I value your time. So y'all, I value y'all time so much that I would hate to sit here and give y'all something that cannot help y'all for the tomorrows. Miss Chapman, is that okay? Miss Tammy, is that okay? Terry, is that okay? I need to know. Talk to me, family. We family. All right. And the last thing is this, y'all. I got good news and I got bad news. All right. I got good news and I got bad news, Miss Collins. I got good news. I got James. I got some good news, family. I got some bad news in the chat. Y'all tell me which one y'all want first. Y'all now now before before y'all say that, I'm gonna keep my promise. Y'all y'all are y'all are going to leave this call better than y'all came. Okay, let me see in the chat. Let me look in the chat. Let me see what we got. Okay, somebody said bad news first. Bad news, good. Bad news, bad news, good. Bad news. All right, I'm gonna give y'all the bad news first. Here go the bad news, y'all. The bad news is this. The bad news is that Elle has a 30, a, a, a 30-day, like 30-day in sequences. So you're going 30 days, 30 days, 30 days. So it's 90 days total. And in 90 days, some, some of y'all lives could look totally different. And y'all literally could, y'all literally could be cashing in a $100,000 check profit. The bad news is, is that for some of y'all, it might take y'all 4 months. It might take y'all 5 months. Y'all will not exceed 6 months though. That's the bad news if y'all execute. The good news is, I'm gonna show y'all how I'm currently doing this right now in my own city. I'm in a different city than Elle. And I'm gonna show y'all in real time so y'all can see that it's just not me. That is Elle, it's her students. It's because she has a trusted formula that takes you step by step. Can I show y'all a testament of that formula? And can I show real receipts? Because it's one thing, Miss Rashonda, to see a real estate developer, see them on the internet and everything look all good, but nobody don't break the numbers down. It's one thing to see a real estate investor and they in an office when they teach real estate, but you'll never see them out in the field. It's one thing to see a real estate developer and talk about all of the, all of the, the, the real estate that they do, but they students ain't got no real estate. I, I don't mean to shake the room. I don't mean to shake the room too much, but if I do it, I gotta be real and I gotta be transparent. Is that okay, Miss Tammy? Is that okay if, if, if I do it? I gotta be honest, y'all. We have to talk about the elephant in the room, y'all, because I see a lot of women on this call and, and, and fellas. I'm, I'm, I'm I'm gonna just be honest. The the the women, the women y'all they they outdoing us on the real estate development side. The women is the ones that's stepping up that's saying yo I'm the breadwinner of my household. The winners the the women is the ones that's stepping up that say oh y'all y'all y'all said only guys could do development no we could do that too. The the the women is the new developers y'all. The the guys been doing this. The, the, the women is stepping in the game. They putting heels and they putting heels and, and foundation, and they letting them know like, yo, we here. And guess what? They making 6 figures in a quarter every time that they do it. Ladies, y'all follow me? Mr. Elder, that's not a shot at you. The fellas is doing it too. But what I'm letting y'all know, the ladies, y'all got some superpower in this industry, and y'all looking at a woman that is allowing the women to kick through the door. Fellas, she allowing us to doing it too. But guess what? Information changes situations, but only with implementation. Is it okay if I show y'all how to implement tonight? Is that okay? Is it okay if I show y'all how to get out your own head and how I show y'all how non-complex this thing is and how I show y'all in real time? Do y'all let— we gonna, we gonna show our age a little bit, y'all. I told y'all what my age was, but we gonna show a little age real quick. When we was in kindergarten and we was in first grade, we used to have— we used to have this thing called show and tell. And then in 2012, we got this thing called social media, y'all, and everybody just tell and don't nobody show. Miss Chapman, don't nobody show the game no more. Don't nobody— don't, don't nobody show you the real receipts no more. Everybody is just talk, talk, talk, talk, talk, and there's no walk. Just put a 1 in the chat if y'all follow me. If y'all feel like Miss Victoria, put a 1 in the chat if y'all feel like Like, that's what's going on right now. Everybody just talk, talk, talk, talk, talk. Ain't nobody show, show, show. Like, nobody's showing you. And guys, like, I feel like Elle is one of the trailblazers because she one of the people that actually show what she do. She's gonna show you how she's doing her deals. She's gonna bring you the connections. She's gonna bring you the people that she's tied to and that she's connected with. So guess what? Her connections could be your connections. But there's a lot of people that's just talking and they showing what they, they want you to see, but they not showing you the full play. Y'all feel me? Let me know if y'all feel me. They show— they showing y'all just enough to say, okay, cool, now pay me. Eldon showed y'all enough over this, over this couple days where some of y'all could leave and go do this on their own. Now, I wouldn't advise y'all do that. I would advise y'all take the mentorship. I would advise y'all have somebody who holds your hand because guess what? I said the worst case situation of bad news, well, it will be 4 months, 5 months, 6 months. But Gabe, guess what? If your deal take 5 months and Elle— and doing it with Elle could take 90 days, guess what? That's expensive, Miss Tina. That's expensive.
Why?
Because she is going to get 2 deals done by the time you get one done. And if she's making $100,000 off of Off of each bill, Miss Tina, you're making half of the money that you could have been making if you just worked with her. Miss Chapman, is this making sense? If it take me 6 months to do somebody— to do something that somebody is doing in 90 days and they making 6 figures, somebody's salary that work 365 days a year and they doing it tonight. I don't know if y'all hearing me, family. I don't know if y'all hearing me. If somebody is doing— if somebody has a skill set, listen to me what I'm saying to y'all. If somebody has a skill set and they're doing something every 90 days that is yielding a 6-figure return, and people have to go all year, 365 days, to be able to make a fraction of that, would that not have your ears? Would that not have your heart? Would that not have your— is y'all following? I need to, I need to make sure y'all following. I need to make sure y'all following me. See, here's the thing, y'all. One of my mentors said, he said, most people won't, so most people don't. We feel like we have to, we have to know everything, and we can't, we can't be wrong, therefore we can't be right. Let me tell you what that means. Oh, Elle is doing it in 30 days, 30 days and increments of 3, and she's completing her projects in 90 days. But guess what? For some reason, just because I gotta be right, I gotta figure out how to do it in 75 days just because I gotta be right. And guess what smart people do? Guess what investors do? They find somebody that's doing it, and then they, they get the play. They get the step by step so they can learn it exactly how they doing it, and then they try to do it faster. Not try to do it faster by themselves. Nobody, nobody ever make it. When they try to do it by themselves. Okay, now here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna share my screen and I'm actually gonna show y'all. I'm gonna walk y'all through a— I'm gonna walk y'all through a deal from front to back and I'm gonna show y'all the opportunities from beginning to end. Is that okay? Somebody let me know. Is that okay? Ego and ignorance equal failure every single time, Miss Tina. That's why that— like, like, y'all, can I, can I share this with y'all? My son just went to college, y'all, in Georgia, right? He got a full ride. So we was talking about my son going to college, and I said, yo, this is the most expensive investment you're gonna make because the interest is the most expensive. You're gonna, you're gonna pay damn near 6 figures to go get an education. You're gonna take up classes that you don't need to take. We need to talk, we need to talk about, we need to talk about what your plan is going to be, okay? And how you, how you're gonna, how you're gonna make this Basically how you're gonna make this free, because this is the most expensive decision that you're ever gonna make in your life. And if you're gonna make it, you need to be sure. Y'all follow what I'm saying? We're having an investor conversation because my son is going to get debt that's 6 figures and he's not even 20 years old yet. He hasn't managed that. He don't know about debt management. He don't know about project management. He, he can't even wake up on his own by himself, y'all. But they're about to give him $100,000 to be able to go to school and say, hey, pay us interest over time. So guess what? I can let him spend the next 4 years going to college, which he's going to do because he did it for free, y'all. But what y'all think my next best statement would have been for him if that wasn't the thing? Somebody talk to me in the chat. What do y'all think my next best thing was? If he wasn't going for free. Talk to me. Build his empire with his dad. Absolutely. He would have been doing real estate.
Why?
Because, bro, you're gonna wait 4 years to go spend $100,000 of somebody else's money with the highest interest that you're gonna pay. Highest— higher interest than a hard money loan. Somebody gonna lend you the money for 12 months to do your build and you're gonna have it done in 90 days. But I'm gonna take interest that I'm gonna have to pay back for another 30 years like it's a mortgage at 18. Come on, family. I'm not saying college bad, but what I'm telling y'all, what I'm about to teach y'all in this session right now, college can't give you. What Elle taught y'all over the last 4 to 5 days, college can't give you. Put a 1 in the chat if y'all following what I'm saying. We gotta make better decisions when it's investments. And then also we gotta look at the investment. Dang, college is gonna cost me about 40 grand a semester. Mentorship with Elle is going to cost me a tenth of that. 10% of that. 10% of semester is what Elle's mentorship is going to cost me. And you mean to tell me in 90 days my life could look totally different? Now, I'm not picking on y'all, but I am going to be upfront because I'm a straightforward person. Here's what I want to say. Drop a 2 in the chat if you want your life to look completely different. If you are tired of doing what you're currently doing right now and it's not working. Drop a three in the chat if currently what you doing right now, you can no longer afford to do this anymore. You can't be in this position on 365 from now. Drop a four in the chat if you try all of the things and you like yo, I need that one thing that I could commit to, that I'm gonna have help, that I am going to have a guarantee is gonna work because I cannot fall on my face no more. Drop a four in the chat if that's you. So here's what I'm gonna tell y'all, like I tell everybody else. Every entrepreneur meets a season where they have to make the toughest decision of their life, and that decision is you have to bet on you. Elle already got her millions. Elle is gonna get off this call. Her development that she's gonna do is gonna be regardless. And guess what she's saying? I would love to take the next generation of millionaire builders along with me because I got the blueprint and I'm not gonna let you fail. But here's the thing. Y'all gotta meet her halfway so she can take you the rest of the way. Now I'm gonna tell you about this time, y'all, and then we gonna get into the training. I was down to my last couple thousand dollars and I didn't even have it. I borrowed the money, y'all. I borrowed the money to pay a mentor because guess what? The most expensive cost in life is what I do not know. It was costing me too much to be owning the business and not knowing how to scale my business. It was owning me too much to be able to make $300,000 a year. But why am I behind on bills? Y'all follow me? The most expensive thing in life is what you do not know. Here's the separation that I need. Here's the separation that I need to make. I needed to part ways with the money. I was so gung-ho on making $300,000, but not knowing the things that can buy me back my time. Not knowing the systems that I need in place, not knowing how to have a right structure, not knowing all of the things that I need to be doing. And guess what? I spent too much time doing the wrong things, which was costing me the most. But here's the thing. The moment that I parted ways with the money, guess what happened? I got information that I did not have. Guess how many— guess how many changes it took, family? Can somebody guess in the chat how many changes it took? For me to go get different results? Can somebody guess in the chat? Can somebody take a wild guess? Miss Tina said one. It took one change, y'all. It took one change. It took one decision. One decision to go ahead and get one piece of information that I did not know, and it changed my life forever. And that's why I was able to go ahead and do $15 million in the last 3 years. Now, what y'all think the biggest regret was? Somebody talk to me. What y'all think the biggest regret was? And I promise y'all, we gonna get right into it. What y'all think the biggest regret was? I ain't know it sooner. Y'all, if I would have knew the result that I was going to get, I would have been paid the money. I would have been borrowed the money. I would have partnered with somebody who had it. And guess what? I would have figured it out because guess what? 38 years old. The average person only lives today 70. What does that mean, y'all? I got about 34 more summers, 34 more happy birthdays, 30 more— 34 more Thanksgivings if I'm lucky. I don't think— I don't think y'all understand me. The average person lives to 70. I'm 38. That means I got about 33 more summers, 33 more happy birthdays, 33 more New Years. If I'm lucky, how fast did the first 38 go? See, Miss Tina, the biggest, the biggest reason why I have that regret is because I'm currently living in my dream life from making that decision one day. And guess what? My dream car, my dream house, the time that I get to spend with my family and all those things. Guess what? I could have been living in my dream life sooner. Do y'all think I wanna wait until I was 59 and a half to retire when I don't have the freedom, the mobility, or