So where our focus at Executive Leadership Consulting is on aligning the business strategy with the culture. So sometimes organizations will lean more towards one side or the other, where they're more focused on their business strategy and not paying attention to the culture or the culture just sort of evolves organically. And then other companies are really focused on the culture and not so focused on the business strategy, and that can impact their growth. Right. So we look at how can you get them working together and align. So we say, you know, there's that, that quote, that culture, each strategy for breakfast, and we say, actually, they need to have breakfast together.
