You know, when we went through this great resignation a couple of years ago, there was some research done on why were people leaving companies. And the number one reason that they said they were leaving companies and going to another company is because they were looking for a place that was well led and headed in the right direction. Did they say more money? No, they said well led and headed in the right direction. So people want to be part of something. People want to be included in your purpose, in your vision, but you have to trust them with that. You have to be clear yourself, and then you have to trust them with that.