the flexibility to do all the things that I enjoy and my family get the worst version of me? Or would y'all rather, or, or would y'all rather me say yes to myself now so that way I don't have to tell my family no in the future? I'm gonna give y'all a quote by Warren Buffett. He said, the, the seeds that you plant today will have your family sitting in the shade for the tomorrows. Every single day that y'all showed up for this challenge, y'all sowed the seed. Now here's the thing about the seed, family. The same day that you plant the seed is not the same day that you eat the fruit. I'll tell y'all about the bamboo tree and then we gonna get right into it. Miss Tammy, you plant a bamboo tree in front of your house. You come out year 1, water the bamboo tree. You like, dang, this thing ain't grow yet. I've been watering this thing every single day. You invite Miss Tina over. Miss Tina, I, I, I, I planted this tree 2 years ago. I've been watering it every day. Miss Tina start helping you water it. Miss Tina like, man, that thing ain't growing yet. It's year 3. You like, what? You invite Mr. Elder over, 4 years. You're like, yo, Mr. Elder, yo, we buried this in this same exact spot. We building this bamboo tree, we watering it, watering. Mr. Elder like, man, I'm out. It's year 5, Terry come over. Terry like, this where y'all planting the bamboo tree? All right, I'm gonna spend the night. Y'all come out, the bamboo tree 15 feet in the air overnight. That's for real, y'all. That's really how a bamboo tree grow. It's 15 feet in the air overnight. What does that mean? Some of y'all been planting seeds over the last couple years to be right here in this very moment to make a decision right now. But here's the thing: people don't stay in it long enough to see the bamboo tree get 15 feet. Drop a one in the y'all chat if y'all ready for the information. I think we got the mindset together. I think we got the mindset together. Is we feeling on fire, y'all? Is we feeling activated? Is we feeling inspired? Is we feeling ready to go? I don't like motivation because motivation leaves after the call is done. But I need to know, are we feeling activated? I like activation. I like feeling like, dang, you know what? I've been sitting on my potential and it's time to get up and stay up. I like activated. Like, yo, you know what? I've been sitting down. It's now time for me to stand up. And you know what? You can have my seat. You ever see people on the bus and they give somebody else their seat? They let them sit down. It's like, yeah, I'm okay with standing up. You can have that seat because I'm activated. All right, so here's what I'm gonna do, family. I'm gonna share my screen, and if I could just get some confirmation in the chat, that would be amazing. If y'all could see my screen and I could get some confirmation in the chat, just drop a 2 in the chat. Y'all should be seeing the Philadelphia website. Y'all should be seeing the Philadelphia government website. I am on phila.gov. Y'all here, y'all here. Here's here's what I need y'all to do. Here's what I need y'all to do. L tell the team take this link, drop this in the Telegram. Okay, let everybody know we here. Or the Facebook group. I'm sorry, drop this in the Facebook group. Y'all need to go and tell everybody we here right now. Class is in session. If y'all ain't catch nothing all of this week, I think this is gonna tie the big picture together for y'all, and this is really gonna show y'all what L. Is really, really showing y'all. And she's showing y'all, no matter what city you in, it don't matter where you at, it don't matter what background you come from, you can do this. And if you make a decision to do this, you gonna, you gonna make some money. But I need y'all to leave this call with the mindset knowing that, yo, I'm not leaving this call until I get some money. So here's the thing about me, y'all. I like for everybody to get some money. I like for Miss Tammy to get some money. I like the people around me to get some money. But guess what? The best way that we could go ahead and get some money is to get them the information to get some money. See, not— see, knowledge is okay, but applied knowledge is what really take you to the next level. And what I'm about to share with y'all, I'm about to actually share my screen and walk y'all through it. Okay? So y'all, so here's what I need y'all to do. I need y'all to go in the chat. I need y'all to go in that Facebook and I need y'all to comment, we here, under that link. Team, can we— can y'all get the team to drop that link in the chat? I need y'all to drop. I need y'all to drop that link and like, yo, we here. I need y'all let them know we here.
Okay.
Go ahead. Go ahead. Copy that link, y'all. Copy that link and send it to them. Okay. Now can everybody still see my screen? I just want to make sure we on point. I just want to make sure we on point. Go in that Facebook group, y'all, and tell them we here. Comment moneybags. Tell them we here. The the participants on this room should be increasing because one thing about me, one thing about L y'all, we love to see as many people as possible win. We love to see as many people as possible win. Okay? I'm telling y'all, y'all could win. All right? So here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna start. I'm gonna start getting to it, y'all. All right? So look, I am on the Philadelphia government website. Now the reason why I'm on this website is because I want y'all to see that this is actually real. This not some real estate guru, some, some— no, this actually real. Y'all can go to this website the team put in the chat and y'all can follow exactly what I'm saying. I see some people coming in here like, yeah, we here, we here. That's what I'm talking about, y'all. That's what community do. That's what community do. All right, so here's what I'm gonna do. I'm on a Philadelphia government website. The reason why I'm doing this, y'all, is because I'm showing you guys that I can't make this up when I'm about to show y'all. Okay? And let me know if my audio is clear. Okay? I cannot make this up. Okay? I can't make this up, y'all.
All right?
So what I'm— first thing I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go and I'm gonna go search the property. We about to get to the business right now. Okay? Now, when I go here, I'm gonna search this property address, 464846. Okay, then I'm gonna go search. All right, boom! Y'all can hear me clear? Amazing, amazing. Okay, so y'all seeing this? What y'all seeing right now? What y'all seeing right now is we are on a Philadelphia government website. This is public record. This is me. This is information that I'm sharing with y'all that's public knowledge. I can't hide this. Okay, so now right here when we go down, I'ma just show y'all what does this say? 3/14/2023. Okay. How much? Can somebody put in the chat how much I bought this property for real quick in the chat? Can somebody tell me in the chat how much did I buy this property for? Look, we— I'm right to it. Miss Katrina dropped it. $76,500. We gotta put all the coins, Miss Chapman. All the coins. Every cent counts in real estate. $500 is $500. Look, if we earn $500— look, if you gotta— if you got a, a refund check, I'm sorry, a cash-out refinance check, and it was $100,200. Guess what? You gonna say $100,200, right? We gonna get all our cents in. Okay. All right. So y'all, I bought this property for $76,500. Thank you, Nakira. All right. And guess what? Look how much I sold the property for. The sales price. Drop the sales price in the chat, family.
$100,000.
Now, just so y'all know, I am Runway Billionaire. That was bought in my LLC. Y'all see that was bought in my business name, but I sold that property for $324,000 and I bought it for $76,500. Now, just so, just so, just so y'all know, just so y'all know, right? I put about, I put about $110,000 worth of work into it, which has us at about $180 grand. We gonna call it— would y'all say good deal or bad deal?
Good deal.
Would y'all say good deal or bad deal? Let me know. Let me know. Somebody said good. Miss Victoria said good. Miss Victoria said good. Okay, okay, okay. Let me see. Good, good, good. I should see some comments that say better than good. I should see some comments that say better than good. Because here's the thing. Anytime, like, y'all should have done y'all numbers. Depends on how much you spent all in. I just told you how much I spent all in. You, you, you, you right, you right in the good part. See, here's the thing, y'all. Sometimes as investors, when we start, when we start to see things and we'd be like, yo, it's just a good, it's just a good deal or a bad deal, like, sometimes, y'all, you're gonna get a great deal in real estate. And you need to know what a great deal look like.
You didn't—
you need to know what a desirable deal looks like. So guess what? You could take the opportunity. Miss Carrie, let me tell you something about opportunities. They not giving, mamas, they taking. This was the opportunity that I took. Miss Tina, this was the opportunity that I took. I did not wait for this opportunity to come for me. I need y'all to understand in real estate, nobody coming to save you, family. In real estate, these opportunities, you take these opportunities. Miss Dominique, ain't nobody knock— ain't nobody about to knock on your door, Miss Dominique, and say, hey, I got a good deal, would you like it? And if you take it, guess what? On the other side, it's $100,000. These deals are taking. Can we put taking in the chat? Because I, I want y'all, I want— yo, this year y'all gonna take some deals. We taking some deals, y'all. And guess what? We taking some great deals at that. Now watch this, y'all. Watch this, y'all, because I said I was going to show y'all. Watch this, y'all. Now we're going to do a little homework because I want y'all to see. I want y'all to have a whole piece of the puzzle. I want y'all to have a whole piece of the puzzle. That's $76,500. This is that property that I bought, this red and white property with this awning right here. Can y'all see this? Can y'all see this ugly house? The ugliest house on the prettiest block. And I'm gonna show y'all something that's gonna blow y'all mind. Watch this, y'all. I'mma whisper because I don't want nobody to hear me. This the bad news. This the bad news, y'all. Y'all, this the bad news what I'm showing y'all right now. I bought this ugly house for $76,500. I put about $110,000 into it. All right, we gonna say we all in at $180,000 and I sold it for $320,000. $20,000. Now watch this. I had to rehab that property, right? I had to rehab that property. And when I rehabbed that property— this is all public record, this is why I'm showing y'all this, so that way y'all can actually see it. All right, so what I did was, y'all, the reason why I was able to sell it is because I went and turned one property, that same single-family house, and I went and I turned it into 2. Y'all follow me? Let me know if y'all can see this picture. Let me know if y'all can see this picture in the chat. Let me know. Let me know if y'all can see this picture in the chat. I turned one property into two. So then I had this amazing lady, y'all. I had this amazing lady. Somebody said no, they can't see it. Just drop a 1 in the chat if y'all can see my screen. Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all can still see this, if y'all can see this amazing work that I was putting into this property. Okay, perfect, perfect. I love it, I love it. So watch this, y'all. Watch this. This is what I want y'all to see. I turned this ugly house that I got for $76,500. I put some work into it, about $110,000, then I sold it for $320,000. Okay, let me know if the sound is good. Just let me get a 2 in the chat if the sound is good. I just want to make sure y'all can hear me. I do not want y'all to miss this game. I don't, I don't want y'all to miss this game. Y'all about to get some good game. I don't want y'all to miss it. Okay, cool. Okay, cool. Miss Carrie, try to go back out of Zoom and come back in. Sometimes Zoom be tripping, especially when we giving a game like this. I want y'all to stay locked in. Okay, in the— okay, in the end of power. Okay, in the end of power to the miss. All right, I just want y'all to get it. All right, I look— you done made me move closer to the Wi-Fi and all that. I want to make sure y'all get this game. Okay, okay, now watch this. All right, Miss Tammy, we locked in. Miss Tina, we locked in. Miss Terry, we locked in. Mustafa, we locked in. Mustafa. So look, y'all, I took one property, the ugliest house on the prettiest block, paid $76,000 for it. And then I put a $110,000 into it, and then I sold it for $320,000. Made a nice penny. Made a nice, nice penny. And then I met this lady. Her name's Elle McGee. And Elle McGee, she said, well, Runway, why you ain't just build from the ground up? Why you ain't just do new construction? Why you ain't just this, this, that, and the third? And I said, well, Elle, ain't nobody ever— nobody ever told me. Like I see people doing it, but nobody ever put me on game. And she said, "Well, yeah, like bro, boss man." What she call me, y'all? She like, "Boss man." All you gotta do is. And I said, "Oh." So can I show you? Can I show y'all what she showed me? Let me get a yes in the chat if I could show y'all what she showed me. I should see the yeses going crazy in the chat because this is the good news, y'all. I should see the yeses going crazy in the chat right now. Because this is the good news, y'all. Watch this. Watch this, y'all. Oh my God, this is what she showed me. Now, now, now, we all know gas a little high right now, right? Gas is a little high right now. So here's, here's what we gonna do. We gonna, we gonna get it. We gonna get in a virtual. We gonna get in a virtual jet. Okay, we gonna fly down. We in Philadelphia, by the way, right now. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Okay, L is in L is in Georgia. Right? So watch this, Miss Terry. If your audio is going, come back in. Look, we gonna go, we gonna go around the block, y'all. Not even, not even 400 steps. We gonna go around the block. Okay, around the block. And what do we got right here? Can somebody type in what do we have right there? Can somebody tell me what do we have right here? Talk to me in the chat, y'all. Talk to me in the chat, y'all. Okay, land. Rico said empty lot. Okay, land lot. Okay, all right, perfect, perfect. Okay, y'all see what I see. So, so, so then Elle said, boss man, boss man. She said, she said, boss man, uh, can somebody tell me what is that? What is that right there? Can somebody tell me what is that right there? Somebody let me know in the chat. Uh, what's, what's this right here? Ah, Elder said money. Land, land. I think it should be lands with an S. That's, that's a, that's a couple parcels right there. Y'all follow me? Okay.
