Yeah, I think, you know, there's this famous quote that culture eats strategy for breakfast. And we say that's actually not true because they actually have to have breakfast together. When I see companies bring in too much emphasis on the business strategy, the business results, the financials, the culture suffers. And then when you see companies that focus too much on the culture, the business results suffer.
