What sets you apart from others in your field. So we really focus on purpose when. And this has come up, particularly in the past few years, where younger generations are really making decisions on how they're buying and where they're deciding to work based on the purpose of the organization. So we really look at helping companies and leaders understand what is your purpose. And then how do you take that purpose and weave it through everything that you do as an organization, from your vision and goals to your process to everything that you do? How do you bring that purpose to life? I would say that's one differentiator for us. And the other is we say we don't believe that culture each strategy for breakfast. We believe they need to have breakfast together.
