What are some of the greatest challenges you often see leaders face? I think it's been changing over the past few years. I would say the biggest changes that I see leaders facing right now are that we're in a time of uncertainty. I used to work with organizations who would do a five year plan or a three year plan and they've set their goals and they go after them and maybe they get distracted along the way but ultimately could achieve them. Now we're in a place with the speed of technology with how fast our world is changing in general. We really don't know where we're going to be in three years. Right. And so leaders are feeling a little bit unmoored from that. Right. So how do I, you know I can set this vision but how do I really start to create that path for people towards that vision when I don't really know what's going to happen externally that is going to impact that.
