If you're telling people what to do, you're going to get compliance. They're going to do the bare minimum. And we even saw, you know, this trend not too long ago about quiet quitting, right? People are just doing what the bare minimum so they don't get fired and the rest of the time they're not engaged. Right. And we don't want those people in our organizations to feel that way. I think sometimes leaders will say, oh, well, we don't want those people at all. I don't really believe that. I think that if you tap into somebody's purpose, their personal purpose and their motivation of what excites them, what we call, you know, your why or your superpower, if you understand that about your employees, then they will want to overachieve. They will want to bring more results. They'll get excited about what you're trying to build and how they can contribute to it and what they're bringing to the table.