All right.
And then we're gonna go down the block and we're gonna go, we're gonna go right here. And can somebody tell me what that is right there? Uh, another piece of land. Uh, how many is that so far, y'all? How many is that so far, y'all? I only went about 400, 500 feet. About, about 3, 3, 3, 4. Is that fair to say, y'all? Okay. All right. So then across the street, Al told y'all about teardowns. Okay. So right next to this lot right here, like, wouldn't it make sense to go ahead and just— this already It, it don't make no sense to build it up and did what I did with it. Wouldn't it make sense to just go ahead and tear it down? Somebody let me know in the chat. Elle, you, you, Elle, you let me know. Am I, am I crazy a little bit? But wouldn't it just make sure that like it makes sense to go ahead and just tear that down and then we just go ahead and try to just acquire all this? Go ahead, go ahead and put something together for our investors and just let them know, yo, we looking at, we looking at about 4 lots. Side by side. I don't know. I might be a little crazy, y'all. I might, I might be a little crazy, y'all. I just, I just might be built something big, right? Built something big. Like get our investors on the same page and we gonna go ahead and build something big, y'all. Now watch this. We gonna go down the block a little bit more. We gonna go down, we gonna go down the block a little bit more. And look, these people said, uh-uh, no, y'all ain't building nothing here. We gonna buy the lot and we gonna turn into our driveway. But if you look next door, if you look next door, let's keep going. If you look next door, boom!
What?
What? Another lot. Y'all, come on, we gonna, we gonna keep going. We gonna go down the street. Another lot. Can I ask y'all a question? On a block around the corner— I'm gonna stop, I'm gonna stop sharing my screen. So, so I need y'all to look at me for a second. Right around the corner, Miss Terry, 600, 800 feet, right around the corner, multiple lots. That could be built on. Miss Terry, ask me how I know. Miss Tammy, ask me how I know. Miss Tina, ask me how I know. Mr. Elder, ask me how I know. Somebody ask me how I know in the chat. How do I know other than what I just showed y'all? How I know those lots could be built? I'm about to show y'all the money right now. I'm about to show y'all the money. I'm gonna share my screen. We gonna go back to filler.gov, okay? This is why, this is why I'm showing y'all this due diligence. Just a small portion of it. Due diligence. I am going to click on RM1, which stands for residential multifamily. I'm gonna click on this and it's gonna bring me a map up of the whole entire Philadelphia. And basically it's gonna show me where my parcel is at, which is that purple box that's right here. And then all around the corner, even that lot that's on the corner right there, it's a residential multifamily, which means I don't gotta just build one house there. I can build Multifamily units. Drop a one in the chat if that makes sense, y'all.
Drop a one.
Drop a one in the chat if that makes sense. I'm about to give. I'm about to give y'all some real good news. Oh yeah, y'all thought. Y'all thought I was. Y'all thought I was coming to play today. Y'all thought I was going. Y'all thought. Y'all thought. Yeah, I know this guy facial tattoos. Yeah, he got his glasses on. He looks smart. He looks like he knows what he's talking about. I want y'all to see this in real time, y'all, in real time, in the simplest form that I can possibly give it to y'all and showing y'all in real results. Now watch this. The RM-1 is residential multifamily, and what this means, y'all, you got to know your zoning, okay? This zoning basically says that by right I could build a duplex. I don't go to— I don't have to go down to the city, Miss Tammy. Mustafa, I ain't got to go down to the city and fight with them and ask them, can I build multifamily? Because guess what? The city has already zoned it for me to already do this, if this makes sense. Y'all follow me? So the day that I require— the day that I acquired a lot, guess what, y'all? I already know how much money I can make. Now here go the difference. Bad news, I bought the property that was beat up for $76,500. I put $110,000, $120,000 into it, sell it for $320,000. Good news for y'all, I do the same thing, Elle's framework. I go do a lot so I ain't gotta tear nothing down. All I gotta do is pour a little foundation, I build it up, and guess what? When I go sell that property, it is going to be about $700,000. It is gonna be about double the value of what I did from just rehabbing the property because I build it and I force the value. So good news, I still made some good money, right? Bad news, I still made some good money. But good news, did I make more money? Because if I was to go show you a new build construction, damn near same square footage, just because it's built from the ground up, it's going to be worth twice as much. What we call that is we call that forced appreciation. We force the value of the house because we didn't take an old structure and refurbish it. We got a brand new car right off the lot. Y'all follow me? We don't have a depreciating asset. We ain't, oh yeah, it's 20— it's 2026 and we gonna go ahead and get us a 2022 and the price came down. No, Gabe, we built this thing in 2026 and guess what? It's a 2026 price. New model, baby, fresh off the lot. We get 2026 prices for it. That's the clearest way that I could put it. Now here's the thing, y'all. Same amount of time. Same amount of time, family. It's gonna take me the same amount of time to rehab that property, same amount of time to build that property. I say, I say about a 3-week, a month difference. 3 weeks to a month different with some permits and stuff. Same amount of time. Value, I sell it for $320,000. Bad news, good news. I sell it for $700, $750. In the chat, can y'all— can somebody let me know, would y'all rather have good news or bad news? Even if y'all had the bad news, it's still good news, family. Even if y'all had the bad news, it is still good news.
And it's—
and it's better than good, if I'm being honest. But is this making sense so far? iPhone said both. Like, now here's the thing, y'all. Here's the thing. Team, can y'all message me that link, please? Here's the thing, y'all. Watch this. Would you rather try to figure this out by yourself, or would you rather have somebody coach you through this and show you how to do this step by step over the next 90 days? What if I told y'all the next 90 days is all that you need to know every single thing that you need to know and get all of the answers, all of the guidance, all the accountability, all of the community? Because here's the thing, y'all, when you, when you're doing it by yourself, it's lonely. It's like going to the gym. It's like saying, I want to lose 10 pounds and I'm gonna go to the gym and I'm gonna go by myself. I'm gonna tell y'all, it's no, it's no I in team, but it's an I in idiot. I'm not, I'm not playing. I'm not, I'm not playing on none of y'all intelligence, but only fools do it alone, y'all. Every company that's a, that's a Fortune 500 company, they built it and they built it with people. Somebody said, I'm not from Phil— I'm not from Atlanta though, I'm from Philly. I'm from Philly. I just showed you Philadelphia. If you go look up philly.gov, we were just on Philly. I just showed you. Fraud. Like, tell her, like, it don't matter where you do this at. Principle is principle. Principle is principle. Okay, the numbers is the numbers. Do you think that the 65% rule only work— it only work in Philadelphia? It don't work in Virginia. It don't work in California. It don't work in North Carolina. It don't work in Georgia. Y'all follow me? What I'm telling y'all is to be able to do this and do this the right way and make your next 90 days count. Make sure that your next 90 days is not the next 90 days of you sitting thinking about the next thing, what I'm going to do. You actually could be doing it, and you actually could have somebody that's showing you how to do it. Now here's the thing, I'ma just be transparent. It's gonna be people here that's gonna be like, uh, I'm gonna let money stand in my way. And then there's gonna be some people, there's gonna be some people that's like, I'm not letting nothing stand in my way. That is the type of people that Elle wanna work with. I'm gonna tell y'all right now, Elle cannot make a loser win. And what I mean by that, if you are not gonna show up and you're not gonna, you're not gonna come to Elle and say, hey Elle, listen, I don't know anything, but I'm trusting you to give me everything to be successful and I'm gonna be here. Every step of the way, and I'm gonna figure this thing out. I'm gonna do whatever it takes. Guess what? That's the mindset of a winner. If you are not going better on yourself, if you give up easy when something gets hard, and you toot your face up and you throw in the towel, I'm gonna be honest. This is probably not going to be for you. But if you are somebody that's like, yo, it ain't even a faith walk for real, for real, because guess what? She gonna show you for sure. Like y'all, it ain't too many things that's guaranteed. Miss Tina, it ain't too many things that's guaranteed. All you got to do is put in the work. If you are somebody that put in the work and you like, yo, you, you want to see a result from the work that you put in, this is one of those things. Now, now here go the thing, y'all. We, we all, we all have no problem working. We get up, go to work every single day. We don't got no problem working. But here's the thing, we work more on our job than we do on ourselves. We work more in our job than we do on our investments. We we work on more of the things that could just y'all know y'all know what a job stand for just over broke because it don't matter how much you put into your job is not guaranteed but your investment the work that you put on there when you get off your nine to five you should have a six to twelve you should have something. that you are betting on. You should have something that you invested in, something that is taking you to the next level that you are committed to working on. Somebody said, I'm, I'm in Atlanta, let's work together. Like, y'all, y'all should have community. Y'all should have accountability. There's 3 reasons why people don't be successful. I'm gonna name these things and just drop these in the chat if these are you. One, you need accountability. You know exactly what to do, but you cannot bring yourself to do it. And guess what? You need somebody to have the roadmap already mapped out for you and just check in with you. Miss Terry, did you do this yet? Guess what, Miss Terry? Now you got accountability because you can't come to that call with it not done, Miss Terry, especially after you invested, especially after somebody gave you a shot. The second thing, I'm gonna ask y'all a question why y'all dropped that. I'm gonna ask y'all a question why I dropped that. How many people is y'all show— how many people right now are showing y'all how to be developers? How many people right now are showing, showing y'all they playbook, connecting y'all with their resources, bringing their lenders on the call, helping y'all get access to funding? How many people is doing that? So when I'm looking for a person that is gonna help me be successful, I'm looking at all them things. Terry, guess what? Philly right over the bridge. We building Jersey too. How many people Are giving y'all access to the resources that they are using. Y'all follow what I'm saying? How, how many people are actually devoting their time? Elle could just go ahead and do her real estate, y'all. She don't have to create an opportunity for other people to be successful in this thing called building. But here's the thing. There are a shortage on homes. There are a shortage on homes, y'all. America is short on homes. We need more builders. So when you have this thing, Miss Tammy, that's called supply and demand. This is why she's able to make the type of money that she's able to make by doing these deals, because you are supplying the shortage. Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all know what I'm talking about. You are not getting into a business. Where there's no demand. You are not getting into a business where it's like, oh, we gonna create the next Uber. You are getting into a business that is ran by math. And as long as the math makes sense, AKA as long as the deal makes sense, then guess what? You're gonna get that outcome. And if you do not follow the math, you are not gonna get that outcome. But here's the thing, y'all need these 3 things, accountability, I know exactly what I need to do. I just need to make sure that when I do it, I need to know that I'm doing it right. Drop a 1 in the chat. That's you. Drop a 1 in the chat. That's you. I know exactly what I need to do, but I need confirmation. I need feedback, a feedback loop to know that I'm doing it right because I, I'm not at the place in my life right now where I could afford to do it wrong anymore. Okay. The second thing is this too, community. Yes, I want to do this, but I want to know that I'm not the only one that's getting results, and I want to see from other results so I don't make those mistakes. And I just feel good around having that other energy because I might not be the charismatic person. I might be shy. I might be this, this, this, that, and the third. But I need to be in community so that way I can hear other people's questions and other people's feedback because they might have asked something that I didn't ask, or I might be with somebody who is learning in the same city that I'm in. So guess what? While Mustafa is doing his deal, I can hit up Mustafa. Yo, do you you mind if I stop past because I'm supposed to be doing framing next week and I want to make sure that my stuff is right? Or, what guide did you use, Mustafa? And when they done with yours, I could come over there. That's the power of community, family. Drop a 3 in the chat if y'all, if, if y'all need that. I know we always want to do it by ourselves, y'all, but I'm telling y'all that community is powerful. And it's— and, and the next thing that y'all need is y'all need execution, y'all. Y'all need a clear plan of execution. Y'all need a step 1 to step done, not some random things that you gotta connect together. You gotta piece them all together, but y'all need a step 1 to step done. Tina, I'm pretty sure if I tell you every single thing that you gotta do from step 1 to step done, you seem like, you seem like an incredible person. You seem like, yo, if you tell me exactly what to do, I ain't got no problem doing it. I just need to know what to do and what order to do them. And that's the execution, y'all. And Elle has that outline for y'all every single day for the next 90 days. So imagine y'all having accountability. Imagine y'all having a community. And most importantly, imagine y'all having an execution plan for the next 90 days that take y'all from step 1 to step done. Okay? Now Elle talked about the opportunity y'all yesterday. Is it okay if I talk about it for my people here today? I just wanna know if it's okay, if it's okay if I talk about what she prepared for y'all over the next 90 days. I just want to know, is that okay before I do it? I want to know if that's okay. I want to clearly explain to y'all so y'all can have a roadmap in your head to know, not just another person that's talking at y'all, but for y'all to know, like, dang, what do my next 90 days look like as a real estate developer? What does my— what does my next 90 days look like as a real estate developer with no experience? I don't know anything. My credit is not in order. I don't have all of the money. How do I create a buy box so that way I could go ahead and I can get investors and I can use OPM? Y'all follow what I'm saying? I'm seeing some of the questions in the chat like, I'm seeing some of the questions in the chat like, well, what if my credit not in order? Well, well, well, well, what if I don't have the money? Let me give y'all these 3 things and then we're gonna talk about it, family. It's, it's 3 levels. Level 1, other people's money. Other people's money is at the bottom. That's level 1. That's like the easiest. Miss Tina, if I got a good deal that makes sense on paper, remember I said it's math and all the numbers line up, right? And I got that buy box and I give it to an investor, private money. It's somebody right now. I don't care what the economy is telling y'all. It's somebody right now, they got money sitting to the side and they got it in a high-yield savings account that's giving them like 3%. And then, Miss Tina, I got a buy box and I tell them, look, I could get them 8%. Guess what? They pulling their money right out that goddamn 3%. And guess what? They, they lending me that money so they could get 8%. I'm telling y'all, some of y'all got 401s right now and them 401s is doing like 5, 6%. But guess what? If you had an opportunity that could get you 10, 12%, guess what? You pulling that money right out there because you're a smart investor. If I can get more percentage for my money, it's coming out. Y'all follow what I'm saying? So I need y'all to understand, like, do— don't, don't come with the mindset of the money conversation being scarce, because when you come with a scarcity money mindset, guess what happens? You now like, oh, nobody's gonna lend me the money and I don't have the money, so this is not for me. No. When you got a good deal and you got a— and you got a good buy box and that deal makes sense, guess what the lenders do? Charlie Sheen, show me the money. Y'all follow me? Okay, number 2 is this: other people's assets. Remember, OPM is at the bottom, other people's money. OPA, other people's assets. What assets does Elle have that I could go ahead and I can borrow? What assets do she have that I could already go ahead and use? What assets does she already have? She already got the lenders. She already got funding lined up for you when you in position. Like, she showed y'all a glimpse of what mentorship looked like this week. She like, yo, she like, yo, look, come talk to my lender. But guess what? It's a different conversation, Mr. Elder, when she say, hey. Yeah, Mr. Elder is one of my students. He came through my program. Yeah, that, uh, that, uh, that 3%, um, origination fee. Yeah, get him 2%. And if that person is lending you $450,000, you do the difference between 2% and 3% on a half a million dollars. Mr. Elder, guess what? It's mentorship that pays for itself. Now watch this last one, and this is my favorite one, is at the top. Other people's opportunities. I see so many people that's like, I'm in Jersey, I'm in Philly, I'm in here, I'm in here, I'm here. Do y'all think that deals come across Elle's table, one, that she don't have the capacity to take, two, that might be in a city that she does not operate in? And who do y'all think those deals go to first? Who do y'all think those opportunities come to first? So just imagine somewhere in Georgia that Elle don't necessarily build in. And y'all, hey, hey, family. Hey, I got this thing that just came across my table. I got this opportunity that just came across my table. I don't want my team to have to drive an hour and a half over there to go ahead and do it because we gonna be in it for 90 days. And then I got something like right down the street. So guess what? If you in my program and you my, and you my mentee, guess what? You get it first. That's the most powerful thing, y'all. I got so much money off of passed up opportunities because of somebody's bandwidth. I, I don't, I don't think, I don't think y'all understand me. I don't think y'all quite understand me. I'm just using the city as an example. But when you are a builder, you get people, you get wholesalers that hit you up worldwide because they see you. They see you, they see you on Instagram, they see you doing what you— they see, hey, do you want to come in another market? I could tell you right now, Elle got people in her DMs that's saying, hey, um, yeah, do you build out DC? Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all follow me. OPM is at the bottom. Other people's money is one of the easiest things to get because if the deal makes sense, they gonna lend you the money. Level 2, OPA, other people's assets. What assets do Elle have? Elle already got all the assets. So you imagine going out trying to be a first-time builder Talking to a lender, trying to get lending on your own as a first-time builder with no cosign, no backing. Miss Cecily, I'd like to see you go do that. But when you have somebody who had the assets, who got the lender, and they like, hey, look, yeah, I, I cosign for them. And then 3, other people's opportunities, y'all. Elle having so much on her plate, so many opportunities that she got to turn deals down. I know y'all saying, well, why would she turn those— turn deals down? Well, it's 3 reasons why all investors turn deals down.
Distance—
it's just, it's just out of my radius of where I want to build that. Divorce— I probably gotta go through some extra paperwork to get the property that I don't feel like necessarily going through. Or death— somebody died and then I got to do some extra paperwork where I don't feel like doing it, and it's going to tie up my process. So is it okay if I show y'all how to leverage all of those things and work with Elle? Let me just get a yes in the chat and I'm gonna talk right through it, y'all. Let me know if it's a yes in the chat, if I can share my screen and I could talk right through it. You guys have been so amazing tonight. I know y'all gonna crush it as investors because you guys have been so, so, so, so amazing tonight. And I myself personally, Can't wait to see y'all. I can't wait to see y'all progress. I can't wait to see what y'all, what y'all become in the next 4 to 5 months. Most importantly, over the next 3 months. But I came to Elle's conference, y'all, a few months ago in July. And I was, I was, I was here in July and I came to a conference. And, um, this is her second time doing this. And I saw people getting $100,000 checks. Elle, I don't know if you got that image of that young lady with that, with that, with that 6-figure check. I might, I might have took a picture with her and I'll share it, y'all. But I saw this lady and she had, she got, she had a $100,000 check and I was like, I'm like, yo, she just signed up with Elle in May. I'm like, yo, and it's already, I'm like, it's already July and she all, she's already doing it. And, and it just spoke to the testament of How thorough Elle was with her coaching, how hands-on she was, um, and then also just the readiness and preparedness of the person. Y'all follow what I'm saying? So this is not one of those things where you— one of those programs where you sit in and then you like, oh yeah, no, I'm, I'm gonna catch up on the calls, I'm gonna catch the recordings. This is, this is one of those things where you actually say, yo, I'm actually doing it. Can y'all type doing in the chat if y'all ready to actually do it? Like, can y'all type do it in the chat if y'all want to actually do it and not just sit on the sidelines? If y'all actually want to participate and do— like, I want to know who's ready to do it. Not ready to sit like, yo, if credit is the problem, we got to do something about it. If finding the deal is the problem, Y'all, we gonna do it. If finding the money is the problem, y'all, we gonna do it. But this is that season, y'all. Last season of the year. This is the time that we go do it, y'all. And this is how you do it. This is the Builder's Blueprint. This is a 90-day construction to cash program, okay, where you go from idea to land to fund it and build. What am I saying? Okay, cool. I got an idea of the land that I want. How do I come up with the funding, whether I'm gonna go through my own credit resources or whether I'm gonna create a buy box? I want everybody to look in the chat right now and look at Miss Jonita, uh, Harbison. $100,000 check, y'all. Y'all see it? 7/25/2026, y'all. This not a game, y'all. This, this is going to be some of y'all in the next 3 months. This is, this is, this is going to be y'all in the chat in the next 3 months. This is real. And this is what it looks like. Okay, so somebody's asking about credit. That's what the funding portion is, y'all. You got 3 months to work on your credit. You got time to get all your ducks in a row.
Okay.
Also, time to get funding. All right. Making sure that you go through the process of making sure that you got all your ducks in a row, y'all. She is not gonna leave you in a bad position to say, okay, cool. Well, you got the information, but your credit's still shot. No. Let me show you how to position yourself where credit is not gonna be as big of a factor. Let me show you how to create a buy box. Let me show you how to go get some private money. Let me show you how to structure a presentation that you could present To a private money lender where they give you the money where they're not basically looking at your credit. Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all actually know that these lenders exist. Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all actually know that there's people out here that's lending money not based off your credit, but based off of the deal because they know, yo, if the deal makes sense, I know I get an ROI. They not looking at your credit. Let me tell y'all something. See, I know what the thing is, y'all. We so used to buying our primary house. Where they want our social, they want our DNA, our hair samples. Anybody here bought a primary house? Oh my God. Buying your primary house. Oh my God.
Right?
