One of the first things that I do when I come into an organization is I ask five random people why they like working there and what's the vision? And that's how I can tell if they have alignment. Right? If they're those five random people basically say the same thing, they don't have to say exact words. But if they say, basically say the same idea in their own words, I see that they have alignment in that organization.
