How do you determine, I guess, what that purpose is? Because I'm not sure every executive has kind of hit that. And I guess how do you connect that to, like, why you're doing something? I think that's kind of the bigger thing is, like, a lot of people don't know why they're doing the things they're doing. They're just. They're doing them, I guess. So how do you locate that?
Yeah, I think that the, you know, I really respect Simon Sinek, who wrote the book Start with why, and I think he brought it into the leadership culture around really starting to look at that. And what we do at Executive leadership consulting is we start with that same model, the golden circle of starting with defining your why, why you do what you do, how you deliver on that why, and then ultimately, what others can expect from you at every level. So starting with the individual leader, why do you personally do what you do? How do you deliver that, and what can others expect? And then looking at the leadership team the same way, you know, for them individually as well as for them, to a team, as a team, how do they work together? What can they expect from each other? Why do they do what they do as a leadership? And then ultimately extending that into the company purpose. So why does your business exist? How do you deliver on that? What can your clients or customers expect from you? And then we connect that purpose through everything that you do from your processes, your organization design, your culture to make sure that that purpose is flowing through everything that you do to make you be able to grow faster and also stay profitable.