It's way different when you're buying an investment property, family. All they asked me was for some LLC documents, which Elle is going to make sure that y'all, make sure y'all get an opportunity to go ahead and create a, uh, create an LLC. Oh, I'm not sure if you got, if you got the link for them, but I would love to get them something special where everybody could go ahead and y'all could get a free LLC consultation so y'all know how y'all could be structured. How would that sound, y'all? How would that sound if y'all could know how my LLC need to be structured not only for funding, but when I go ahead and I do my real estate transaction? Okay, so let me walk through this and let me go ahead and let me show y'all this because we got y'all covered. On all bases. All right, so this is the Builder Blueprint, 90-day construction program, y'all. Ideal land, fund it, build, and then profit. Profit is my favorite part because once you do all of these things right, you good. Now, when does it start, family? It starts October 7th to December 22nd. So by Christmas, this y'all Christmas gift to yourself. By Christmas, y'all will be certified builders. Y'all will have everything that y'all need to be certified builders. And a lot of y'all will probably have land under contract, and y'all will actually be doing deals within the 3 months. So by Christmas, by Christmas, can y'all type deal in the chat? If by Christmas, if y'all want to have a deal under contract and be actively inside of your deal, can y'all put deal in the chat? If y'all— by Christmas, y'all, I want y'all to see these dates because I'm a, I'm a date-oriented type of person. I'm like, dang, you know what? Christmas is right around the corner. It's gonna come fast. And guess what? I need to be able to do what? Be in a deal by Christmas. All this is telling me, Miss Chapman, my 2027 ain't gonna look like my 2026. Mr. Elder, my 2027 ain't gonna look like my 2026. My, my, my, my, my paychecks My paychecks, Miss Shaw, gonna be my playchecks. Miss Terry, my paychecks at my job gonna be my playchecks. That's gonna be the things that I vacation with. That's gonna be the things that I shop with because now I'm gonna be in a position to earn more than I earned in a year in three months. Y'all y'all following me here? Let let let me know. Let me know if this sounds like something that we standing on. If we not, if we not going into 2027 looking like 2026. If your life looks incredible right now, by all means. But y'all, could it get better? Because I know that life get better when you get better. See, the difference from me when I was investing, I was making $300,000 a year but still was looking like, still looking like I lived paycheck to paycheck. Here's the difference, y'all. I didn't have a money mindset. My mindset was going to designer. My mindset was going to going out. My mindset was going to all of the things but investing. And it wasn't until I invested, till I changed my mindset, that my life started looking different. And y'all, life get better when I get better. So I knew the better I get, guess what? The bigger my bank account get, the better my relationship with my spouse get, the better my deals get. All right, so here's what we gonna do, family. Watch this. October the seventh is when we start every Wednesday, seven thirty to nine p.m. So guys, if y'all showed up consistently this week, y'all y'all y'all on time. All right. So here's what we gonna get. Y'all gonna have a ninety day step one to step done. And this is what I love about Elle's program, y'all, because there's no guessing about what is going to happen. What is my month one going to look like? What is my month two going to look like? What is my month three going to look like? She gives y'all the breakdown exactly of what it's going to look like. Your month 1 is going to look like execution, identifying high-profit, high-profit land opportunities. Mr. Elder, right from, right from month 1, we looking at land. Mr. Elder, it ain't say nothing about waiting on credit. It's a credit lenders capital stacking breakdowns. We start breaking down the credit so you could get that in month 1. So by month 2, when you start land acquisition, guess what? You already got your stuff together. Can y'all drop 1 in the chat for month 1 if y'all understand? I need to make sure that we understand. I need to make sure that we are not sitting on our hands and our knees. Like, I need y'all to understand that, yo, in month 1, we already identifying profitable land to be able to put under contract. We already analyzing deals so the numbers protect who? Not me, but you. Making sure that you got a desirable deal that the numbers make sense, okay? And then credit lenders and capital stacking breakdowns showing you how to actually Partner with the lenders, okay? Stack up the credit, doing what you need to do, and then structure your deal so the lender say yes. So in month 1, guess what we doing? We already preparing ourselves for the yes and not the nos, okay? So month 1, the real focus for month 1, family, is you locking the deal and you secure the funding to move forward. This don't say nothing about your credit score being a 540. Your credit score being bad. It's gonna say nothing. Just say everything opposite of that. Just drop a 1 in the chat. We locked in for month 1, y'all. I wanna make sure, I wanna make sure we got a clear understanding of what we're investing in before we invest in. Okay. I should see 1. All right.
All right.
I see the 1s now. I see the 1s now. I'm about to say I should see more 1s than that. I should see more 1s than that. All right. Month 2 is like this, y'all. Y'all get the full scope of work broken down line by line. So now you know what your cost is gonna be out of pocket. You know how much you're spending. You know what your budget is, Miss Tammy. So you do not go over budget. Okay? And then your contractor management and your timeline, knowing, knowing that my job is not going to exceed 90 days. Okay? And then how to act as your own GC to save thousands. Let me take these glasses off real quick. I'm gonna tell y'all a little secret. My, y'all, I make, I make 6 figures a year just being my own GC. Just being my own general contractor. You know why, Miss Chapman? I might build for $100 a square foot, but if I go out and I go get Miss Terry as my general contractor, Miss Terry gonna tell me $185 a square foot. So I'm paying $85 more a square foot just to let Miss Terry come be the general contractor on my own job. Well, guess what? Miss Tammy, I could be the general contractor on my own job. And Elder, I could pay myself to be my own general contractor, aka, which means, guess what, y'all? I get paid just to show up. I get paid just to show up to my own job site that I already have to do. Is y'all making sense of what I'm saying? Like, like, y'all, like, like, like, like, look at, look, look at me for a second. I got my cream on today. It's very nice. I'm sitting on the balcony. I'm not swinging no hammer, no nails, y'all. That's, that's, that's not my thing. Miss Terry, I promise you, I'm not, I'm not handy at all. I jack something up. But guess what? When I come to that job site and I point and I say I want this, or I organize my subs to go ahead and get it done, and I go get my bids Y'all follow what I'm saying? I am now my own GC. I now control my budget. And guess what? I now put some GC money in my pocket. Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all follow me. You ain't gotta be a rocket scientist to do this, but guess what? You do have to have somebody that walk you through the process. Okay? Now she's gonna make sure that y'all got live site visit breakdown. See, it's one thing to learn the real estate on a Zoom call. But it's another thing. It's another thing, y'all, to be able to see what's going on out in the field so that way when you get out in the field, Ms. Chapman, you know exactly what to look for. So month 2, what that outcome is, okay? Month 2, what that outcome is, family, okay? I see you dropping land in the chat. Month 2, what that outcome is, is you move through the construction without confusion and costly mistakes. One of the biggest things that people, like, people have questions about when it comes to development Or just, or just real estate is, dang, is my contractors going to screw me over? What happens when you have a bulletproof contracted management and timeline control system? What happens when you know, like, oh, if it's not done this time, Ms. Chapman, my contractors pay me because they're late. And guess what, y'all? We ain't never paying a contract 100%. Oh, oh, oh, can I give y'all some game real quick? Let me know about— let me know, I'll give y'all some game real quick. All right, so watch this, y'all. Let's just say I gave a contract 100% of the money. Let's say it was $20,000. My contractor was coming in and he was coming over to do framing. God forbid I paid the man $20,000. Bro come over, he get into a car accident, say I can't do the job. I now gotta go find another contractor, plus foot out another $20,000 to go ahead and get it done. Now, if I only gave him $7,500 or $6,500 to go ahead and start it, then guess what? I think I, I think I can manage. Losing $6,500 over $20,000. Would y'all agree? Would y'all agree with me? Now watch this, y'all. Watch this. I want y'all to catch this. Once you start dealing with certain, uh, uh, like I'll use lumberyards for example. After you start, after you start getting some experience and you start building relationships, y'all, this is why relationships is most, is most important. This is why other people's assets and other people's opportunities is the most important. Because guess what? Let's just say I've been working with this lumberyard and then my lumberyard give me a net 30. Miss Tammy, what that means is my lumberyard said, hey, your balance is $30,000, but you can pay us in 30 days. Now guess what? They dropped the lumber off. I get my whole thing framed up. I get a draw from my lender, $35,000. I paid the $30,000 for the lumberyard. And then I paid a little $5,000 extra for just me being a GC. Man, it pays to have relationships, y'all. It pays to have relationships, y'all. Y'all follow what I'm saying? Now, can y'all tell me, in a situation like that, how much money did I come out of pocket? How much money did I come out of the pocket? Zero. Zero. So that— so, so that's what month 2 looked like, y'all. It's making sure that y'all got all y'all ducks in a row, making sure that y'all contractors is in tight, timelines is in tight, and acting as your own GC so you can save some money. And then we got month 3, y'all, where y'all, we, we all gonna exit in your profit strategy. Can y'all put profit in the chat? Because I want every single person here to make profit. Every single individual here, I want y'all to make profit. Can y'all put profit in the chat?
Profit.
I love profit. All right, so the biggest thing that I love what Elle does is she get her properties sold before they even at completion. So, so, Miss Tammy, instead of something sitting on the market 30, 40, 50, 60 days, it's gone before it even go to an MLS. It's gone before it's even listed on Zillow, Redfin, or all these other sites. Where now it's gonna sit on the market and now I gotta make it to the general public to go bid on it and try to get the lowest possible number, if y'all know what I'm talking about. But now you're gonna pre-sell that thing before it's even finished, and then you're gonna find and attract buyers and investors. Okay? She gonna hook you up with a proposal framework that gets your deal accepted, and then just make sure that your exit strategy is the best strategy for you. Ms. Chapman, your exit strategy might look different from Ms. Shaw. Miss Shaw might say, shoot, you know what, I got some stuff going on, kid in college, you know what I'm saying? Hey, I need my money and I need it now. JG Wetworth, you know what I'm saying? Miss Chapman might say, yo, you know what, I might want to leave some more equity in a deal, so I might want to hold it for about 6 months and then let the value go up and then sell it. But whatever the position is, she gonna make sure that you position for maximum profit. Just put 1 in the chat if y'all got that. I want to make sure y'all got that. Exit strategy is most important because guess what? This keeps you from losing money and bleeding profit. All right, now we're gonna get into it, y'all. Here's what y'all get, y'all. Y'all get biweekly calls, 90 minutes each call. Did y'all feel like this call was valuable that I gave y'all today? Do y'all feel like y'all are closer or further away from being— becoming a builder? Let me know in the chat. We only spent about 90 minutes together, but just imagine biweekly. You have calls that's like this where it's actually teaching, okay? And it's actually getting you clear, but it's focused on one hyper-specific result. So what that mean, Ms. Terry?
You—
a lesson is taught, right? And then now you not stuck with, oh, next week I gotta come to class with my homework. No, Ms. Chapman, you got time to dissect the knowledge and then have a week to go implement it and get feedback. So by the time— the next time you come to The call the following week after, you like, hey, I actually had time to implement it. I don't know about y'all, but weekly calls do me like this, y'all. It put me under pressure that I don't necessarily need. I didn't even have enough time. That damn Wednesday call come so fast and I'm like, ah, I had life was life and you feel me, Mr. Elder? Ms. Chapman like, yep, that's how it be. So it's designed for you to execute and for you to be able to move effectively for y'all to get results, y'all. It's not for y'all to sit in front of a screen and just throw knowledge at you that you can't pick up, right? It's there for you to say, hey, Ms. Chapman, here's this week's lesson. Here's this week's homework. Go and execute that. And while you're executing that, let us know how you're doing so that way we can give you feedback. So by the time we teach next lesson, you had a week and some change to be able to do it. All right? Now, what y'all do have in between those weeks Is weekly implementation. So, Ms. Chattnell, what that looks like is, hey, we checking in. We gave y'all stuff last week. Where you at with it? Let's check and make sure that it's done. And guess what? You could go ahead and you could get Loom feedback, a video in real time, Ms. Shaw, that say, here's what I did, but for some reason my numbers is not lining up. What am I doing wrong? Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all feel like this is valuable. I don't know about y'all, but I'm not the person that's gonna watch some recordings. I'm gonna show up to the calls and guess what? I'm gonna get off the call and I'm gonna execute what I learned. But then I'm gonna go implement some of the stuff and I wanna know if I'm doing it right. And then y'all ever go on YouTube and then you doing something, but your screen don't look like they screen, but you still trying to go through it and you like, my screen don't look like that. Okay, cool. So how about you get A Loom video feedback where somebody send you a video and say, hey, Miss Chapman, Mustafa, this is exactly what you did wrong and here's what you need to correct. Miss Ruffin, here's how you update that. Mr. Elder, this is what you need to do. Y'all follow me?
All right.
