See in organizations all the time, especially big companies, where they do they have a process that they're doing it, but it doesn't really make sense as far as where they're trying to go. And you ask them about, well, why do you do that? Like, what's the benefit of this? And they'll say, oh, well, it was because we had Maria was the manager of the team at the time, and she liked to see it this way, or she liked to do it this way. And so that's how we do it. And Maria hasn't been in the company for five years. Right. So. But we're not giving the team the permission to question these things and say, should we be doing this? Is this the right way to do things based on where we who we are and where we want to go?
