Shelley Tysis with MT & Associates. We're a sign language and accessibility company. I wanted to send you a quick message today because Sonia spoke at our last conference and she spoke about our why. And that night I went back to my hotel room and I was like, I know my why. I know my why. She did offer to work with me individually and then she offered it up to all Pinnacle members to work in a small group a few weeks ago and she did a very small workshop and we all worked on our why. She then invited anyone who wanted to dive into their why more to schedule a short meeting with her. So I spoke with her maybe 15, 20 minutes yesterday, and she helped dive into my why more of what my why is and why it's good for me and why it's bad. And this was really, really enlightening to me. I've spent a lot of time being a super busy entrepreneur trying to figure out what am I doing, you know, you know, what is my team doing? Kind of getting back to that, that nitty gritty of where we were and also just learning a little bit more about myself. And I found it extremely eye opening, not only for the business, like being able to keep, you know, adapting our mission and vision, but also for myself and being able to talk to my employees about how they can work with me better so that we can get better outcomes. So I'm super excited about the short meeting so much that she even invited us to do a why with our team at a discounted price. And so I wanted to mention that to you because if you haven't done it yet, I highly, highly, highly suggest it again. It was so eye opening for just a short amount of time. And then for my team, those of you who know me, I've been struggling with recruiting staff and we're hopefully putting an offer up for somebody we've been looking for for five months. What I'm finding over time as I'm offering more money, I'm doing this, I'm doing that. And what people are really valuing is that sense of purpose and their why. And so probably in the next month when our team gets a little bit more settled because we've had some new people and we're training, we are going to take Sonia up on that and find out what our why is as a team, so we can not only work better together, but also know where we're heading together.