So then y'all got that private Telegram group, that execution group. Okay. Just like y'all got in the Facebook, uh, the Facebook group here, but y'all get a Telegram group where y'all can chat in real time. Files could get dropped. Y'all got daily support. So this is like having Elle on a text message on speed dial where you could say, hey, uh, yeah, I can't wait till execution week. I submitted this offer and, uh, these people talking about they want this, this, that, and the third. What do I do? To have real-time feedback, y'all, for when something happens, you not MIA or you stuck only commenting on a video or something like that, but you have something to communicate with Elle and her team in real time. Just drop a 1 in the chat if y'all got that. Drop a 1 in the chat if y'all got that. I wanna make sure as we go through this, I wanna make sure that y'all are clear about what the next 90 days is gonna look like for y'all. Okay? And then one of my favorite things is y'all, we know that y'all can't make it down to Georgia where Elle invests at. So you know what she say, Mr. Elder? Every month I do a live virtual site visit where basically I have my team come out with the camera. On Zoom, like y'all are right now, and we actually walk around the phases of the property that we at, so that way y'all can see how it's done before y'all get there, and y'all can ask questions. She pulls the contractor. Hey, Poppy, come here, come here, Mira, Mira, come here, and put him on the screen so that way y'all can ask questions, and she can pretty much just give y'all a walkthrough in real time so y'all can see. So this is the level of experience that she's she want to give y'all because. She understands like, yo, we on the screen time, but I want to make sure y'all get as much in the field time as possible, y'all. So that's one thing that I really, really love because it's one thing to see something on Zoom, but how does that translate out to in the field when I'm out there? I know Miss Tina might be like, yeah, I don't know a thing about building. So if they did this plumbing, how do I know that this— how do I know that this, this trap is going the right way? How do I know that the person that did my electric, how do I know they doing it right? So guys, this is, this is one of the things that I love. Y'all get that live virtual, um, uh, monthly meetup. Now for the first 20 people, y'all get an exclusive bonus, y'all. Now I don't know about y'all, but I love bonus and I love bonus and people who execute. So it's only gonna be about, it's only gonna be for about 20. Now this is an intimate group. So even if every, even if everybody took, even if everybody here tried to take this offer, everybody wouldn't be able to get these bonuses. Okay? So when the team dropped the link, I need y'all to act. I need y'all to act fast. Okay? And, and, and I'm not saying that for FOMO. I'm not saying that. It's just because if y'all want the best experience and y'all want y'all next 90 days to be life-changing, okay, this is what you're gonna get. VIP in-person ticket. This is where you get the opportunity to come off Zoom and you get to come down in person. Okay? And in the field, you get to come down, see Elle, and we just like to get off Zoom and just really come down and do the work. Put the pen to pad in person and really, really do it. Do live deals breakdowns. Okay? Direct access to Elle and advanced strategy. So this just give her time to like literally take everything on Zoom and then put it in person, and you guys get the VIP experience to do that.
All right?
Now, one of my favorite, favorite things, y'all. Is the in-the-field property tour. Would any of y'all actually like— the virtual is fine, the virtual is amazing, but would any of y'all like to come out in the field, hard hats, hard hats, boots on the ground, and actually see how it's done in real time and spend a whole day with Elle in the field and she's walking you step by step? All you gotta do is get on the plane and just come down here. She said, yo, I got everything else, but just to make sure, just to make sure that you have an understanding. Of what goes on in real estate. And we ain't just Zoom you to death and a bunch of Zoom calls to make sure that you are out in the field and you got real in-the-field personal experience. Come on, y'all. Who's doing this, y'all? Who's, who's adding all of this type of value where they giving you the value here and they're also bringing you out in the field and helping you doing it there?
All right.
And then y'all get LAI. Now, now this is a game changer. Who, who here has experienced Any little part of LAI this week, y'all? Who here has experienced any part of LAI this week? So imagine this, Miss Chapman. I'm up two o'clock in the morning because I'm up late. Miss Chat, Miss Chapman. I'm up late. I'm up two o'clock in the morning. I'm like, dang! I got a question I need to ask Elle. I forgot to ask her on a call, and then the implementation call not till next week. I could go drop it in the Telegram chat, but let me just go ask Elle AI. What her team did is, guess what? She went and she put together all of her knowledge, all of her team knowledge, all of her rehab knowledge, and she put it all into AI where you can access it 24/7. And you can answer a question anytime. You can even talk to it. And it's her actual voice, y'all. So 24/7, you got Elle walking around in your pocket. So, Ms. Chapman, if you talking to AI and the husband is like, who you talking to all night? Like, hey, I need you to relax. 90 days gonna look different. I need y'all to understand, y'all, this is an opportunity for y'all to have access to everything— other people's money, other people's assets, and other people's opportunities. Now y'all get the event recordings, okay, and the site visit breakdowns. So even if you say, hey, I can't come out there for the event, we make sure that you still get the opportunity to get the footage so that way you don't miss nothing. All right. You might be vacation, child's birthday, anniversary, whatever the case it might be, you still get the opportunity to, to have those recordings, uh, lifetime, y'all. So that way you could go ahead and you could go watch it at any, at any given time because we believe once you got the information, you have it. Okay. Now you also get the builder access pack. And I know this is a lot. Y'all like, dang, Elle was giving us a lot, y'all. She's giving y'all all of the toolset. Everything that y'all need to be successful, she's giving it to y'all. Lender list, ready-to-fund lenders. They ready to fund the deals. Oh, do y'all know the difference? That it's a difference between hard money and private money. Wouldn't y'all like to— wouldn't y'all like to have a list of hard money lenders? And wouldn't y'all like a list of private money lenders that is ready to fund deals? They already got money sitting. They don't care about credit score. Contract templates. Oh, what contracts do I give my, my contractors? And then deal structure frameworks. How do I structure these deals and how I just plug in some numbers, Miss Tammy, and then we ready to go? And then y'all get a full step-by-step training portal. So Miss Chapman, while I'm up 2 o'clock in the morning, I'm talking to AIL or LAI. Guess what? I'm replacing Netflix with the training portal. So this is like real estate on demand. Just Netflix version. So now I get to watch every single thing step by step as I wanna iron sharpen iron. I wanna sharpen my iron. Guess what? I got the opportunity to do this right now. And then y'all also get access to the Soul to Soil Academy. Okay? Y'all get access to it. Access to the academy where y'all get live, uh, on in the field experience deals live, y'all. Now, if y'all was to get all these things individually, it'd be $47,000. Okay? Today and today only, it's $3,997. Now y'all have 2 options. Y'all have one option to pay in full and go ahead and just make the investment, and then in 90 days you're gonna be the— you're gonna, you're gonna, you're gonna be Elle 2.0. You also have the opportunity to make a $500 deposit, and then with that $500 deposit, guys, if you say, yo, I don't have the $3,997, But I know this opportunity cannot pass me up. Guess what? You can make a deposit. We do have several financing options, but I need to explain how this works, y'all. I have to be very transparent how this works. So I need everybody to listen to me right now. If you guys are gonna pay in full, you're totally fine paying full. If you guys are gonna make a deposit, here's what's gonna happen after you make a deposit. One, you're gonna make a deposit, and that deposit is gonna lock in your spot. 2, Once you make that deposit, it is going to allow you to book a call with the success team, and they're gonna go over all of the financing options for you. Okay? They're gonna let you know, hey, we can do this over 3 months. Okay? We got this financing option, this financing option, this financing option. I wanna be very, very clear. The financing options is not a one-size-fits-all. I wish I can say that it was a one-size-fits-all, but I know that everybody's Credit is different. Everybody's situation is different. Okay? So I need y'all to understand the best thing that you could do is put your deposit down if you are serious and you wanna commit about locking in your spot and then talking to our success team. They are here tonight, they're here tomorrow, and they are here Sunday. So if you can't make a call tonight because you gotta go to work or you gotta pick the kids up or whatever the case is, something that you have to do, you still have the opportunity to schedule your call this weekend. Okay? And go through all of the finance options. We have several. Okay? So the $500 locks in your spot. Just say, hey, Elle, I'm serious about taking one of these 20 spots so that way I could get all of these bonuses. I'm also serious about, you know, being a part of this in my 90 days looking very, very different. Okay? So somebody's asking a question. If we do the deposit, do it gotta be paid in full before the class? That's what you talk to the financing team about. They go over every financing option so that way they can break out whether it's going to be monthly payments, whether you're going to apply through a financing option. And all of these things are soft pulls, y'all, so it do not affect your credit until you accept it. But here's, here's what I want to be super clear about. Everybody's circumstances is different. So the best thing that you could do is put your deposit down, get on the phone with them, and then they can work out a a comfortable payment plan option that fits your, uh, fits your situation. So Ms. Chapman might have a different situation. Ms. Tina might have a different situation. It's not a one-size-fits-all. So I wanna make sure that all of you here understand that making that deposit, one, it locks in your spot, but two, you have to get on the call with the success team so they could go over financing options. Let me explain what that looks like. If you're not paying in full, you're gonna click this button, And then you're gonna— let me just click it real fast for y'all. Y'all gonna click this button and then it's gonna take you to this page. Once you take this, once you go to this page, here's what's gonna happen. You're gonna input your information. It's gonna take you to the next spot to go ahead and book a call with the team. Once you book a call with the team, the team is gonna say, hey, Gabe, I got you locked in. I see you made your deposit. Okay, cool. Here, here's what we gonna go through. We gonna go through all of the financing options. We gonna look at the best terms. We gonna look at the best rates, and we gonna see what we could get you approved for, and then also break down a comfortable monthly schedule if need be. Okay, now everybody's situation is different. Now the team is dropping the link inside of the chat, y'all. So the link that you guys were seeing that I was on, the team is dropping the link in the chat right now so you guys could go ahead and execute. While they are doing that, I need to make this very, very clear. Those 1 of 20 spots, okay, those 1 of 20 spots is going to have a warranty. And what that warranty looks like, because Elle is so serious about her commitment to making sure that the next 90 days is nothing but a success, and she do not believe on just selling you information, she believes results. Result is the buy factor of you guys showing up, but also her doing her best job To coach you. So in 90 days, if y'all go through the whole program, y'all don't have a deal under contract, y'all don't have a desirable deal that y'all can move forward with, Elle say, I'm gonna work with you until you do. I'm gonna say that again. Y'all show up to every call, y'all create y'all buy box, y'all use the lenders and the resources that she gave y'all, y'all do everything that Elle say, and y'all commit to the process. Here's what's gonna happen, family. If you lack the results, Miss Tammy, guess what's gonna happen? Elle say, no, I am not gonna let your investment fall to the wayside. I'm gonna work with you until you get the results. Now, Miss Tina, I don't know who got a warranty like that. Miss Chapman, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know nobody that got a warranty like that that say, hey, I'm not leaving you behind. I'm not leaving you here just to be here. I'm not leaving you. I'm gonna make sure that when you put these builder boots on, that I'm gonna make sure that you put your you put your feet on foundation and that you actually have a desirable deal that you can move forward, and that's my warranty. And if you do not, Mr. Elder, I'm gonna work with you until you do. Us as a people, y'all. When we are making investment, we know that nothing is guaranteed. But Elle created a program that she does every 90 days herself in her own business, and she knows that if y'all commit to the process and y'all trust the process and y'all work her process, that she has enough resources to make sure that y'all are successful. And for whatever reason that y'all are not successful, as long as y'all do the work, She is gonna make sure that y'all successful by any means possible, y'all. Let me know if that's fair. Just put that's fair in the chat, and if you are working on it, put I'm working on it. If you are working on it, put I'm working on it because I want to say congratulations to some people right now that's locking in a spot. If you're working on it, let me know you working on it. Billy said that's fair. Billy, I I I hope that you are drawing. Miss Tammy said that's fair. That's more. That's more than fair. Somebody is saying, hey, if if you elder said he's working on it, and let me know if you guys paying full or you or you make a deposit. Let me know so I can say congratulations once you do it. Okay. Now here's the thing. I'm gonna do this. I'm gonna I'm gonna do this one more time. I'm gonna go over this one more time because I know somebody say I did not hear it. Somebody sent me a private message that I didn't hear all that we get. So I'm gonna go over this one more time, family. I'm gonna go over this one more time. This is overly fair. So over the next 90 days, Miss Tina says she's working on it. Congratulations in advance. Miss Terry says she's working on it. Congratulations in advance. Gabe says he's working on it. Congratulations in advance. All right. So here, here's what's, here's what's going on, family. The next 90 days is not gonna look like the last 90 days. Your 2027 is not gonna look like your 2026. I'm gonna just be honest. And it's going because you made a decision today to bet on yourself and commit to something. And those are the things that make you successful. Okay, Miss Chapman said done with the deposit. Congratulations, Miss Chapman. Make sure it should have took you to a page. It should, it should say book a call. Make sure that you lock that call in. Okay. I'm not sure if you saw it or if you skipped it. I know you probably came like right back here, but congratulations. And I would love to bring you up. I would love to bring you up in a second. Okay. All right. I'm gonna go figure it out which way I wanna go, either paying for or either way, Billy. Either way, either way, and let's say congratulations to Miss Chapman for taking the first step to lock it, lock it in her spot.
