We carry all of this on our shoulders, and we don't have to. When we have a winning dream team, like I like to call it, they actually, once they have that clarity and they're passionate about where your purpose is going, where your vision is going, they're actually going to bring you ideas that you would have never thought of, and they can actually move things faster and make you stronger. But they have to be clear, and they have to be connected to what you're trying to create. They have to be just as invested in your success as you are, and vice versa. You need to be just as invested in their success.
