My spiritual practices are very much foundational in what I do in Buddhism is a lot about compassion. Right. And that is part of what I bring to organizations. You know, what I've experienced as a leader, I can relate to what they're going through and the challenges that they have, but also being present with people and reminding them to be present for their teams and bring awareness to what they're doing and connecting to their purpose is part of that.