Okay?
Okay? Do not let, do not let money stop you. Do not let a small deposit stop you from making a complete life change. Do not let, do not let a, a small investment, a small commitment. Okay, because when you commit small, you go big, y'all. Y'all, that, that person that you get into a relationship, you make a small commitment, say, I'm gonna be with this person, and then that person shows you who they are, and then eventually you marry that person. But it starts out with a small commitment. That's how all big things start, y'all. They start with small commitments. Here's the thing, all of the days that we go past, we don't make small commitments. We say we gonna do things and we don't make the commitment of doing them. We say we gonna go to the gym, we don't do it. We say we gonna eat right, we don't do it. We say we gonna exercise, we gonna read, we gonna do all these things and we don't do it, y'all. And they all start with small commitments. All right, all right. So I'm gonna go over this and then we gonna bring some people locked in. They said they working on it. All right, so the next 90 days, y'all, ideal land funded, built Profit. Here's what we got, y'all. October 7th, it starts. This is why y'all need to get on the call with the success team, because by the time it starts, you have your, you have your payment structure worked out, or you'll be all paid in full. And then boom, you could go ahead and you could, you know, get yourself together and you'll be ready to go. All right. Now it's 3 phases to this, y'all. 3 months. And this is what the 3 months will look like. And I'm gonna go over this very, very quickly because somebody just asked me, just go over it again. So I wanna make sure. All right, so month 1, and I love this roadmap, by the way, y'all, because this is a clear roadmap. It lets you know what your next 3 months is gonna look like. And again, y'all should have some deals under contract by Christmas. You're gonna identify a lot of high-profit land opportunities, not low-profit, high-profit opportunities. And some of y'all already did that work this week, family. Some of y'all already start working on finding land this week. Y'all already done it. What happens when you have somebody to go ahead and confirm that? Yep, that's a good lot. You better pull the trigger on it. Y'all, for me, that's, that, that, that's worth the price of mentorship in gold to just know that I'm buying the right lot because it costs me too much to buy the wrong lot. Okay, then, then you're gonna get shown how to analyze the deals and make sure that the numbers protect you. Then you're going Secure the land without burning through cash. So literally, the price that you're paying for mentorship, y'all, is literally paying for itself because she's gonna show you how to do it with other people's money. Okay? Elder said, already working on it. Let's go. All right? Then the credit, the lenders, the capital stacking, knowing how to do that. So if you're not ready right now, when you are ready, you can hit the ground running. Okay? And connecting you with the lenders. All right, so then structure your deal so the lenders say yes. So if you don't got the credit and don't got the financing, that don't mean no. That means, hey, I just need to have another option to be able to go ahead and get this deal done. That's all. And y'all listen, I'm not too prideful of a person to let somebody else fund my real estate transaction, especially if the deal makes sense. That's why the money is there, y'all. All right. So after month 1, You'll be able to lock in a deal and secure the funding you need to move forward. Here go month 2. What month 2 would look like, and now we on November, full scope of work being broken down line by line. You know what your construction gonna look like. Cost to build so you don't overspend, so you're not overspending your budget and losing money. Contractor management timeline. You know how to deal with your contractors, what contractors you need, and how to control the timeline. How to act as your own GC so that you, that way you save thousands and thousands of dollars. So listen, by the time we sitting down eating Thanksgiving dinner, y'all, guess what? Guess what, y'all? By the time we sitting down eating Thanksgiving dinner, guess what? We already done month 2. We already got our full scope of work. We already know what land we acquiring, how much it's gonna cost, and we already know how much we gonna make off that bad boy. Okay? Then when you come out of month 2, you'll move through the construction without confusion. So you know exactly what you're gonna need to do. Then you got your exit strategy. All right, how am I gonna make the big bucks? Because this is what, this is what I'm waiting for. All right, so just to be transparent, you guys may not be getting a cash-out refinance check by Christmas, but I can assure you it's not going to be too far after. As long as you follow the process step by step by step, you're gonna pre-sell that thing before it's even finished. Pre-sell that thing before it's even done. You're gonna find a— find and attract serious buyers, y'all. I'm telling y'all, y'all got like— y'all got this. And Elle's gonna make sure that y'all have it. And then you're gonna act— you're gonna have a good exit strategy, whether you need to flip, whether you need to hold, or whether you need to leverage that to go into more real estate, to do more real— to do more deals. I'm gonna say that again for my people in the back. Month 3, you're gonna know exactly how you need to exit, turn a profit or cash flow into a lump sum of profit. So whether you need to flip that property, you need to hold that bad boy in cash flow, or you want to leverage that to go into bigger deals and do more at one time, either way, you're going to position for maximum profit. Drop a 3 in the chat if all 3 of those months is good. Drop a 3 in the chat if all of that stuff is clear and you like, yep, that's where I need to be at 3 months from now. That's where I need to be at 90 days from now. Drop a 3 in the chat. All right, y'all. So this is how y'all get those results. Biweekly coaching calls, 90 minutes. I said I was only gonna be an hour, y'all. I've been here almost 2. This is what it looks like. Not getting off the call until everybody is fed. Not getting off the call till everybody's satisfied. Not getting off the call till all questions are answered. Not getting off the call until the family is done, y'all. Until everybody say, I got it, I understand it, I know exactly what I need to do. That's when we get off the call. But 90 minutes minimum. Then y'all got that weekly implementation, y'all, that check-in, that feedback loop, that personal feedback. Miss Chapman, oh, I'm doing this. Oh yeah. Oh no, no, no. Do this, do this, do this. This your next move. Okay? And that hands-on. Billy, know what you need to do. What you mean, family? Let me know. All right, then y'all had that private Telegram execution group chat. This like having Elle on— this like having Elle in a text message, y'all. Y'all get the bug, y'all get the bug all day, right? And then y'all got those monthly live virtual site visits. So every single month, 3 months, okay, y'all get a site visit. One, y'all probably be at some land. Two, y'all probably be in the mix of why construction going on. Three, she probably be showing y'all what the finished product looking like and how she bringing investors through to go ahead and buy this thing because it's already about to be sold before it's done. And then I gotta talk about the exclusive bonuses. And Miss Chapman, you'll— you will be getting these bonuses because you executed VIP in person. Get off this screen, come in person. Y'all come learn this stuff. All right. And then y'all got that in-the-field training, boots on the ground property tour. Get on that bus, drive out to the properties, see how Elle is doing her properties in real time. Y'all see how they doing it in real time. And then y'all got LAI. 24/7, 7 days a week. Only thing I'm gonna ask, if y'all have, if y'all have spouses, just please, please do it. I mean, please, please, please, fellas, fellas, don't have LAI, don't have LAI in the bedroom. They like, uh, who you talking to? I'm just joking, y'all. But y'all get to ask questions with LAI 24/7, y'all. She put all of her real estate development experience inside of AI so y'all could talk to it, so y'all could get questions And the cool thing about it is even in her own voice.
Okay.
All right. So y'all get the event recordings, the site visit breakdowns, y'all get the builder access packs, and then y'all get the, what, what I call, what I call real estate Netflix. Y'all, y'all get an on-demand training report portal to be able to watch everything step by step so y'all can sharpen y'all iron. So that don't mean on those biweekly calls, y'all don't gotta tap in and y'all don't gotta, you know, y'all don't gotta study. And do everything. No, y'all can iron sharper iron. Okay, turn this on at the dinner table. Take— turn the Netflix off, turn this on. Be serious about y'all investment that y'all making. And then y'all also get access to the academy. Okay, y'all got 2 options. One is the pay it full option, $3,997. Okay, which if, if y'all break that down, y'all, that's a, that's, that's a, that's a little under $1,100 a month. If y'all break it down, y'all learn how to become a builder and the developer for $1,100 a month. Like, like, like, when y'all, when y'all think about that— I'm sorry, my math might be a little off. It might be a little more than that, a little $1,250, something like that, right? But what I'm saying is, like, think about this, y'all. I'm learning how to be a developer. I'm gonna have this knowledge with me forever.
Okay.
And in the next 90 days, I'm gonna be in a position to go ahead and get a 6-figure check that I went all year and worked for. What type of— what type of things can you invest into that's going to give you— that's going to yield you the return and also give you the knowledge that you can use after? A lot of things that we pay for, y'all, they stop after we stop paying for it. Your car ain't going— your car ain't gonna work after you stop paying for it. You don't pay that mortgage, you out that house. See, this is why knowledge is the ultimate tool. And I, I explained to Elle, I was like, Elle, this, this is way too cheap. This should be $10,000 because this is something that you can't go to college to get. This is something that is gonna cut a, a fraction of somebody's time learning curve, trying to do this on their own, trying to piece YouTube, uh, YouTube videos together. And then also having the accountability.
Okay.
The community and the execution path to be able to help you do this so that way you don't make no mistakes. Somebody tell me in the chat, what do it cost if somebody could stop you from making a mistake? If they could stop you, like, you don't even know the cost of mistake that you're gonna make because you haven't done it. So guess what? She could say, yo, look, that mistake cost me 5 grand. One, it only take one mistake, y'all. A 5 grand mistake because your plumber read the plans backwards. Because you didn't get 3 bids and you only got 2 bids and you ain't get 3 bids. And you went with the cheapest person, but the cheapest person had to come back and guess what? Fix the work that the guy did. Cost you 7 grand. See, when you get it done right, you don't gotta do it twice. And that's why you gotta invest in a mentor or somebody that can show you how to do it right so you don't gotta do it twice because it costs too much to do it twice and then it costs too much to not know what to do the first time. So now you paid 2 times. You paid double the ignorance tax for not knowing how to do it. So y'all got 2 ways to, 2 ways to pay. Team, can we put that link in the chat, please? Can we put that link in the chat for the people? I know we had some people that's working on it. Ms. Chapman, I would like to bring you up for a second. I would like to bring you up for one second. Can we, can we highlight her and just unmute her? I'm gonna stop sharing my screen. Hello, Miss Chapman. Can you hear me? Hey, how are you? I am amazing. How are you?
I am wonderful. Thank you so much for dropping those gems today. And Elle, you are super amazing. I was already texting Elle. I was nervous. I'm like, I don't know what— you know, it's just a lot going on, but I'm, I'm here and I'm grateful.
You're here and you're grateful. What made—
what—
let me ask you a question. What made you want to say, yo, I'm, I'm locking in my spot, I'm moving forward today?
Yesterday when I looked at, you know, after going through the entire series, like, you know, all week— first of all, I'm a native Floridian, I live in Florida, I'm a licensed realtor in Port St.— well, licensed realtor in Florida, but I live in Port St. Lucie. And being in real estate almost 10 years building my network and, you know, relationships and things like that, what I've noticed is that number one, it's hard for Black women in real estate.
Mm-hmm.
