The Impact of Environment on Leadership @drjamilsayegh

I developed tremendous empathy for leaders and sometimes, you know, you know the right thing to do, but because of the environment that you're in, you sort of just take what's given to you and pass it on. So I recognized that I could make a difference, you know, through the through these insights for leaders. Started working at Internal in my job at the Walt Disney Company but realized that you can't really impact an organization from the inside when it comes to leadership because of politics and power differentials and things like that. And so I decided to start executive leadership consulting. Now I get to have a bigger impact not only within companies but also working with multiple companies in helping leaders understand the importance of leadership, the importance of culture bringing what I learned at the companies I've worked for, including Disney, of really great cultures, how do they bring that into their organization and not only have a great place to work but also increase their business results?
