Think about it, our whole world changed three years ago. And how we work and how we work together in the workplace was completely turned upside down. And now we're in this time of rapid, rapid change, right? So companies are trying to figure out, do we have hybrid, do we still work from home, do they have to come in the office, how do we organize, how do we communicate at the same time that they're running really fast on the speed of change. And then there's tons of uncertainty, like every day in the economy, right? What is happening? Are we headed for a recession? What's next? There's all this uncertainty to you about the future, and I think you're absolutely right. When I started in my career, we had these things called a ten year plan or a five year plan, right? In business, I don't even think that's possible anymore. I tell my clients, you can set a direction for the next three years, but we really don't know where business is going to be in the next three years because of how fast things are changing. And none of us have ever experienced the speed of change before, right?