Uh, super difficult. You know, you, you have to be aggressive sometimes even though you don't want to be, and, and you have to find that place, um, where you want to be. And I'm tired of being at the bottom of the food chain. I feel like, you know, developers are where they— you know, that's where it's at. Let's, let's be honest. And I think I believe I first saw Elle on Facebook, and I'm hardly on there sometimes. And when I saw her video, I was like, oh my gosh, she just seems so relatable and approachable and a Black woman out here doing it. She's a developer. So I was immediately like attracted to that. And my husband was like, when you get on the calls, I want to be on too. And I'm like, you always just messing up.
Come on, husband.
Yeah, come on, husband. You know, being a developer, honestly, last night when I was thinking about it, I was like, oh God, I started praying about it because so many things have happened. Um, you know, not everyone— I'm sure if everyone had the money, they'll be doing it, but it is, it is a sacrifice. And so I thought about it. I was like, okay, I have this initiative that I want to launch, you know, Power Your Legacy, because I specialize in, in, uh, probate and estate planning and helping families get trusts and things like that.
Mm-hmm.
So I'm like, okay, the investment that I need to make for my business is going to cost me $40,000 that I don't have. So it would be more smarter for me.
So it was a—
yep. So it was a priority. Like, okay, what am I gonna do? Either I go out here and, you know, slam dunk some contracts and get multiple closings and work myself to death, or I make a smarter play.
Yeah, yeah. And can I say something, Miss Chapman?
Sure.
You're already, you already an agent, so you already got, you already got 90% of these relationships anyway. It's just instead of you showing a home, guess what? I'm the realtor. That give you more leverage, you know what I'm saying, with your investors. That give you more leverage with your contractors. Like, you got more leverage. You just gotta change the— you gotta take the real estate agent glasses off and put the real estate developer glasses on. You already doing it.
Right, right.
Play for you. I'm not saying you can't do that, but just imagine like, yo, I already— I'm already making these calls, doing these showings. Like, yo, I'm excited for you. I'm excited for you.
This is— I'm excited too.
Second time that we had it, that we had an agent say, y'all, I'm getting into the development side because y'all already doing 90% of the work. And we appreciate y'all, the work that y'all do. So I do want to say that, like, I, I deal with real estate, uh, uh, agents on my end I'm pretty sure Elle does too. They bring me a lot of great, a lot of great opportunities. But yo, I would love to see agents get into this field more and be developers, especially, you know, the Black, the Black women. Like, you know.
No, seriously.
Like, development gets you relationships with the city, you know what I mean? Like, you, you got— you're going in these different municipal policies and doing different things, and y'all really making a change. So don't just look at it like, oh yeah, we making some money. Like, y'all, we changing neighborhoods and the thing that they call gentrification. We come in and we be a part of that, but it just ain't— we ain't gentrifying, you know what I'm saying? We ain't just— they ain't kicking us out, you know what I'm saying? We building. So I'm super excited, Miss Chapman, and, um, I can't wait to see what the next 90 days look like for you and then beyond. You getting that— you getting that, uh, that trust and estate planning and all of that set up. I'm super excited, uh, for you to have that.
I'm taking it. I'm taking the bull— what they say, um, What is it? I can't think of the saying, but I'm taking it by force is what I'm, what I'm really trying to say. There you go. We gotta— we, we have to sit at the table and, and whatever it takes, you know, for you to— uh, not you, but for anyone to make that sacrifice. Because when you started talking about next year, I'm like, 2027 can't be like this year.
It cannot.
It cannot.
It cannot. So, so, so, so I, so I appreciate you so much. Thank you for— thank you for coming on.
Thank you.
Thank you. I look forward to seeing you for sure.
Okay, likewise. Thank you, Elle. Thank you, Runway. Okay, good night everyone.
Let's go, let's go, let's go! Okay, y'all, okay, like that's what it's all about, y'all. Um, just, just being where you at and really just making it, making it happen. Elle, I want to allow you to thank— thank you for allowing me to come on. And, uh, shoot, I've been here 2 hours now, so thank for allowing me to be a part, um, you know, and really just tap in with the people. Is there anybody else that locked in a spot that I need to congratulate before we go? I would love to just bring y'all up while we got a few minutes. Is there anybody else that locked in a spot? Um, please drop it in the chat, um, so that way we could once say congratulations but just bring you up. Um, but while you doing that, Elle, is there any— is there any last words? Any last words? Um, for tonight, for anybody who still is like, I don't know if I want to do this.
You know what? I feel like it's a lot of overthinkers, uh, this go-round. They feel like they gotta have it all put together before they can tap in. It's like, oh, I don't have the credit, I don't have the money, I'm not in Atlanta. And so what I want to say to you guys is don't feel like you got to have it all figured out. When I first got started, I literally started from zero, which is why month one we are building that foundation. We are building that credit. We are building the funding. We're building up the confidence so that you guys can actually do this on your own. So congratulations to UK. Lashay locked in yesterday. She was the first one to pay in full, so I offered her a private. dinner on Friday. I'm super excited about that. I don't think she's here. I wanted her to come say a few words. But for the women, the women are taking over in the development space. It was a couple of men, they locked in, they said, Elle, I got my notes. But I don't know, it seems like the women, they just taking the initiative. Like Kay said, I'm taking the bull by the horns and I'm just taking this thing.
Yeah.
That's what you gotta do sometimes because they don't, they don't make this space for us, for Black women. So sometimes you just gotta get aggressive.
So I'm proud of you guys.
Overthink It Runway, do you think I should extend it, um, just to tonight for the people who like wanna lock in but are still overthinking or close it out?
Let's, let's do this. Let's do this. Um, because I feel like there's some people that got it, that got it in they— they got it in their stomach, they got in their gut, and they know It's the right decision to make, but I think that they just might need to, you know, just talk, talk to, you know, probably one of our, uh, success team members and just see what it looks like. So here, here's the thing I'm gonna tell y'all, man. Sometimes, uh, you gotta use, you gotta use a platform as a stepping stool, right? Mm-hmm. So just like Ms. Chapman was saying, like, yo, I got this thing that's called Power Your Legacy and it's gonna impact families and different things like that, and it's gonna cost me about 40 grand to start, but Where I'm gonna get the money from. So she's like, yo, I'm gonna use this as a stepping stone, you know what I mean? Use this as a stepping stone and, you know, make this happen. And I think a lot of people, you know, they, they don't want to give up good to get great. And, um, you know, I was a tattoo artist for 15 years. I was making $300,000 a year. And although that was great, although that was great money, like, I had to give up. I had to make a sacrifice. I had to make a pivot to be able to go and do something greater. And I went from making $300,000 a year, you know what I mean, to making $300,000 a month. And, you know, when I first, my first 6-figure month, you know, I like, I did, I was like, yo, I never thought that this would happen. And I was telling my friends and I told my grandma and I was telling people around me and they was like, doing what? And they was telling, they kept telling me, go back to what I was doing. Go back to what I was doing. Why would you do something different than what you was doing was working? And I'm like, well, work wasn't working that much because I ain't had no damn money. You know what I'm saying? And it was like I had to, I had to make a change. And, um, you know, I was forced to change. And I feel like the best times that we actually have— like, I see a person is saying like, yo, this is my last, this is my last $500. Like, yo, if this is your last $500, you got to ask yourself, an emergency can happen tomorrow, and then you're like, oh, there go my $500, and then I don't got nothing. And it could have went towards something that was investing and making your future better. than, you know, I mean, you going out or spending it on something else. And that's what it really takes, y'all. It really takes you being nervous and you betting on yourself. And you have to understand, the universe is the unit. Like, if something keeps popping up and something is making you feel a way, it's not making you feel that way for nothing, right? Like, that's the universe telling you, like, hey, you don't trust yourself enough to make a decision to go to the next level. That, that's what it's saying. Like, When you're sure, that's like, yo, that's the universe telling you like, yo, you got this, you could do this, and you're going to get the results. When you say I'm nervous, what you're really saying mentally is you're saying I'm nervous because I don't trust myself to be able to do the work. And as long as you trust yourself to do the work, it's gonna work out. See, I see people, they start something, they start something, then they start something else because they don't see it all the way through. So if you can't commit to 90 days, You gotta ask yourself a question like, why can't I see 90 days into the future? Why can't I see— why can't I see myself 90 days from now? Because if you can't see 90 days from now, I could guarantee you this is not going to be the last time that this is your last $500. And that's, that's what I had to stop, y'all. I had to stop. I had to say, yo, enough is enough. This is my last time being broke. This is my last time. I'm making $300,000 a year. Why the, why the hell I don't have no money? Like I have to change something, and and sometimes y'all the change gotta happen right now. It can't happen next week. It can't happen next year. It gotta happen right now. I done seen so many times. If y'all look at celebrities, if y'all look at any famous person and you listen to their story, Tyler Perry, bro homeless. Steve Harvey lived in his car for four years. Like y'all, y'all ain't got them problems. So I know if they can do it, like, y'all can do it. Like, we acting like we, you know what I'm saying? Like, you know, we, we about to be out on the streets. We act like we in a hospital about to make this investment. Like, yo, y'all have the world power. Like, look at the world that we're in. We're on a Zoom call. People are on here from different cities and all of that, learning how the hell they can figure out how to get to the next level in life.
Right.
10 years ago, there was no Zoom to do this, y'all. 15 years ago? No, the only way you going to be a goddamn developer if you grew up in a family that was developers. We had an opportunity right now to make a sacrifice and commit to change not only our lives but the people that come after us. And I'll give y'all this and then I'm out of here, y'all. I'm 38 years old, y'all. The last 4 years was the last— the last 4 years was the only time that I saw my mom sober because my mom abused drugs and alcohol. And it wasn't, it wasn't until 2020, 2021 that my mom saw me being a better version of myself that she said, son, I want to go to rehab. Now here's the thing, y'all. If I, if I was only making $300,000 a year and I did not make that pivot and I did not make those investments and those sacrifices, I would not have been in a position to spend $50,000 to send my mother to one of the best rehabs In Florida, I'm talking about she was horse riding on the beach, y'all. I'm talking about she was doing some stuff I was jealous of. I'm like, hold up, hold up. That's what they doing in real life. But I say, hey, it started out with me making a decision, family. Me making a decision to say, yo, you know what? I'm gonna level up so hard that I don't fix the generation in front of me. I'm gonna fix the generational curses behind me. And y'all, that's probably one of my most rewarding things because I would have never been able to accomplish that if I never. bettered on myself. So when I talk about you not being able to— you not being able to eat the fruit the same day that you plant the seeds, and I talk about the bamboo tree, some of y'all are going to do work today and, um, your tomorrows is going to shower and your plants and your trees is going to grow far beyond anything that you could think of. But you have to know that you can do it. It cannot be something that you guess, oh, I think I can do this. This has to be a for sure thing because the one thing I know about for sure things, y'all, When y'all work them at work, y'all, when y'all for sure y'all coming with that energy and you like, yo, I know it's gonna work. Guess what? It helped Elle help you work. It helped her. It helped her pour into you more. It helped you be more attentive and the universe give you what you— give you what you want. So I encourage all of y'all, man, if y'all gonna do it, make sure y'all do it. Don't half-step it. Do it all the way. 90 days is no time. We probably gonna spend that time. you know, getting ready for Black Friday and all of that. Listen, let me tell y'all something. My kids, they missed about 3, 4 years of holidays, but guess what? They ain't never got to miss one again because of sacrifices that I gave. So I'm gonna leave y'all with that. Elle, thank you so much, so much for having me. I appreciate all of y'all time tonight. Y'all have an amazing, amazing, amazing night.
Thank you, boss. I appreciate you for coming through and blessing the community. For the people who locked in, congratulations. Looking forward to building with you. Make sure y'all lock in. This is your year to start building. Don't let this year. Don't let next year look like this year, y'all. Ninety days. Spend ninety days with me, and it will really change your life. Good night, everybody. Thank y'all for hanging out with me this week. Now let's start building.
